We had a fabulous week with the whole family skiing Winter Park Resort. The house was spacious, luxurious and had all amenities for a great time. We enjoyed the heated floors in the bathrooms and the fireplace & hot tub. We'll definitely be back!

We came for a few days of skiing and we were so comfortable in this property. Kitchen was well stocked, views were so pretty and hot tub was such a bonus. Also loved the double garage as it snowed all week! We would certainly come back.

The townhouse was lovely, clean and spacious. We had 5 adults on our stay and everyone greatly enjoyed this property! The host was accommodating and answered messages promptly often within an hour. The bedrooms are on the third floor, but for my family this wasn’t an issue. The hot tub was wonderful and a great place to unwind at the end of the day! I would rent this property again with no hesitation!

This property in Winter Park was a great fit for our family. We were impressed with how well-appointed it was with so many home-like details included (i.e. all the necessary kitchen items, grill, bathroom items, hot tub, even video games for the kids). The home was clean and in great condition - we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Thank you!

Great location for access to mountain biking trails immediately behind the property. Very comfortable and quiet. Double garage is nice. Kitchen has most things you’ll want. Hot tub is a nice touch. Could use a bit of minor maintenance around the unit as happens with any house. Very friendly and easy communication with owner.

The property is a short 5 minute drive “up the mountain” from town. We did not use the shuttle, as we were visiting on a quiet September weekend. We loved the privacy of the home’s location and the quiet this afforded our group. Yes, there are a lot of stairs in the unit, but the layout maximized the views. The unit has a tuck-under garage and the garage clicker was available to use which made it easy to come and go. There are more bathrooms then bedrooms, which was great for our group of girls. The owners were quick to respond to any questions and even reached out prior to our stay. As long as everyone in your party can walk stairs, I would recommend taking a close look at the property.

I enjoyed mornings out on the balcony sipping my coffee and taking in the gorgeous views. My 3 teenagers were thrilled with the townhouse too! We played games most nights and spent many afternoons in the hot tub after hiking. My husband (the cook in our family) was pleased with the kitchen and we took advantage of being able to eat at home quite often. Thanks so much for this beautiful get-away. We plan on returning!

Excellent location. Good amenities. Very choppy layout with all bedrooms on the Fourth Floor ( and at over 9,000 foot altitude). 37 steps to get to the 4th floor. Nowhere in the listing ,or the photos , or the emails, did it show or state this “minor”detail. We rented the unit for our family and my wife has COPD and is on oxygen normally only at night. The stairs made this a 24 hour day need! The family area on the 3D floor was comfortable as was the kitchen. We paid for 10 family members , but there were only 8 towels and fewer washcloths/ face towels. The hot tub was an excellent size, but the water was poorly adjusted with its chemicals-we followed instructions, then called the company that was supposed to fix it, but they never showed up until we were checking out 6 days later. The paper products were the cheapest possible, so bring your own TP if you at all sensitive. We all enjoyed the marmot family that played on the Rick wall behind the condo.

It had amazing views and was in a central location for biking, hiking, fishing, dining, and shopping! Communication with the owner was great. Highly recommend this property. We comfortably fit 2 adults and 2 teenagers. Well equipped with everything you need and super clean. Great location and easily accessible hiking trails.

It was a great trail for a family. But not easy for beginner hikers like us. The host was easy to contact, and provided all necessary service.

Perfect location and absolutely beautiful property with all the expected amenities.

The property was just as described. It was spacious, contained everything we needed, & even some extras like snowshoes & sleds. Our only complaint was not enough towels, but they brought a few extras the next day. We would definitely stay here again!

This is a lovely townhouse with a TWO CAR GARAGE! The beds were comfortable, everyone had their own bathroom, and the kitchen with large dining table worked well for our family of 4. We had guests two nights (couple we have know for 40 years) and there was plenty of room for us all. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this beautiful home ... and the skiing was fabulous too! Remember, this is a TOWNHOUSE. There are lots of stairs. A mud room for ski storage (and a washer and dryer) sit just inside the door to the garage. Up a flight of stairs to the front door and another flight to the living room where there is a nice smart TV and seating for as many as 7adults. Short flight of stairs to the kitchen/dining room or two flights to the bedrooms. It’s a lot of stairs but we chose to see them as our warm up for a day on the slopes! 😂 we will likely stay here again as Winter Park skiing is an annual trek for this Florida family.

Condo was in convenient location to all activities. Condo was very clean with up to date furnishings and decor. It is large...like three levels. It was a priced perfectly for what we received. I would book this unit again.

We really enjoyed our stay! The cabin was well equipped and very clean. The location is ideal for any outdoor activities in the mountains or exploring the local town.

Although our skiing plans were cancelled, the rental provided us enough space to hunker down and play card games and board games. The back yard area was perfect for the kids to build snow forts for some great snow ball fights. We hope to be able to try and ski Winter Park next year and we would definitely like to stay here again.

Our group of eight (3 grandparents, two parents, & 3 kids) all agreed this was a great place. We cooked all our meals during our seven night stay. Kitchen and dining room area was a perfect gathering area for eating and playing games! Kitchen was well equipped with top-rated appliances. Kids loved playing soccer on the X-Box. Beds were comfy and there was never a shortage of hot water. Really enjoyed the laundry room/ski prep area.. The glove warmer was much appreciated and it was a perfect place to keep all the boots warm! THANKS so much!!
