We had the greatest time. The home is immaculate and just perfect for our family beach getaway!

This beautiful home enabled our family of 14 to have a perfect beach vacation. The layout was perfect with spacious bedrooms and such comfortable beds and linens. The two living areas provided plenty of space for adults, children and teens. The kitchen was well equipped. Truly an outstanding home in Rosemary Beach

Amazing location and the house has so much character and charm! The pool was perfect and the house with carriage apartment worked so well for us. Everything we needed and more. We booked again for next year on the way out of town!!!

We loved this property! Great location, clean, and family friendly. Our young boys loved the buck beds and convenience of the pool in the backyard. There were plenty of beach towels, beach toys and chairs. The bikes were awesome too. It was a quick walk or bike ride to the beach. Around the corner is a coffee, shops and plenty of places for the kids to walk around. Can’t wait to come back!

Our stay was great! The house was perfect for our family, very clean, updated and just an overall great experience. The owner and property manager were attentive and helpful. The pool heater had been replaced the month prior to our visit and had an issue when we first got there. It was fixed within the first few hours. Overall 5 star rental.

This is our third summer renting this property, and each year gets better! Thanks to the owners and Barbara and her husband who manage the property for making our summer vacations in Rosemary feel like home. The proximity to Walkover F as well as the square and neighboring beach towns like Seacrest and Alys make this location a great spot to stay!

Great Escape was an AWESOME place to stay with our family! We had a few hiccups with the storm blowing out the WIFI - but we managed. Access to the beach was easy & so enjoyable. If you have Verizon as your cell service beware; it gets bogged down. Rozee

Even though the area is very popular, especially during peak vacation times, we were delightfully surprised at the quiet and serene neighborhood. The home was perfectly appointed, very comfortable beds and all the necessities available. There was even a fully stocked "spice and stuff" cabinet which made home cooking so much easier!

Our family had an amazing stay at Kathy home. It was very beautiful and our family had a great time being there. So much room for our family of 9. Everyone loved having a king size bed and plenty of room. The guest house is an unbelievable bonus, it’s beautiful. The pool area was very nice and shady for the baby. We definitely will be back! Great Escape is the perfect name for this house. It has everything you could want or need. The pool is an added bonus. We parked the car and walked everywhere. Communication with Kathy and the house manager Barbara was quick and easy. We will definitely go back !

House was amazing! Clean easy to get to close to shops and restaurant's. Easy 5 min walk to the beach shorter with the bikes provided. Amazing kitchen for cooking. Pool was perfect for the kids and adults!

This property has the perfect location! We loved the short walk to Kilwins, local restaurants and the beach. The home is great. We were a party of 12. Everyone had plenty of room. The kids loved being able to swim in the pool after a day at the beach. Home is well appointed and quite lovely! We would definitely stay here again!!

The house and pool were beautiful and perfect for all ages - we had 7 adults and 4 children under the age of 6, and everyone had plenty of space and activities to entertain themselves. The house was well-appointed with all sorts of amenities and the beds were comfortable, but the best thing was the location. It was easy to walk and grab coffee, shop in Rosemary, or walk to the beach, but also quiet enough that nap and bedtime were never disturbed. We had a great time and would highly recommend this home to anyone looking to stay with a relatively large group in Rosemary.

This was our second year visiting The Great Escape home. Yet again, we had a fabulous week. The abundance of kitchen supplies and comfortable dining areas made for great family meals. The furniture and decor is very well-appointed and comfortable. The pool serves as a nice break from the beach and entertains the kids well who don’t always love to be in the sand all day long like the adults! Communication with Kathy and the house manager Barbara was quick and easy. I would recommend this getaway to anyone who asks!

With 8 adults and 5 boys ranging in age from 8 months to 15 years old, our family vacation was packed with fun. “Great Expectations” soared above our expectations in giving us a beautiful home to enjoy one another. We all enjoyed the lovely indoor and outdoor living spaces. Bedrooms were large with fabulous linens. The boys spent time in the pool after each day at the beach while the adults prepared scrumptious meals in the well stocked kitchen. The location was perfect for shopping, restaurants, and a quick stroll to the beach. We loved that bikes were provided! We have been coming to Rosemary Beach since 2014 and this is our favorite house! Thanks to the owners and manager for ease in communication! Hope to be back soon!

Hubby, myself, 4 grown kids, their spouses and 2 grandkids stayed here very comfortably. House is laid out to easily accommodate families. Pool in backyard was big hit with all. Neighborhood was quiet and backyard was private. Easy walk to beach with path in front of house. We also had carriage house which was perfect for 1 couple. Kitchen was fully equipped for any cook. Location is 1 block from north barrett square of downtown rosemary. I was concerned about being located north of 30A but location was peefect. We walked to dinner or grilled every night. Close to ice cream for desert! Close to donut hole, shades grill, bug bad breakfast, as well as downtown rosemary. Downtown seacrest was about a 5 block walk and we went there to a pub several times. The only issue with house is that it has 3 floors with upper floors sharing 1 hvac unit. (First floor has separate unit) Although adequate at bedtime it had to cool off before we were thoroughly comfortable. The ceiling fans helped. We were here in may and temps were comfortable 70s and 80s. Might be issue in July heat. We would definitely stay again and loved this area. 15 min drive max to panama city beach. House has parking for 3 cars and parking passes for more cars on streets of rosemary.. Parking for 4th and 5th car can be difficult to find.

This immaculately decorated home was the perfect set up for two families w teens for Spring Break! Unlike most rental homes, the kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked. The location is in the heart or Rosemary, close to shops and a 5-7 min walk to beach. We used the grill, the porch, the carriage house, and the pool. This is our second stay in 10 years and it was perfect. Thank you so much!!

This location was perfect. 30 steps to the nearest restaurant, 8 min walk (with kids) to the beach and very quiet neighborhood (excluding regular maintenance noises). The layout of the house was perfect. We didn’t have to stare at our kitchen mess all day as it is a bit separated, but when in the kitchen you can still hear and see what is happening in the living space. The office/game room was a great closed door room for the children in the evenings as well. The heated pool was the cherry on top, filling every second of vacation with a 9,7,5, and 3 year old! Mrs. Barbara was the sweetest to work with and also has the sweetest heart. Would 100% recommend to anyone!

Great Escape is a lovely, well-appointed home in a great central location at Rosemary Beach. Beach is an easy 2 min walk away, with shops and restaurants located just around the corner. The home was immaculately clean, with comfy beds, and a well equipped kitchen. Photos of the home do not exaggerate...it’s just as lovely as it looks with updated and tasteful decor and a beautiful sparkling pool. House also includes 4 bikes for cruising around 30A as well as access to all of Rosemary Beach amenities. Great Escape was a beautiful home base for our family vacation!

Beautiful vacation home with many amenities, fully stocked kitchen, kids could walk to town for ice cream and ride their bikes around neighborhood. Easy walk to beach.Will know next time to reserve beach chairs well in advance.

The house was perfect for our family. The rooms were spacious, many bathrooms, great kitchen, dining room and den. The pool was our central meeting place. Rosemary Beach was the best. Great weather and great beach.
