This was such a great house. Nice and clean and easy to get to. Perfect house to rent with family and friends. I plan on staying again next year!

Great size for our extended family of 10. Room for everyone to spread out. Walkability in Phillipsburg is nice and only about a15 minute drive to the lake.

We did a short weekend stay for a family event in the area and this house was well set up for everyone to have the space they needed. Unfortunately it was 90 degrees and pretty miserable on the main and upper levels. Appreciated having a pack n play, high chair, kids dishes, and kids books/toys - there is also a great playground at the elementary school. The deck was beautiful to sit in the evening!

I love staying at Joshua's home. It is perfect for our large group with plenty of room for everyone.
The view from the deck is lovely and stargazing at night is a big highlight!

Great house with plenty of room and amenities.
If staying in the peak of summer remember to plan accordingly. No AC, but it cools down quick at nights and we were away during the day so not that big of an issue for us.Overall great home.

We enjoyed our stay greatly! Very accommodating for 9 of us aging from 15-62.
The pictures don’t do justice. We did have an issue connecting to WiFi but it’s just a reminder to all enjoy each other and not our phone.

We met our grown children and toddler grandson here and had a nice 3 night stay. The house is comfortable, well appointed and has a beautiful view of the town and valley. We recommend it!

We had a great time in Phillipsburg! Location was perfect for the activities that we had planned and this house was perfect for the large group that stayed for the long weekend. Josh and Justin were very helpful and super quick to respond to any issue:)

Great place, plenty of room and very comfortable. Joshua communicated well, which made our check in and out very easy. Would love to come back and stay sometime in the summer to enjoy the spacious deck and great view.

As before, this location is outstandingly accommodating of families with children and groups coming for sport activities! Thank you again!
One note: one of the top bunks is quite difficult to access without a ladder and requires assistance to get anyone up into that bed, it needs a ladder :)

The pictures do not give this place justice, which was a pleasant surprise. We had an incredible view of the town and ski hill off the balcony. When we had issues with check in, the owners were quick to respond and help. We would definitely stay here again!

The property was perfect for our family group. It was very clean and had a well stocked kitchen. The beds were comfy. All was great. We came to ski Discovery but there was no snow. We had a great time anyway--ice skating, visiting Granite Ghost town, the Brewery and Candy Shop. A bonus included watching the New Years fireworks display from the deck! Thank you for a fun family gettaway! We will be back.

The house is perfect for a large group and has everything you need for a family getaway. The house is just a quick walk to downtown where there are lots of great food options. Even though there was no snow, we had a great time. Thank you for another great stay!

We stayed in this home 2 years ago. Switched up who was upstairs and downstairs. Downstairs is prime location in the summer as it is the coolest. Keep the doors open and windows open upstairs for the cross breeze and it cools off quickly. Curtains added to the living room really helped keep the temps down in there. If we need a larger house for lots of people, this is our choice. Thanks Josh!

We were 4 adults and 3 children. The house met our needs and was great for young and old. Bedrooms and bathrooms on all 3 floors was perfect. We spent the first day T nearby Georgetown Lake where we rented a small boat and picnicked. Josh was readily available and responded to questions before and during our stay.

We had a fun time in Philipsburg on graduation weekend. There was plenty of space for 7 adults at the house and it was in a great location close to downtown. Josh provided all the information we needed and was easy to contact.

Love Josh & Justin's Place! I can't remember how many time we've stayed at this location for work trips to Philipsburg, it's that good!

We come to P-Burg every year for fishing and we are return renters/vacationers to this home because it is perfect for us. We travel with multiple families so it is nice to have bedrooms that accommodate multiple couples. The kitchen is stocked with everything you need. The location is perfect! I would 100% recommend staying here when visiting P-Burg!

We have stayed here several times and really enjoyed the space! Great for several families with friendly neighbors. The kitchen was well stocked and the bedrooms comfortable. Close walk to the brewery too! Will stay here again.

We have stayed at this property several times with two other families. It is in a great location. It has multiple bedrooms and bathrooms that support a larger group. It is close to downtown P burg - candy store, skating rink, brewery, etc. It is also pet friendly, which is a bonus for us. Hosts are responsive and accommodating. Thank you!

Our local Curling Club organized a Bonspiel, perhaps Montanas 1st ever outdoor event! We had 16 teams from around MT, ID, SD and Oklahoma. Great rental space, easy to check in and out. Hot tub on site but unfortunately not available for renters😪
Our group enjoyed the deck, telescope and wonderful views of the surrounding region. All the best from us at the Last Chance Curling Club.

This rental exceeded our expectations. Beautiful view of the Pintlers, short walk to town, and an excellent home base for all activities.

Great location! Walking distance to DT Phillipsburg. Bedrooms were located on 3 levels allowing for privacy, if needed, and the main floor & deck are great for socializing.

Weekend stay
The property details are what we expected. The beds were made up but we had to find pillow cases for all pillows. This property doesn’t provide toiletries which we hadn’t looked into before stays but thought might be included. Instructions for leaving were straight forward and overall a great place to stay!

Golf Outing with Family
Our family had a wonderful time, and really felt having 3 private areas (bedroom/bathroom) for each of us was a bonus. The location of the house was perfect, we could walk downtown or choose just to chill on the balcony looking out onto the Philipsburg Valley. We plan to come back next summer!!

Overall great place. In heat of summer, house stayed a bit warm. Great town. Even decent sushi. Walking distance from town. Found some nice sapphires about 30 minutes from town but can also be done in town.

Awesome Place
This place was awesome and Philipsburg Montana is a great town. All of the beds and bedrooms matched the description on the post so we had plenty of space, which to me is huge!
