Everything was just awesome. Nancy gave us so many suggestions on what to do and where to eat. The house was so cute and comfortable. The fresh flowers and little box of chocolate was a sweet touch!! Loved the decor, especially the horse pics!!

Nancy thought of every little thing to make our stay Enjoyable. So many homey touches. The deck and garden patio were lovely.

I can’t say enough about how wonderful our stay was. We arrived late evening, ambient lights were on to welcome us in and the tv was playing relaxing music. Fresh cut flowers on the kitchen table, yummy chocolates, and artisan soaps in the bathroom. Full sized washer and dryer with soap/fabric softener/dryer sheets, coffee and bottled water in the fridge. Detailed instructions for the tv as well as hand written welcome note from the property owner. Great water pressure and temp in the shower, as well as shampoo and conditioner. Highly recommend and we will definitely be staying here again on our next trip to Georgetown!

We arrived to enjoy 2023 Pony Finals where arr granddaughters were competing. The key was awaiting us and we were greeted by a vase of fresh flowers. Candy and snacks we’re waiting and a tray of fresh picked veggies and coffee in the refrigerator. We felt very welcomed! The two bedrooms were well appointed and everything you needed for a 5 day stay. I highly recommend this host and unit.

This is a great place to stay. The owner is wonderfully responsive. You will walk into a clean unit that has amenities like welcome snacks, multiple unit keys, wrapped soap, etc. Highly recommend!

I’ve stayed in a lot of VRBO homes all over the country and I can honestly say Nancy takes the gold award for hosts! Upon arrival her home was spotless, she left lights on for us so we wouldn’t be coming into a strange place on the dark, and the AC was cold (especially welcome on a hot night!) She had also left fresh cut flowers, a box of chocolates, and a card to welcome us! There was ice in the freezer, a well appointed kitchen (bottled water and coffee) with anything we would need. Even the bathroom had extra hygiene items. Nancy was very thoughtful and provided recommendations to local restaurants and activities. She was kind and quickly answered any questions we had promptly. We had complete privacy, but also the security of knowing she was onsite if we needed anything. Hands down a five star stay, would absolutely stay here again if returning to the area (which is very convenient to Lexington, the bourbon trail and walkable to quaint Georgetown downtown area.

We so enjoyed our stay at Chateau Georgetown. Our apartment was super clean and bright with excellent attention to detail for an easy and comfortable stay. Lots of fresh towels, comfortable beds, soap, shampoo, conditioner, lotion, water and snacks to name only a few of those details. The location was perfect of us! It’s within walking distance to the beautiful town of Georgetown and just a short drive to the many horsey attractions in the area. This was the best VRBO experience that I have had and I would highly recommend to anyone! I hope to return someday soon! Many thanks the the perfect hostess, Nancy!

We really were impressed with the amenities of Nancy;'s property. She thought of everything! Chocolates, Starbucks coffee for the coffee maker, artisan soaps and a beautiful, private garden patio. we were tired after full days of horse showing and our beds were very comfortable. will definitely plan another visit here!

The rental was clean and perfect for my stay

Chateau Georgetown was even better in person. All of the amenities and the attention to details were exceptional and appreciated. The home was spotless, and we felt cozy and comfortable. The deck and patio were a great touch. We loved the specialty soap that was made available and enjoyed delicious chocolates. The roses in the front created a fragrant scent in the air. Without question, this is our first choice when we return to the area, outstanding hosts!

We stayed for two weeks for a local horse competition, < 10 min drive from KY Horse Park. Apartment was very clean on a quiet street and walking distance to Georgetown if you are OK with a brisk 10 min walk - kitchen was highly functional and fully equipped with pots/pans/dishes/utensils. Internet and TV worked great. Great communication with owner, Nancy - she reached out ahead of time to make sure we were all set with instructions, etc. Would stay again in a heartbeat.

Hi! This is a nice property! The owner lives nearby and clearly takes pride in the upkeep of the residence and grounds. This condo is near restaurants in Georgetown so lots of things are within walking distance. Highly recommend!

Tucked away a few blocks from main street this one of three connected apartments and is exactly as it is advertised. Very clean, up to date inside, very private and really “cozy” comfy place to stay. Even 5 star hotel type surprises, like a box of chocolates and a personalized hand written welcome card when we walked in the door upon arrival at 11pm after a 14 hour drive. By the end of our week we had to qualify our conversations as to what house we meant when we said lets head home for the day. My daughter (15) and i stayed here for a horse show at KY park. Literally less than 10 min from the apartment to the park entrance (1 exit away). Decorated for a horse lover to boot. The owners (Nancy and Bret) live on property in a separate building and we ran into them frequently and are a pleasure to deal with. We had to adjust our dates at the last minute and they were more than accommodating. Clearly they regularly deal with us “horse” people and our crazy schedules. Outside in the back is a completely “private” deck and a side patio where we frequently found ourselves, hanging out, working and doing homework. Kitchen is fully stocked with everything needed to cook at home after a long day at the park. We always stay at private rentals when we travel for shows all over the country and this gem is a keeper. As stated in my title, if its available, you had better book it, you will be more than happy that you did. We will look to stay here every time we return to compete at the KY horse park in the future.

We walked in to music playing on the TV, super clean, well appointed, warmly decorated. Beds were so comfy, great water pressure, BIG thick towels, coffee and condiments, Nancy thought of everything! Very much enjoyed our stay here!

Clean, comfortable & tastefully decorated. In a quaint small town with many suburban amenities near by, as well as small local business. Best of both worlds. Easy drives to Lexington, horse farms, Keeneland and the like. No down side to any aspect!

We just finished a two week stay at this amazing property and it was wonderful to be so close to the Kentucky Horse Park for the Classic and Pony Finals. We appreciated the pre-trip communications with Nancy and found the apartment to be even better than advertised! Arriving late she made sure to have the lights on and made us feel instantly welcome. We used the patio in the evening and enjoyed their lush garden. It’s evident that Nancy well cares for her property and her guests. We also enjoyed visiting the various local restaurants that Nancy provided in the travel guide. We especially enjoyed and recommend Local Feed. We look forward to returning to this property next year!

The property was meticulously maintained and absolutely gorgeous! The Owner was very friendly and gave us all the privacy we needed. The outdoor space both front and rear were clear representations of the effort that the property owner put into providing a sensational rental unit. 5 stars for sure. And once inside everything was decorated and utensils available to the point that I didn’t once worry about the rental and had plenty of time to worry about getting to all the nearby tourist destinations.

Very welcoming presentation with a personalized welcome note, plenty of information for the local area and even how to use the TV. VERY clean, which was comforting. We enjoyed our time here and have no complaints.

We went in February but I thought only Missouri had crazy weather one day it was 70 degrees, next only in the 30's CRAZY! We had a great time in Georgetown. Per Nancy's suggestion we visited Old Friends Farm and saw retired race horses that you get to feed carrots and pet. A retirement home for about 150 horses. And don't miss the chance on Fridays to lunch at the Kentucky Castle. Georgetown Vacation Rentals is close to everything; The Ark or Lexington are only 20 min away. Nancy supplies everything you'll need; laundry supplies, coffee filters etc, And little surprise gifts. Just bring your clothes & food. Save-A-Lot a few blocks away and a Super Walmart about 10-15 min.

You feel at home from the moment you walk in the door of this property. From the bottle of wine and chocolates on the counter when you arrive to the comfortable couches and furniture, this stay was truly relaxing. Nancy was available to answer any questions and provide recommendations about the area. She also allowed us to borrow items from her house so that we did not need to purchase them. There is a full kitchen and outdoor deck/patio area with a grill. This location is located within walking distance of historic Georgetown, a yoga studio, and a great breakfast restaurant. It is an easy drive to Lexington. Consider this location for your next stay!
