The view from the unit is AMAZING. The sound of the ocean at night lulls you to sleep. The unit was clean and just enough space for us to be a family in. We did not use the resort amenities offered, we were in town for a wedding and to visit family. But will definitely do so on our next trip. The location of the resort is great. You are in very close proximity to the center of town. We were just so pleased with the unit. We will definitely try to book this unit again.

We had a lovely, quiet week enjoying the ocean. The condo is close to downtown Kihei and other things to do. It was our first time staying in Kihei and we enjoyed it very much.

We are so sad about the fire on Maui but we decided to still visit the island to show our support. The condo was lovely. The view from the condo & sound of the ocean is magical. The condo was clean & well stocked. The beaches are heavenly. Please do not hesitate to go to Maui, the island runs on tourism and the community welcomed us with open arms & asked that we spread the word - Please visit Maui!!

The condo was great! My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. We toured the west side of Maui the first day we flew in - it was a treacherous drive at best. We did Haleakala sunrise on the first full day (Sunday) - it was amazing! On Monday, we drove the Road to Hana, going all the way to the State Park to the 7 pools and Banyon tree. Then drove back to the black sand beach and the lava tunnels. We snorkeled the next morning (Tuesday) and did an evening outrigger tour. Thank goodness we had a comfy bed to get rested up and a kitchen so we could eat good food. The views were breath-taking from the PH balcony! Will definitely come back if we return! Funny coincidence - our Cocoa Beach next-door neighbors stayed at the resort 2 weeks before we did! Thanks for providing this beautiful locale!

Very nice and relaxing stay

This was such a great space to enjoy a week long trip. The beach was right in front of us to lay out on, walk along and just enjoy the sound of the waves. The girls they have available are so nice to use and the pool was great to hang around while relaxing. Our condo was located in a great spot. Away from the business but only 10 mins from all the fun as well. Will be back!

This condo was fabulous and exactly as billed. The unit was updated, beautiful, and very clean. The view from the balcony cannot be beat. It was amazing to wake up and see/hear the ocean every morning. The location in Kihei is very central to everything on the island. We chose to stay here as we were doing things all across the island so it was an easy drive in either direction to get where we needed to go. I'll admit that Sugar Beach is not the prettiest beach on Maui, but I strongly recommend staying here if you want something centrally located. My husband would argue that Sugar Beach is the his favorite beach ever because he hates the sand and he could just keep his lounge chair on the grass, which was just steps to the water. The pool and hot tub were great as well and never very crowded. It is pretty windy on this area of the island and seems to get more so throughout the afternoon compared to the morning, but the breeze was often welcomed to cool down the hot sun and was never too much that I wasn't able to read a book. The unit had beach chairs, umbrella, boogie board and plenty of towels. The only thing we did not find that would have been nice is a cooler, but we were ablet to make do with hot/cold bags. Check-in/check-out was super simple and easy. We were given all the instructions/codes/etc that we needed and had no issues whatsoever. If we did have a question, the owners were very easy to reach and were quick to respond. I cannot recommend renting this unit enough!

PH24 was all it was advertised to be. Couldn’t be any closer to the beach. Enjoyed sunsets and amazing canoe races from the lanai. Condo was outfitted with everything you would need during your stay. Will be coming back.

The property was nice and clean,but it seemed that a neighbor was constantly opening and closing a sliding door which very loud in the unit we rented. This felt like went on from around 7:00 AM until about 10:00 PM daily. The unit itself was very well stocked as promised. The first and second nights we were there, there was a big storm and water did get in the unit at the bottom of the sliding door to the balcony as well as the fixed windows on either side. We did call the property manager and all he said was put down some towels, wring them out and wash them. He did not appear to be at all concerned. We just wanted to make sure that we were not held responsible for any problems. The check in process was fairly easy, but communication with the on duty person in the office was a bit of a challenge due to a language barrier that we were able to overcome. The on site activity center no longer has a computer so guests can print boarding passes, but the resort office is still telling guests that they can print boarding passes at the center. The location is very convenient to Wailea, Maalaea harbor, Lahaina and Kapalua.

Gets pretty windy though, skip laying on the beach and use the lounge chairs on the grass. Nice reef out front but you need to swim out a bit to get to it.

Unit was just as described. Absolutely beautiful views. Kitchen had all the cookware needed to make our meals along with the basic spices. 3 mile walks on the beach in either direction were amazing.

Great location. Made it easy to get around to every corner of the island. Beautiful view. Quiet, clean, well stocked kitchen.

Enjoyed our visit. The Condo was clean, great A/C, plenty of hot water and had all the necessary amenities. Loved the view, well maintained grounds and cafe. The building is older but the Condo itself was updated.

Working with Shane to rent the condo was very easy and stress free. The condo is on the ocean with a spectacular view.
