Check-in was easy. Asked about the propane tank for the grill and the manager came right over! Property & pool are very well taken care of. Kitchen was well stocked. Even little extras like some spices, laundry & dishwasher detergent, sunscreen and plenty of towels. Beds are very firm but that’s probably only my issue :) The location is great, close to restaurants, grocery & not that far from Key West. Recommend the Turtle Hospital! The walking lane on the road is great too! Rooms are huge with plenty of storage! Stairs will be an issue for someone unable to climb the stairs. Will definitely return!

I could not have asked for a better place to stay for 3 couples for a whole week! Each bedroom having a king bed and full bathroom was perfect! The location was perfect, the pool was great, the house itself was nice and just why we needed!

My friends and I decided to spend a week in the Keys for our vacation this year. Usually there is ten of us. But two couples couldn't go this year. We found this three bedroom three bath and it couldn't have worked out better. The townhouse was very clean and welcoming. It had all the amenities we needed. The pool was exceptionally clean and the were grounds keepers everyday making sure the property well maintained. We all agree this was a great place to vacation and we will return.

It was fabulous close to every thing. The condo was beautiful. The views were phenomenal. It was stocked with everything you could want. We enjoyed our week thoroughly.

I have been visiting the Florida Keys since I was 12 years old and my children their whole lives and Key Colony has always been a location as part of our visits. The location of this condo and the condo itself is perfect and will be a must stay in our future Florida Keys trips. Well stocked for cooking for a family as well as steps from the beach and pool. I felt the stress melt off immediately. Can't wait till our next visit.

Beautiful view, pool, hot tub, fishing pier, clean comfortable accomadations.

Great location. Just steps from pool or beach or fishing pier. Very short drives to everything else. Very quiet area. Very clean and well kept house. Great layout for 3 couples.

It was great location. One negative is the beds were not very comfortable.

The rental process was smooth, the unit was immaculate and the location was even better than we hoped for! Perfectly situated between Key Largo and Key West, there are endless adventures in this area!

This property was very nice and the view did not disappoint. Upon getting checked in, the wifi password did not work. I emailed the property manager and received no response. We finally figured out the password that was provided in the original email sent to me was incorrect. I would have expected a response to the email. Besides the wifi, the only real complaint we had was the AC was not keeping up. We were told not to have the temp below 70 and we didn't, but I assure you, at no point was it 70 degrees in the house. I suspect the AC unit is not big enough for the house. We had to buy our own toilet paper also, which I though was odd, when you are paying this much money to stay in Florida, I would expect there to be enough essentials like toilet paper. All in all this was a fabulous trip. Home owner provided noodles and floats to use in the pool, which was very nice.

With covid it changed our plans quickly last year. We really looked forward to this getaway. It met all of our needs. It was nice to be on the water, enjoy the swimming and snorkeling opportunities and get away from the hustle of daily activities. The home was fully stocked and felt like a home away from home. We will visit again! Thank you for the hospitality.

We did our summer family vacation here the week of July 4th. We had a really great time and the condo is centrally located in the Keys (in-between Marathon and Islamorada). We drove to Key West for the day, did the aquarium one day, and there are nice restaurants right around the corner. We enjoyed our morning walks around Key Colony Beach. It's like it's own little private island. The condo was very nice. The kitchen is very well stocked with everything you need, The living room had ample room for our family of 5. The pool is literally right down the stairs and out of the screen door. The only downfall is there isn't much of a beach location. The facility does have beach chairs out but lots of rocks and not your typical sandy beach. Then again, it's the Keys and the water is there but you can't touch it without a boat as there are hardly any beach areas that condos actually sit on like the East Coast. The views are beautiful from the condo and pool area. The only problem we ran into was the cleaning lady was still there cleaning when we went to check in at 3:00. We left and grabbed some drinks and came back at 5:00 and she was still there. We went in anyway. There were 3 sets of king sized sheets left in the dryer, but the unit was cleaned. I'm on vaca....no laundry for me as that is what the cleaning fees' are for. I set them on top of the dryer for the next cleaning lady to fold. I would highly recommend the condo. Erika, the owner, was very nice and responded quickly to all of my questions and request. She's great. We will stay here again if we decide to come back to the Keys.

This vacation in the keys at key colony point was epic! We lives everything about the keys and our stay! Only negatives are the beaches are soooo small and are way smaller than the picture made it look . But Bahia Honda beach was the best beach we have ever been too and it’s only 20Min away so that made up for it LOL. But our biggest disappointment was our master bedroom was listed as a balcony with ocean view ! Thats what we wanted in a condo stay! But ours was closed in last year other guest told us . But I’m the pics listed it was still a open balcony! Very disappointed in that! But we still had a nice balcony on the main floor. Highly recommend key colony point for any family vacation! The fishing was amazing on the pier! I even left a fish identification sticker on the pier for future fisherman LOL . All the guest we met were amazing! Jim from Jersey , Chris from Georgia and my favorite Cris mcguiver . We will be back next year !

Family had a wonderful vacation! We went fishing and caught amazing Snappers and Yellowtails, paddle boarded and kayaked, relaxed by the pool and beach and enjoyed some amazing sunsets. A definite do over!

Beautiful property, great location. Better than we imagined. The condo steps would be difficult for elderly, someone with knee issues or small children (steps are open). We would definitely stay here again

Super easy check in. Clean property with everything we needed for comfortable stay.

Loved the location, unit could have been cleaner. Ie, stairway rugs, glass tables, floors, lower screened in area, and kitchen In general. Toilet paper holder and towel racks in 2 bathrooms fell off the wall.

We enjoyed everything about this property. Property was well maintained. We had lots of fun playing in the pool and hot tub. My kids caught lots of fish right off the pier and the views were amazing!

The townhouse was perfect. I was looking for something off the beaten path. This could not have been more spot on. The townhouse was well equipped with anything you could want. The pool area is great. There wasn't much of a beach, but in the end, less sand in the house! The Key Beach Colony is fantastic. All the people walking, running and biking was great to see! The community feel was really nice. The area restaurants were great. We definitely will be back! :-)
