Have been staying here for many years now and hope to return for many more.

Perfect place for us to stay while visiting our grandson. All was as expected and the location was convenient for our needs. Thanks Rich and hope to visit again soon.

We typically stay here twice a year and always experience the same high standards. Seems that there are improvements each time we go. It's our go-to place.

The description is nothing short of perfect. It was as spacious as we expected and the amenities were more than we expected! There wasn’t a thing we needed that wasn’t provided - from the kitchen to the bathroom. It’s as peaceful as you want to make it and as convenient and comfortable as you need it! We will definitely stay again!!!

The property grounds were Beautiful, the location was fabulous, and the condo was exactly what Mr Rich described in listing. The view was beautiful overlooking the river inlet and the disc golf course, my boys loved fishing right outside, and it was quiet, but not uncomfortable for my kids (11yo/11yo/13yo) to make normal kids noise. The pool was an easy walk across the parking lot and we could still hear our kids playing from our front balcony in the pool. The condo was decorated adorabley and was equipped with EVERYTHING we could possibly need and more. The beds were decently comfortable and the space indoors was more than enough for our family of 5... we enjoyed the board games and the appreciated the tios left from past guests and owners. It was a fabulous stay, I am not sure I would change anything honestly. We definitely would love to stay here again if we b were to return to Myrtle Beach again. Had a great stay, at a really clean, comfortable condo that was conveniently close to the Ripken Experience. The owner was quick to respond to questions.

We stayed at the condo for a week and it worked for our needs. We would stay again if we were inthe area. Positives were the location, kitchen setup, available beach gear, and balcony on the golf course. Things we would change: bed and showerhead were too short for my 6'3" husband, would have preferred a queen over a swing king/two twins, this is a third floor accommodation with steps. Overall standard accommodations that worked for our stay.

We love staying here and do every time we are down. Kinda worried to give this rave review or it won’t be available for us! Seriously, we love it here. Clean, roomy, great location. Thank you once again a for a wonderful stay!

I believe I have found my home away from home in Myrtle Beach. Rich made this the best mother daughter trip for my child. The condo was clean, beautiful, and more than what I expected. He provided everything that you made need and more. The beds were super comfy and the view was beautiful. The place is beautifully decorated. I was able to call and text Rich with any special needs. I will return in the near future.

Great place. Rich was great at communicating with me when I needed to. Very accommodating! The place was stocked with everything you could ever need. My girls loved it. We had plenty of room to spread out. Enjoyed the large kitchen and eating space. The neighbourhood was also great. Friendly tips from the local residents helped. Enjoyed the pools on the property. Found it easy to get out for the day to play at the local attractions and then back to a quiet home. We stayed near the beach just before, which was nice but busy at night with littles. Highly recommend!!

The property was perfect. Close proximity to the beach, golf and all shopping. The owner Phil is a fantastic host. The condo has everything you need. We’ll definitely be back.

Great location, fabulous view of the golf course. We really appreciated the extras supplied (i.e. beach towels) as it was one less thing we had to pack and bring along. Commnication with the owner was excellent.

This condo is exceptional and clean. Everything is there and even more. We couldn't have asked for more. The owner responds to all our requests without delay. He also makes sure that everything meets our expectations. The whole family enjoyed the condo very much. Being golf players, we were very happy to be near a very beautiful golf course. In addition, the environment is really beautiful. It is really nice to walk around the area.

We have stayed here many times and always have a wonderful time. Rich is always improving the property; all new blinds and bathroom textiles on this occasion. We will be back at Christmas!

I was really happy when we first checked in. The place was nice and clean. The decor was nice but I wasn't terrified of my children breaking anything fancy. We were gone most of the time as my son(11) was playing in a baseball tournament. I have 2 girls age 6 and almost 3. We had one really rainy day where the girls were playing dolls, coloring, playdough and puzzles. This condo is located on the third floor and the downstairs neighbors were rudely banging on their ceiling. I couldn't believe it was even a happening as they were so content playing toys most of the day that it rained. They then proceeded to send the owner a message. This was very annoying as we were by no means partying and it was the middle of the day ( 2pm)The only time the girls made noise was excitedly running across the room after nap. This unfortunately has nothing to do with the very kind owners it was very uncomfortable after that worrying about every step the kids were taking. That is not something you should be worrying about on vacation!!!! Do not stay here with children !!! The neighbors are grumpy!

We couldn't have asked for more. EVERYTHING was available. The new beach chairs were a big hit for going to beach. Condo is ALWAYS so clean when we arrive. Just another great experience , and can't wait to book another trip. Thank you Rich!!!!

First time staying away from the beach (walking distance) area. Really appreciated how Rich seemed to think of everything in this property. We wanted for nothing by way of amenities. From the coffee in the kitchen to the little touches in the bathrooms. We loved having our coffee watching the golfers in the mornings and then listening the nature with a glass of local wine in the evening. Thank you for such a clean, beautiful space. Our kids commented this was, by far, their favorite condo of all the places we've stayed.

My family and I enjoyed the second of two consecutive years renting from Mr. Kulaszewski. Great experience! We returned because we knew our expectations would be met or exceeded!

This is a very comfortable condo in a nice neighborhood. Rich is a very good host. I would not hesitate to use this property again.

Good experience. Tile floors were sticky and towels were not fresh, some appeared used.

Rich's condo is ideally located to access rapidly every corner of the strand, from north to south, beach to hills. Also, being a corner unit on the top floor, besides a golf course made it very quiet, without undue traffic noise or other irritants. Aside from being very clean and well equipped (kitchen, bathrooms, etc. ) the service of a handyman nearby was very helpful when we had questions during our long stay. Exchange with the owner were also very easy.

Excellent as always. This stay helped by amazing weather between Christmas and New Year which meant we could golf every day! Great to be back in Myrtle Beach at Christmas.

This place was a great place for a quick getaway for a weekend of golf. We had everything we needed for the weekend and to be able to cook instead of eating out all the time. The condo was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed staying here and would book here again.

My stay at the condo was wonderful!! My favorite part was sitting on the balcony with my coffee enjoying the gorgeous view. The condo had everything I could possibly need. I stayed here while visiting my granddaughter 's college for family weekend. Whenever I return, I will definitely look into the availability of this condo again!

We really enjoyed our stay at the property! Truly the only issue we had was no elevator to the third floor. We probably stayed longer than most guests do, but taking multiple pieces of luggage up was awkward as was multiple trips when bringing in the groceries. The place was clean and neat, the bed were comfortable (this is a biggy for me), and the kitchen had everything you need. Closets were roomy and there was plenty of hangers to hang clothes. The pictures of the property are true to form and we enjoyed sitting on the patio in the morning and evening. We have only a few minor suggestions and that is updating the pillows on the king size bed and replacing non stick pans in the kitchen. There is plenty to do. shopping, beach and restaurant near by. We would recommend the Eggs up Grill, they have great breakfast if you don't want to cook!

We have been staying here for several years and it gets better each year. We have already booked to return at Christmas. Each time we stay there are some improvements. Clean, comfortable, with all the comforts of home and perfect for a quiet getaway. Golf course views are great.

Great experience! Clean, convenient, courteous host. Enough room for the whole family. Three pools, right next to Arrow Head golf course, and close enough to the hustle and bustle of Myrtle Beach. (Broadway, Ripken Experience, Beaches)

The condo was very nice, exactly what showed in the pictures! We were tucked away from the crowd so it was nice and quiet. If we ever come back to Myrtle Beach we will definitely stay here again!
