Property location is fantastic. Bathroom, specifically toilet and floor were dirty and bedrooms were quite dusty upon our arrival. Kitchen area needed some.light cleaning upon arrival as well. Not really enough bed space for 5 adults. Pull out living room bed was broken on one side and very uncomfortable bring an air matress. Overall space and location was fantastic. Not a keurig just filter coffee maker,. Price was a bit steep for the cleanliness and bed situation but overall good... . arrival. Overall

This was such a nice place to stay and close to the boardwalk. Also one block away from cute shops on Asbury. Perfect place for our little one’s first beach vacation!

For our family of four, this property was perfect. The storage area and outdoor shower was so appreciated and allowed minimal sand to be tracked into the condo. The 5 minute walk to the boardwalk/beach was very doable. I enjoyed being downtown yet close to the beach, not to mention having the beach tags included made things so much easier. Having a washer and dryer on site was a godsent. This was our first experience with using Vrbo, so I don’t have much reference, but Sandy is a top notch property owner — super quick to respond to any sort of communication — before, during, and after our stay. The only qualm, and I don’t fault Sandy for this, but whoever does the cleaning needs to be held responsible for the condo being cleaner. I used to work for a cleaning service, so I tend to look at areas most people don’t. There is lots of built up dust on the decor, window sills, fume hood, and furniture (such as entertainment centers). I did do a light dusting/wipe down. There is a vacuum on site which I used, in addition to the Dyson we brought, daily. Once again, I do not fault Sandy for the cleaning service’s ineptitude. I would 100% stay here again, and plan to do so in the future.

This is a very nice condo with plenty of living space and bedrooms. It was reasonably quiet, despite their being a lot of traffic in this part of the city. It's a 5-10 minute walk to the beach and boardwalk, which I did not mind at all. Plenty of breakfast places close by and it's nice to be close to the Asbury downtown shopping area.

House wasnt as clean as you would have hoped. Hair/dirt in utensil drawer and cooking appliances/pots pans were a mess. Ten minutes to walk to beach/boards. Very close to shopping, groceries, restaurants and ice cream parlor. Overall great time with the family.

We had a wonderful week! We enjoyed being just a few steps from Asbury, and also so close to the boardwalk. Condo was clean, and actually felt bigger than the pictures showed. We will stay again!

Amazing location, walking distance to everything! The condo was perfect for myself, husband and son. Plenty of space! Definitely needs some TLC inside and could be cleaner, pretty dusty in the bedrooms. Could use some simple patio furniture to enjoy the outside space as well but overall it was a great stay and would definitely come back.

I had a blast during my week in OCNJ! The location was great and the house had everything we needed for the beach. Great communication with the host. The only thing is that the condo could have been cleaner and the beds weren’t that comfortable. Overall, we had an amazing time and would return!

Great location. Only steps from Asbury St which is great for shopping & a few blocks from the beach. The condo was very spacious for our family of 4. Very nice to have 2 parking spots. We would definitely recommend staying here.

Great Stay
Everything was great, condo was neat, back deck was very nice as well as the location of the condo. Sandy was the best, very responsive and if there were problems she brought to my attention so we could fix them, instead of handling it another way. Overall 5 star stay.

Great location... park and walk everywhere! Parking for two cars is worth its weight in gold!
Condo could use a little sprucing up but otherwise it was very spacious for 6 of us. I also would have liked a grill (my mistake for missing that in the amenities) and more patio furniture.

Great September Weekend Getaway
Our family of 4 had a great time Enjoying the last weekend of the summer season here. The apartment was clean, comfortable for our family’s needs, and Sandy was responsive to all our questions to make sure we had a great stay. We enjoyed our weekend there.

Great location with 2 parking spots and beach tags!
We had a wonderful time staying here! Comfortable for the 4 adults we had. The 2 parking spaces are convenient and the location is just 3 blocks from the boardwalk. Don't forget to pack your own TP/PT, hand soap, dish soap/sponge, cooking spray/spices, etc. We enjoyed cooking our own food and recommended a few additional kitchen items to make things easier for future renters. Sandy is very responsive, understanding and helpful!

Perfect OCNJ Location - Close to everything!
This condo was perfect for a small family getaway - first time bringing our 17 month old daughter to the shore. The location is fantastic -- with everything in close proximity: the beach, boardwalk, playground, acme food store, shops on asbury, ice cream shops, coffee shops, etc. are all within minutes. I would recommend this Condo for a couple, or a couple + young child. My wife and I have already talked about plans to return in Summer 2020.

The beach house was bigger than I expected. The location is perfect and it was really quiet! Sandy was extremely quick to reply to any questions I had. Great experience and hope to rent from her in the future:)

Another successful year!
This is the second summer we vacationed at this house. Another successful vacation! The location is perfect! We have four teenagers that can walk the few blocks to the boardwalk and arcade! Close to the bridge so us adults can go have a cocktail. The property is very well cared for and clean. Quiet area with everything you could possibly need. Thank you sandy for another wonderful vacation! We will be booking again next year with you for sure!
