The house is inside the 17 mile drive area. We loved the back patio area where we could relax and feel like part of the forest. The neighborhood was nice and quiet. We really enjoyed the serinity. Checkout was a breeze. All kitchen equipment is available (cups, silverware, pans, etc.). Thank you so much!!!

The four in our family, along with our daughter’s small dog, enjoyed staying here for four nights. The neighborhood is quiet. The vacation home is clean, has comfortable beds, a nice kitchen, and a lovely backyard. The beach is an easy walk from the house. All the lovely things the Monterey and Carmel areas have to offer are close by.

We had a wonderful weekend stay, such a great location with an easy walk to the beach and Pebble Beach facilities. Easy to get to Monterey and Carmel for day trips (10 min drive). The house is a little run down but nothing that stopped us enjoying our stay. We would definitely go again!

Three of us spent a week in Pebble Beach, and this property was just perfect for us! Close to the ocean, each of us had our own space - a true gem of a place!

We arrived just after a major storm had damaged much of the Monterey Peninsula, and caused a city wide power outage for 3 days. The owners had organized a generator so we were cozy. The maintenance person checked in on us and made sure we knew how to run it and topped us up with fuel. Impressive.
The house was comfortable, with a lovely garden and in a wonderful location. Heartily recommend this rental.

Perfect house setup, didn’t need anything. Backyard perfect for dog. Beds were comfy. Use of garage. Great location to everything. Jackie’s suggestions on where to eat and what to do were spot on and helpful.

Our recent stay at the property on The Old Drive could not have been better. The location was perfect with a close walk to the beach as well as from extended family who were also in the area. The sounds from the ocean while sitting in the back yard was more than relaxing. I cannot recommend this property enough and will definitely keep this in mind for future visits.

Very clean and cozy house with everything needed. So close to 17 miles! We walked everyday from the house to Spanish Bay, then all the way to Chinese Rock :)

My family of 2 young adult children with my husband and I had a great vacation at this cozy house. It’s 2 blocks from the beach and golf courses with beautiful views and walking trails. Quiet neighborhood. Comfy beds, hot showers and nice kitchen. It was perfect for us and we hope to return!

Easy access to Carmel & Monterey. Greeted by homeowner & property manager. Basic supplies for coffee, creamer, sugar, water, spices & plastic bags. This was great to have. Plus paper products.
Fire pit did not work. Barbecue was dirty.
Glasses & plates in cabinet not as clean as expected with a dishwasher. Trash can in bedroom had garbage- ie chewing tobacco.

5 starts all around!! This home was perfect for a trip to Pebble Beach! It was clean and spacious and had all that we needed for our family vacation. The home is located on a nice, quiet street by Monterey Peninsula CC. It's a short walk to the beach and is an easy drive to Pebble, Carmel and Monterey. The backyard is a beautiful place to sit and have a nice cup of coffee in the morning or a glass of wine in the evening. We would certainly stay at the property again if in the area.

Great base for a family visit to the Monterey Peninsula. Close to ocean, Pacific Grove and Monterey attractions, and 17 Mile Drive. Well-equipped house with good parking space. Quiet and pleasant. Great back yard/garden. Host and assistance were available for any need.

This is our second year, staying at Jackie’s home with our family. The beds are very comfortable and we had everything we needed for cooking. Nice table for games and a beautiful backyard to relax and read or hang out by the fire pit. We Love the location with a quick walk to the beach. spacious garage for extra parking or golf club storage. Jackie and her manager, Roger, are very attentive and quick to respond to any issues! It’s perfect for our family and will be back!!

It was absolutely wonderful, we didnt want to leave. And the property manager, Roger, is so friendly and accommodating yet not at all imposing. Jackie, the owner, is very responsive and helpful as well! The location was perfect. Usually we stay at Embassy Suites or a bit further out, but being in Pebble Beach was lovely-so close to the beach, quiet, private and comfortable!

This is our second year staying at this house and we love it! The house is conveniently located between Monterey and Carmel and just a short walk to the beach. We have brought our dog both years and he loves to stay here as well. We look forward to future stays at this house!

Everything about this house is lovely. Well stocked kitchen, bathrooms etc. we didn’t want for anything. The neighborhood is in the wooded area a block from the greens of a Pebble Beach, and a medium distance walk to the loveliest beach. I’m in my 70’s, and in good shape and only crumbled about the walk on the way home. The neighbors are delightful. I will be back.

The property was clean, quaint and adorable. The back yard gathering area was like an enchanted forest with beautiful pants and trees. This 3 bed/3bath home is in such a great location! A short walk to the beach and it's a great neighborhood to wander around. It's central to everything by car. It was a good value especially in that location and had everything we needed for our family of four plus a small dog. Thank you for sharing your home.

The property is at the best location possible. As some of the other reviewers have said, it's probably a bit better than the pictures. We had everything we wanted. It's not the most modern, but we weren't looking for modern. Communicating with the host, Jackie and the manger, Roger was a breeze. The check-in was very smooth and they also graciously accommodated an early check-in for us. The garden adds to the charm. The pricing was just right too. No complaints. We will definitely be back.

We spent two nights in the home and had a wonderful time. The house feels very homey and the beds are comfortable. We stayed during a bad storm and lost power. Just as we were wondering what to do Roger came to the rescue and turned on the generator for us. The home is an easy 10 minute walk to the beach and 10 minute drive to the aquarium. We would definitely stay again.

Jackie's place was wonderful! The heaters made the air a bit too dry for our liking but the home itself was lovely - cozy and had everything we needed! And in such a stunningly lovely neighborhood, just steps from the ocean <3 Love!

Location of the home was wonderful. It fit our needs. The power went out the first night we were there but Roger the property manager brought us up a cooler to put our food in until the power was turned back on which was very well appreciated. I do wish that there was some type of a fireplace access inside the home, but there was a small gas fire pit outside which was lovely and we enjoyed it every day. Overall the stay was wonderful and it was very well priced for the type of home that we had

Property is immaculate and every part of the stay is easy and well explained. This is our second visit here and nothing needs improvement- Great location, great amenities and great management- All the superlatives.
