We really enjoyed our stay in Kennebunkport! First time to this part of Maine and the location of Paul’s house was great. Really easy access to the beach! House was super clean and we really liked the setup. Paul was a great guy - made it easy by meeting at checkin, made sure we had everything we needed and even sent a handful of recommendation for food/activities. It was great being a walk from the Tides Beach Club too. We’d definitely go back again.

Quiet neighborhood and short walking distance to the beach. House had everything you would need for a Maine vacation including a lobster pot! Paul was very responsive to any questions we had. Would stay at this property again.

As always we had a wonderful stay at Paul’s house at Goose Rocks Beach. Perfect location, updated and very clean with all the amenities one would need for a week. I think this is our fourth year staying here and we can’t wait for next year!

We thoroughly enjoyed our two week stay at Goose Rocks Beach. The house is meticulously maintained - very clean and updated. You have everything you could need, including a very short walk to the beach. The reservation and check-in process was clear and simple. Paul is very responsive and friendly. We couldn’t have asked for a more relaxing and comfortable vacation spot!

We had the best week at GRB! The house was beautiful and very clean. It was great having 3 full baths and an outdoor shower - made a huge difference with 7 people getting ready all at once. The location can't be beat - so close to the beach with a beautiful private entrance. Paul was great to work with - very responsive and helpful with any of my requests or questions. Would absolutely stay here again!

Great location! Very close walk to the beach, general store, and Tides Beach Club for a cocktail. House was clean and spacious. Do plan to bring bikes, beach gear, linens, etc. Paul was very friendly and communicative.

The house was perfect for our 2 families with a bedroom/bath floor for each. We rented linens from Cottage Linens at the owners suggestion and they were there waiting when we arrived - it made things super easy. The kitchen had everything we needed. Easy walk to the beach, nice sunsets over the marsh in the front. Highly recommend.

Going anywhere during these times can be nerve recking but Paul’s home was beautiful and so clean and we didn’t have any reservations at all. Paul was wonderful and checked in on us to make sure we were happy enjoying our time. The home was enough space for our two families and a 2 minute walk from the beach which was nice with 4 littles. We will definitely be back again.

My family and I had a perfect week staying in this home! The house was super clean, plenty of room, and in a great location. Each level had plenty of room for our group (6 adults and 2 kids). Paul met us at the house and took us through which was much appreciated. It was a great getaway!

Our family has been vacationing at Goose Rocks Beach for almost 10 years. We outgrew our previous rental and we were pleased by this house! The kitchen layout is phenomenal, a bathroom on every floor, outdoor shower, and steps from the beach. Our group of 8 was comfortable and happy! We would definitely rent here again!

My family had a wonderful stay at this house. The owner met us when we arrived and was very responsive to all of our questions and needs! The house was beautiful and clean. The kitchen was well stocked and the washer/dryer worked very well! Having 3 bathrooms was very helpful also. The neighborhood is very quiet also! We will definitely return.

This was a great house it had everything you needed. It accommodated us our children and grandchildren with the second and third floor bedroom layouts. The outdoor shower has no walls but the owner is working on that for next season. Will definitely keep this home in mind for our next vacation to Goose Rocks Beach.
