We had an overall great trip. The house is big and comfortable. The only problem was THE LACK OF HOT WATER FOR BATHS.

the property smells strange, the furniture is very old, the TVs are very old the fireplace does not work They charge you a clean fee but you have to throw out the trash, leave the dishes cleaning, clean the refrigerator, if they don't charge you extras I do not recommend it the only good thing was the communication with the lanlord

Management staff was great, property was as described and everyday we got to feed the deers that would just come to the porch. The only setback was a smell coming from under the kitchen sink, it smell like skunk. Everytime we entered the property it had this smell. We sprayed some glade and it went away. Other than that everything was perfect.

This would be a very nice property if it was maintained properly and small improvements made to the home. The owners need to be forthcoming and let potential renters know that the water is not filtered. The house smells like sulfur water. Dirt came out of the bathtub faucet and took awhile to clear. Ants and bugs were in the upstairs master bathtub.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The House was very nice with tall ceiling and large windows. It was neat and clean. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen had all the utensils we needed. The hot tub worked well. The water to take a shower was hot. There was no mountain or valley view, but we knew that going in. The A/C was a little weak. Overall it was a pleasant stay. And above all the Condotel people went above and beyond for Customer Satisfaction. I have lost count how many times we have stayed with Condotel. Ricker, Cindy, Jiovani, excellant as usual.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The cabin was pretty had a lot of handy features like the fridge, microwave, and multiple bathrooms. The only thing I would suggest is that someone go and turn on the hot water before you have guests if it hasn't been rented out in a while because the water stunk like sewer water. There were also a lot of dead flies on the carpet that could have been vacuumed out before our arrival, but other than that we had a great time!
