We stayed for the big sand Tournment in Florida. We had no issues and everything went smoothly and according to plan. We will for sure

Great spot for families with easy access to pools and beach. Beach chair service was utilized daily and much appreciated! Unit was clean and cutely updated. Tiles and grout and paint could use some touchups throughout the unit. If we stayed at this location again I'd pay more for a unit with an ocean view. If the view isn't of importance to you its a great spot!

Met up with my mom and kids here for the holidays. The cold front was uncomfortable but we loved the big table for meals and playing games. The queen bunk beds gave us so much space too.

C200 was perfect for 4 friends to spend a week at the beach! We loved the convenience of parking right by our door. The outdoor furniture was enjoyed by everyone. Some of us ate breakfast on the patio, others stretched out on the sofa outside to read. Walking to the beach was easy. We also walked to the restaurants right across the street. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed. Check in was so easy. The condo was very clean and we had no issues. I'll be booking with Coastal Vibe again next spring for another girl's week!

This is our second time to Waterscape but first time renting this condo. It was absolutely wonderful and the host was so easy to work with. Our boys loved being on the ground floor right outside of the splash pad. The weather was wonderful and we spent so much time just relaxing here. We are already booked to come back in July!

C200 was a perfect condo for our family vacation with 5 adults and an 11 month old; showers had awesome water pressure, beds were comfortable and kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals and snacks. Having a washer/dryer was awesome as well. Wifi worked well and we just really enjoyed our stay. We loved being so close to walk to the pool ideal for baby/toddler, and all other pools and beach were an easy walk as well. The daily beach rental for a kayak or paddle board was awesome and enjoyed! Coastal Vibe was great and quick to reply to email messages/questions. Will book here again for sure!

Lots of stuff for the kids to do, house was great for the amount of people there. Only problem was the security walking around the pool were rude about a 4 year old and her bracelet for the pool. Made the stay a little frustrating but over all great place and would recommend it to others

The condo was perfect for my family of 6 adults and one child. We loved the ground floor with walk out patio and close proximity to splash pad. There was enough seating on patio for 9 people. Condo had everything we needed. Our granddaughter enjoyed the toy box near pool with beach toys left by other guests. Parking is convenient and close. We hope to return next year.

The only problem we had is that my sons family had cockroaches in their bedroom. My son called someone and they had pest control come out immediately but then we found more and my grandkids wouldn't sleep in that room. We think the problem is that the room is close to trash bin. Otherwise the accommodations were great.

This property was perfect for our family vacation!! They have activities each day for the little ones and beautiful pools for the older ones!! The pirate show they had for the little ones was a fun surprise for my grandson!! I would definitely stay here again.

Everything about our trip to Ft Walton Beach/Waterscape was outstanding. C200 was in the perfect location for our small kids - right by the splash pad. The check-in and check-out couldn't have been easier and more convenient. The Coastal Vibe crew responded immediately and went above and beyond to let us check in a couple hours early. The unit was clean, comfortable and had zero issues. We are already looking to book with Coastal Vibe at Waterscape again next year.

We had a great family vacation with toddlers! Short walk to the pools, not much farther to the beach. Convenient parking as well as easy check-in, & check-out.

The condo was plenty big for our family of 5 every had enough room to have their own space. It was great to be able to walk right out to the pool and have a little grass area outside for the kids to play catch. Was also super easy to access from the parking ramp. Could park pretty much right outside the door

Perfect location to many of the local venues along with the beach and pools!!! Will stay here again!!!

The condo was beautiful and well maintained. The property was ideal for families. You there several pools and the beach was in close proximity.

Our family of nine was looking for a ground-level condo that accommodated lots of children, and this unit fit the bill! The bunk beds were a big hit, as was the bench seating in the dining area. We loved being so close to the kiddie pools, and we appreciated the safe, family friendly environment of Waterscape! As this was our second time at Waterscape, we were disappointed that the overall cleanliness of the unit did not meet expectations, as it had a few years ago. Upon entry, there was sand on the tile floors, and the kitchen and bathrooms were in need of a good deep clean. It seems the walls could use some touch up paint, and it should be noted that there is no dresser in the bedroom with the queen over queen bunk beds.

My family had an amazing time.

Although the place needed cleaned up a bit, especially in the bathrooms upon arrival, the location of the condo is spectacular! Check in was a breeze and Waterscape is a great family friendly location! Overall I would stay here again!

Didn't have any issues while we were there, but I'm very confident they would have been handled promptly if we had! Thanks for an awesome stay!!!

We had a great time! Room was as listed and everything was comfortable. The facility itself was great! Would definitely come back.. the location of the room. Itself was excellent for the littles!

Where to begin this condo was perfect for my family and friends. It was clean, spacious, and really perfect for a larger group. We loved how convenient it was to the pool and the grills made for a quick lunch, especially for kids who get tired of eating sandwiches everyday. The patio was perfect we hung out there every night. Being on the ground level made it easy for hauling all the beach gear to the beach without having to get on the elevators. We were also at the end of the building, so we were able to park in the parking garage right near the condo, no long walks for us. Also renting from Coastal Vibes Vacations was such an easy process, they literally did everything for us. All I had to do was print my parking passes from my email which I received 2 weeks before my stay along with my codes and the pool bands were in our room upon our arrival. So going into the lobby to check in was not necessary. All I had to do was just drive to the venue and unpack. They really cut out the hard work for us. We are already planning on booking our next stay with them.

Everything had always been very well maintained as well as clean. I am going to chalk it up to hopefully, a new cleaning service was hired and they are working out the kinks on how to properly clean the property. A good coat of paint through out wouldn't hurt. Possibly purchasing new pans, since everything sticks to them from eggs to simply burning a grilled cheese in 5 minutes. Providing a dresser in bunkbed room would be perfect, not all clothing can be put on hangers.I noticed as soon as I walked in the door, with sand and dust sitting on top of the trim running on the floors throughout the condo. Dust covered the ceiling fans, Master bedding had stains on it. Detergent caked up in the washer. Showers still needed to be touched up on the flooring around the bases. Dust balls and sand under the area rug, couch entertainment center, dressers and night stands.Chairs and sand toys are always there when we arrive from previous families, which is really nice not having to pack up all our chairs and sand toys for vacation.Ground floor parking and convenience make this condo a good deal in itself. It is along haul to the beach with kids in tow. Everything is a short drive away. So close to harbor village and crab island!

The condo was very well stocked for everything you could want. In the kitchen there were two coffee makers - Keurig and Drip, a blender, hand mixer, crock pot, children's cups and utensils. If you are traveling with children - this condo had a pack N play, a high chair and plenty of beach toys and boogie boards. There was a small grassy play are right outside the condo patio that the children enjoyed. It was VERY easy access from the parking garage. It was a long walk to the beach and the access for a stroller or wagon had to be navigated with elevators and tunnels. But the sand was gorgeous, the beach is immaculate. There are umbrellas and chairs available. The condo also had several beach chairs. I only had a few small issues - there was very little surface area to place toiletries or other items in the bedrooms and baths. The condo was not as clean as I have experienced before. I would have given it five stars otherwise. Loved our location.

Location was amazing, couldn’t get in the ocean so the pools came in handy, condo could’ve been cleaner. Floors were very dirty dust on ceiling fans but overall a great vacation
