We loved staying here! The pool is fun, there’s so much space, our older kids loved having their own little house. There’s an awesome place right on the river where you can eat or sit, or even jump off the roof into the river. The 4 kayaks were great, we spent our days kayaking down to the beach or just around the river. It was a great stay! We loved it. It’s about 2.5 hours drive from Nadi and 1 hour from Suva.

We loved everything about our stay here. A little mini resort all of our own.

It was a good stay and a beautiful location and staff was friendly. Thank you all. Downside: pool Could Use some Lighting and the back yard and from and all Around the property could use some motion sensor lights so that guest see if anyone or even the stray dog be approaching or is on the property without permission

Secretly I don’t want to share my views on this property because I want to keep this gem in paradise to myself😬 My family and friends. 8 of us created the most amazing memories here The home Yes it’s a home is more than what we expected. Little tings like cookware and dishes and instructions on what to do etc The pool. The screen room-not to watch to tv but to screen us from outside elements while enjoying a good read or just a quiet moment. The kayaks. The ability to fish by the river or just watch boats n kayaks go by Hosts recommend Mark for fishing and he must be the best because my husband who hardly says anything raves about the experience and the fish galore. Alexxis, Todd and the team of Dee. Alisi and bela are super hosts and very responsive. We are already planning when to come back and friends and family are wanting to know how they can book this place Thanks Alexxis and Todd

Beautiful and spacious property right by the river. Lovely hosts who make sure you are well looked after. The pool is clean and warm , there are canoes to explore the area. Beach, shops and restaurants few minutes drive away. Could not ask for.morw. Thank you for having us!

The Villa in Pacific Harbour was exactly as described and even more. Our family of 8 had plenty of room. We could be close together for meals but also had our own areas where we could have some privacy. The ceiling fans, air con, and pool kept us very comfortable. The wifi kept us connected to the world back home when we needed it. The grounds were immaculate and the pool was amazing. The river in back of the property was perfect for fishing and kayaking. Our kids took the kayaks up the everywhere-- up river and out to the beach. The screened dock house was a great place to relax at the end of the day and listen to the peaceful sounds of the river. Everything we needed was within walking distance. Food, shopping, beach, etc. Our host was very responsive to our every need. Our only regret was that we could not stay longer-- we will definitely be back in the future.

We had a great week, exactly what we were looking for. Big kitchen so breakfast at home. Hanging out at and in the pool. Easy walk to several shops and restaurants. Alexxis arranged our transfer from/to Nadi, and a day trip to Suva city.

Clean, expansive, and secluded property right on the river. We really enjoyed the enclosed deck next to the river and the pool during our stay. We walked to The Establishment and Arts Village several time and even enjoyed a run through the golf course. Todd and Alexxis were very welcoming and responded quickly to any questions. The kitchen is well equipped with pots/pans, but doesn’t have much in the way of spices if you’re looking to cook meals make sure you bring what you need or expect to buy it. Overall a great stay!

Perfect location to unwind and enjoy family time. Pool, kayaks, beautiful grounds, awesome kitchen, BBQ facilities brought us all together for a fabulous few days around Christmas. Friendly owners, great communication. Thank you!

As promised, Alexxis was a very attentive host. She quickly helped with so many problems and concerns. We loved all the space for the kids to play and spent plenty of time in the kayaks (there were 4!!) and in the pool. Having a car (which Alexxis helped us with!) was really nice for going to different beaches, getting to a larger supermarket and generally getting to see Viti Levu. The property was very peaceful and private. Thank you for the memories!

My wife and I and two other friends stayed at this wonderful house. The layout is perfect for small and large groups alike and the location is superb. We enjoyed the beautiful pool overlooking the river every day! Morning coffee and evening cocktails were had in the veranda as we enjoyed exchanging "Bula!" with the various boaters and kayakers on the river. While we ran into a couple of minor issues, I was most impressed with the owners as they were extremely responsive and quick to resolve any concerns. Alexxis was very helpful in arranging our river rafting and surfing excursions. The absolute highlight was Alexxis's suggestion to have to local venue, The Establishment, cater our evening meals. Ben and his staff went above and beyond!!! We were going to have 4 of 7 meals catered but after the first night we asked to have all 7 meals. We were spoiled with absolutely 5 Star meals and service. We all were sitting at the table each night eagerly waiting for the next decadent display of the wonderful dinners, complete with appetizer, main course and dessert. Especially around Covid times, staying in this beautiful villa was the way to go. We had everything we need from a resort point of view but in a private, safe environment. The hosts were super awesome & were very accommodating. There's plenty of room to have your alone time or to mingle with the rest of the family. Definately would stay there again.

This is our second holiday stay at Riverbend Retreat and it has become a true favourite in the area!! Gorgeous, spacious, private and secure property and lodgings. This house is literally paradise and if you intend to visit Pacific Harbour, there is no place better you will find! Frederic and Alexxis are the best hosts and will help you with anything from in-house massages to calling taxis to working the washer and dryer! The house is so well laid out with the main house and casita close but separate, the kitchen has everything you could possibly need and the pool was perfect! I can’t think of anything we needed that wasn’t there, even pool floats. We used the kayaks and read and napped in the screened porch every day and when the afternoon rains came, it was so peaceful out there. The beach is 5 min walk and there is a market, restaurant and little Indian takeout place all within a block of the house. We have traveled to Hawaii, Nicaragua, Mexico, Kenya and Costa Rica and this house was our favorite of all we have stayed at so far. And a giant thank you to Frederic and Alexxis for all their help getting us back to the US before the airports closed, we couldn’t have done it without them. We can’t wait to go back!! Fantastic villa for a relaxing family vacation. Facilities and location provide for the full Fijian experience (fishing in the river, etc). Owners Todd and Alexxis are superb , whilst on-te property manager Fredric is great. Highly recommend.

We arrived quite late at night and were warmly greeted by Fredric. The property itself was much bigger than we expected and literally had everything you could possible need. We were a party of 6 adults and 2 children and we absolutely loved our stay here. Fredric went above and beyond to help with any queries or requests, and was just the perfect host! We had a wonderful time at this property, just wish it was slightly nearer to Nadi! Thank you to Fredric and his team xx

Beautiful spot great villa allot of things not working like tv, a fan in bedroom , wifi could not connect , some lights no pool lights outside for the night to see , general maintenance. Fredric was lovely and owner is great . Definitely overall one of the best spots in pacific harbour .

We had a great time on our vacation! The home is amazing and the pictures don’t do it justice! Fredric was helpful and I highly recommend having him schedule your transfer from the airport. We had a rental car booked but upon arrival was told they didn’t have it. Apparently that happens often. Everything you need is within walking distance of the house. The kayaks were a ton of fun and took them out to the beach several times. Kitchen is amazing and we had huge family dinners every night. Highly recommend this villa!

We (3 adults, 3 kids) travelling with 3 other families (staying in other properties) for a 50th celebration and LOVED LOVED LOVED Fiji and Riverbend. Alexxis and Fredric were fantastic helping me organise the perfect 50th beforehand (a million emails due to dietary and other requirements). Fredric collected us from Nadi airport to make the check in process a breeze and he was the consummate host / tour director / local expert / Mr Fix It / Mr "Go the extra mile" for our 10 days, Riverbend itself is fantastic, this is one of those places that the photos don't do it justice, great pool, immaculate gardens, fantastic furniture, huge amount of room, comfortable beds and so on......you get the picture - everything is great. All staff (especially Tasha and the gardeners were lovely and friendly. The screened deck was a lovely spot for dinner. The kayaks were a big hit to explore the river. The chef (Michaele) and assistant (Rai) provided an amazing array of food to make our stay the amazing family celebration we were hoping for. One of the best place we have ever been. A fabulous location, so beautiful, peaceful and idyllic for our 1 week Family Holiday. The main Villa and cottage side by side accommodated our 3 generations of family perfectly. Fredric, the manager was without fault in his attention to our booking and attending to us as and when needed. I highly recommend this holiday property!! I most certainly would book again. Utterly blessed to have found and stayed at Riverbend Villa5 at Pacific Harbour. Vinaka vaka LEVU to the owners for making it available to us.

Very relaxing, and central to all of our activities. Property manager (Frederick) was always immediately available and positively responsive to even the slightest question or concern.

Thanks Fredrick & Natasha for looking after us so well. We loved every minute of our stay & we are missing that beautiful home. Pacific Harbour is my favorite spot in Fiji you can mix with locals easily & experience that genuine Fiji warmth. Lots of fresh fruit & veggie stalls everywhere. We went river tubing absolutely loved it, once again the locals made it a very special day. We would have done the white water rafting but unfortunately they were fully booked. Had a lot of nice times out & about a couple of favorites were Beach Bum Restaurant (ask Natasha to book for you) & Batak Bar (I may have the name wrong but you’ll see the sign) Do not leave Fiji until you have stayed with Fredric & Natasha in Pacific Harbour!! 😄

The estate is set up perfectly for a family vacation, Frederick and Marica were exceptional people and hosts, they looked after our every needs. The house and bungalow were exactly what we required, it had privacy but was close enough to all amenities such as restaurants and shops. We would recommend this establishment to anyone who is looking for a get away place with a homely feeling. Thanks again Frederick and Marica for looking after us and making it a memorable holiday

What can I say, I am incredibly sad I am not still at Riverbend. The house is fantastic with everything you could possibly want for a very relaxing vacation. Our whole family (3 couples and 1 nine year old) came for my husbands 60th birthday celebrations. Fredrick is amazing and went over and beyond with any queries I had, and managed to book us some fantastic trips.. Even organised a birthday cake for my husband on an outer island adventure. Fredrick thank you from the bottom of our hearts : ) There are only positives about this home and location.. Hope to be there again in the near future...

A beautifully presented property. Gardens and pool a delight. Home is great, clean and well appointed. Suited our 3 families with 2 small children to perfection. Loved the screened porch overlooking the river. The massages arranged by Frederick were very appreciated. Staff were lovely, Frederick and Marica. Nothing was too much trouble. Thankyou. We would highly recommend this property to anyone looking.

River bend is a very special place. We stayed there for 10 days (2 families of 4). It is a 2 1/2 drive from the airport but Fredrick, who manages the property, organised our airport pick up for us and it is totally worth the journey. The villa is spacious, beautifully kept and has everything you would ever need. The pool is wonderful and was used every day by us all and with the River at the end of the garden, you can sit back and watch the world go by or take the kayak and explore the waters and the surrounding area. The grounds are impeccable and everyone is so friendly. Fredrick is on hand for advice and booking trips if you want them. The local restaurant The Establishment is a 2 minute walk and can not be faulted. Take a walk into Pacific Harbour and visit Baka Blues/Skinny Bean for great food or just coffee and cake. We can not recommend the Riverbend enough, we fell in love with Fij and the people and really did not want to leave this amazing property, it’s a real gem.

Look no further as this property is incredible !Just returned from a 5 day stay at the River Bend and I highly recommend it to anyone thinking about staying here.I felt like I had the best of both worlds as just being on the riverfront itself its like its own separate vacation as we spent a lot of our time on the screened porch that sits right on the river and then you have the 5 minute walk to the beach. The house is very spacious and well kept as well as the guest house,there are many nearby restaurants that were fabulous .I cant say enough about the professionalism and care we received from Fredric and he always responded anytime we called him within minutes and was a delight to work with .The property is massive and gated and we just loved every minute we were there,the only complaint I have it that our time there ended but I left knowing that someday I will return.

Riverfront Estate is exactly as described - a lovely, private, well cared for property in a very convenient location only a short walk to restaurants and a small shopping plaza. Easy access to buses and taxis too if you don't have a car (we didn't). And the on-site manager (Fredrik) will help you with everything else you might need. The only downside is that the weather in Pacific Harbour is much more variable than on the other side of the island. We had three days of wind and rain (in July) and had to wait a week before the weather would allow participation in any of the sea-going activities. While not particularly cold, the wind made going to the beach unpleasant so we were very grateful for the river which we found safe to swim in and we had great fun using the kayaks provided (with safely vests). Plenty of books there to read when the weather is not so good. Table tennis too, but suggest a few board games to keep the family amused in bad weather, or in the evenings, would be a good addition to the house.
