This is a great property for a getaway weekend. The condo is very comfortable, smartly decorated, and the kitchen is well stocked. The location is great!

We were celebrating my wife’s 69th birthday. Check-in was not smooth at all. Provided code did not work for the door. Could not get ahold of owner. It took about 45 minutes for VRBO to track down the owner. Once we got inside, the condo was not ready. Bed was not made and no towels were available. We had to wait on a service to come make the condo ready. The next morning we realized the cleaning service had not put out any wash cloths. Once again it was a wait.
Other than the above problems, we had a great time. We love the location.

Cute little condo on the Horseshoe Bay Resort property. Stayed Memorial Day weekend w/ my husband and 2 teens. Only one bedroom, but there was a couch and a super comfy blowup mattress for the teens. The unit was super clean, and hosts were very quick to respond to questions we had. There are boat slips right behind the condo building which was super convenient for a day out on the lake.

We enjoyed our getaway at Horseshoe Bay. The property is well kept and the condo is just lovely. The property is clean, well furnished, and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The community at Horseshoe Bay is also a bonus. Everybody we encountered was so kind.
Our hosts were wonderful and available if we needed them. They provided a list of nearby restaurants and offered assistance for excursions. We have family in the area with a pontoon boat, and sailing over the bay was great. Highly recommend.

The stay was seamless. Everything from pre-arrival to last day of the stay was perfect. Great location, very comfortable furniture and beds. Once all the construction is finished it will be even better.

This is a nice quaint 1BR condo with an exceptional price point. Very clean and nice. The directions and description were accurate. Owners are easy to contact and respond almost immediately. Next time we come back to Marble Falls we will definitely look to stay here again and bring our fishing poles.

This was our second stay at this property and we'll return again if the need arises. We enjoyed the Beer By The Bay event at HSB which was within walking distance from the property. Great communications with the owners was a comfort!

prompt in responding to messages. The condo is in a great location with direct access to the lake and day docks. The condo was very well equipped and very clean with everything we needed. Would definitely stay here on our next trip to HSB.

This was our second time to stay at this property. It’s a perfect location. We are in walking distance to Horseshoe Bay resort. We rent a boat while we visit and the condo is a great place to unwind and relax. All of the amenities!

We loved our stay! The are offered the perfect balance of “go and do” and “sit and rest”! The hosts were BEYOND helpful, providing great recommendations for the area and everything we could need. The furniture and bed were so comfortable, which made the rest part of the trip ideal. We used the boat slip outside building and it was super convenient. Loved our stay!

This is a hard review to write. The actual condo is very nice. The convenience of the location to exploring the hill country is perfect. The noise from the construction is 5-6 days a week from 7:00 a.m. until 6:30 p.m., building three five story condos right next to this condo. The pictures from the windows are inaccurate. The pool is trashed and inaccessible--as the description sort of indicates--and there are no grills below the apartment. Neighbors tell us this has been going on quite a while; not sure of the ending date. Too bad; the condo is lovely. The situation is not; if you just use it as a base and leave to explore everyday, it might be worth asking for a discounted rate.

This is awful! We had to close our windows the entire time we were there! Saw rats in complex pool! Also no bbq, parking was awful could barely get in or out of the garage. Wished we didn’t rent

The condo was very nice and clean. It was perfect for what we needed. Suzanne was very nice and stayed in constant communication with us and answered all my questions. We would definitely stay again. The Bayview Restaurant was a great suggestion.

Nicely appointed condo. The current construction next door did not interfere with our stay. The owner is quick to get back to you through VRBO if needed.

Unit was beautifully clean, towels and linens were luxury quality! Unit has everything you need, well stocked kitchen. The owners were extremely helpful and responsive! Highly recommend staying here!

So clean and fresh! The bed is super comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked! We cook a lot! Patio is perfect! Windows let in lots of natural light! Layout is great! We just love it and have enjoyed it many times over the last few years!

Everything was well explained and provided so much info about the area and suggestions for things to do. Check in and out instructions were easy to follow. Not that this was a bad thing, but just a disclaimer that the bed is raised pretty high. So if you have difficulty climbing, maybe bring a step stool. Other than that, everything was perfect!

Was a great place for us to spend a few nights. Very clean and well stocked with lots of things that help such as plenty of tp and soaps, coffee, etc. Easy access, parking, check in and out. Bed was comfortable with nice bedding and pillows.

This condo was perfect for our needs. Very clean! There were ample plates, dishes and pans, so we didn’t have to run the dishwasher after every meal. There were ample supplies of all the necessities, such as toilet paper, dish soap, laundry soap, garbage bags, and coffee too. We didn’t have to run to the store for anything. There is so much to do at Horseshoe Bay and this is a wonderful place to stay after long days of adventuring!

We had a good time. Place was clean and comfy. It was difficult to find a place to swim. We snuck into the yacht club and walked around for fun but we didn't want to swim and risk getting in trouble.
It isnt the hosts fault but the pool is gutted and useless. I won't stay here again unless the pool is fixed. But again not mad at the hosts. Mad at the pool guys. But it did really dampen the experience. We had nowhere to swim. Le sigh.
Hosts were good and kind. Place was great. The washer and dryer was convenient. Just don't go if the pool is broken.
