This is a nice condo, very spacious for our family of 4 and reasonably well equipped. One thing that was disappointing for us was that there is not a hot tub available. I think perhaps the listing is referring to the jetted tub near the loft bathroom, but what we wanted was a hot tub as you find by a pool etc. Also there was a pile of vomit in the hallway outside the unit that had clearly been there for a while. This was over the holiday so I guess it's forgivable as it's not a full service hotel, but still pretty gross. The location is great, easy walk to the piers and to down town. 45 min to ski slopes.

The condo unit was quite comfortable and well appointed oh, and clean. Staff were most kind and friendly and rate an A + for sending me a piece of jewelry that I had left behind! It wasnt expensive but, it had great sentimental value. (It had fallen out of my travel case.) Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Although we were ready to end our vacation, we were happy to stay at the Pointes North Inn. I would recommend additional blankets in the room. We were very happy with the condo and area. We were here at the end of March to look for Petosky stones and enjoy the area. It was cold, but still a great time to look for rocks. At check-in, Heather was a wealth of information to help us in finding good places to hunt for rocks and eat!

The location was superb, between the proximity to the water and all the shops and restaurants it could not have been better. The pool was nice to cool off in, and the unit was spacious, clean and very comfortable. All the amenities of home. The very best thing about the vacation rental was Heather, she was kind, outgoing, remembered our names and was so helpful with restaurants and things to do (and not do)she made us feel like we were at home. Please let Heather know she is a true asset to your company and the property.

The "young people" (62+) stayed in the loft bedroom and the "senior" (91 years old) stayed in the downstairs bedroom. It would have been nice to have grab bars in the downstairs tub/shower combination. We prepared both a full dinner and large breakfast. The kitchen was well-stocked with basic equipment and dinnerware. The woman at the front counter was very pleasant. The lot was plowed on Christmas morning after a heavy overnight snow.

Overnight escape for my spouse and I. The condo was very spacious and comfortably decorated. My only complaint was a small upstairs shower
