The house is beautiful, fully stocked with everything you need. The owners are very gracious and accommodating. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Both the property and our hosts were delightful! Property was clean and well stocked, everything was in great shape. Very short drive to the slopes and restaurants. We will absolutely be staying here again!

Lovely home for our family while skiing at HV. Very clean, well-appointed, more spacious than the pics suggested. Definitely recommend!

Beautiful cozy cabin close to ski resort. Owners are so accommodating they make you feel right at home. Even offered a drive home if we went out and drank. We will definitely be back.

We had a wonderful trip to Holiday Valley for a ski weekend and stayed at the Snow Valley Chalet. It was a perfect location and just a quick drive to the ski resort.
We met the owners at check In and they showed us around their beautiful, clean place! They were so kind and helpful!
Our 4 daughters loved the loft area! The space was great for our family of 6, but could easily sleep 10! They had everything you could need for a comfortable stay away from home.
We really enjoyed our weekend away and can’t wait to stay here again!! Thank you so much, Deb and John!

We wanted to ski on our last day and had a trailer. The owners allowed us to leave our trailer at the property until we finished skiing. This was extremely helpful as parking is limited at resort.
They were very helpful/responsive on any questions or issues we had.

The owners supplied the house with everything we needed and then some! There was plenty of space for our family of five. The house is close to Holiday Valley and the dining/shopping in Ellicottville. We’d definitely stay here again!

Deb went out of her way to make sure they my family was comfortable and that everything was just right for our stay. The house is spotless. The added amenities - from the coffee and cream and sugar to the bath products were a perfect touch to make us feel at home. Holiday Valley is 3 minutes away. Thank you for having us!

We had a wonderful winter weekend of fun! Debbie and John were more than accommodating with our last minute booking and were wonderful property managers. The house had everything we’d need. Location near Holiday Valley and Ellicottville were perfect!

The chalet was very clean and very spacious. We had teenage kids with us who loved the loft area to hang out. It was a wonderful experience I would definitely come back again. It had everything we needed, and the location is so close to skiing and downtown. Deb was amazing to work with, she is a wonderful person. This was the perfect home away from home, very satisfied with our stay. Thank you!

We went out for a family ski vacation and loved the property. Deb and John treated us like family and were very warm and welcoming. The house was extremely clean,comfortable and warm and cozy. Felt like we were in our own home. Lovely experience and would recommend to our friends and family!

Deb and Johnny are great hosts. Greeted us upon arrival and were available if we needed anything. House was exactly as pictured and spotless. Deb has stocked everything you could possibly need. The close-by dollar store was great for essentials we forgot. Will definitely stay again and probably use their second cabin.

We have been renting places in Ellicottville for more than 20 years and this is the best place we have stayed! The owners have thought of everything! The house is clean, cozy and has a wonderful layout. It is filled with thoughtful design and all the amenities you can think of!

Great property. Deb was very responsive and communicative. Close to Holiday Valley and 5 mins to E’Ville. House was spotless and well stocked. Would rent again.

The house was beautiful, well kept and stocked with EVERYTHING we could have needed and more. We stayed with 4 adults and 5 children and had plenty of space for everyone. The kids LOVED the loft space with its own bathroom and adorable cubbies for them to play in. Deb and John were incredibly nice and welcoming. We came to tube and the house is only a 10 minute drive from the Holiday Valley Tubing Park. There is a Dollar General just down the street and Holiday Valley Ski Resort and downtown Ellicottville are only a 5 minute drive. The kids are already begging to come back (even without wifi, so you KNOW it’s a great place )!

This place is impressive! It's as close as you can get to the resort and not be on the resort basically. The owners are amazing and very accommodating. I've only used VRBO a hand full of times and this is by far the best stay I've visited. My wife and friends were also very impressed. We will definitely be back and most likely sooner than later!

This chalet was absolutely beautiful! We spent 2 days here with our 3 kids and 2 friends to celebrate the new year. We were only minutes from HV where we were able to ski and tube. The home is as clean as can be and offers every last thing you could think of! Homeowners are extremely friendly and made communication easy ! Our kids enjoyed the loft area that offered fun little cubbies for them to play and hide in :) We highly recommend this chalet when visiting Ellicotville And will be booking again!
