This was a wonderful place for the 14 of us with 3 generations staying. We had plenty of space for meals, games, movies and just talking.

This was our second time staying here. We enjoy taking the kids and grandkids for some family time, and since all the bedrooms have there own bathroom it makes everything smooth.

Overall house was as described and it was a great time! Plenty of space for a large group. Rated Cleanliness a 2 as there had been no cleaning service prior to arrival - sheets and towels were all left dirty/unwashed and there was no toilet paper in the bathrooms. Owners were very responsive and gave a generous discount to compensate. Due to their quick and apologetic reply overall rating is a 5! Would stay here again.

This is an annual event and the first time using VRBO. We rented 2 houses. Everyone enjoyed the houses.

What a wonderful home for our multi-generational family. The large dining table accommodated everyone for family meals. We stayed warm and maintained power during a blizzard that came through and the driveway was cleared the next morning. We will be back again. This was our second stay is the home.

Lots of open space and great having bathrooms for each bedroom. Kitchen was well furnished. Great family time .

We are long time adult Sunriver renters and stayed in this property in spring 2023. I didn't review the property right away because I have never posted a negative review. But I have changed my mind because honest reviews are important. This older property is in need of an update and has a number of minor problems, but there were two major issues. 1) hairy sheets in the upstairs master bedroom -- either not changed or washed with a dog/cat hair blanket. But how could they have been put on the bed when it was so obvious? The housekeeper did not respond to a call or texts, and the owners were traveling, so the guests had to sleep on awful sheets until someone finally showed up with clean linens. 2) Bad mattresses: The sofa "bed" should not be advertised as a sleeping option. The thin mattress feels like another set of springs. A mattress in the bunk room had a sharp spring sticking out of the side, which we fixed. We did appreciate the ensuite bathrooms, but would not return to the house.

Enjoyed a four day weekend with our kids, grandkids and great grands! Lots of room, comfy beds and furniture with plenty to do—biking, pool, hot tub, card games, etc. the house is well equipped with bedding and kitchen items. Check in and out was easy and communication with the owners was great!

We had a great time. The home was a great place to have our ladies retreat.

Large home, easy for our group of 7 to feel very comfortable. The four bedrooms we used had their own bathroom (toilet, shower and sink; main bathroom had jetted tub too). The pool table was used a lot by our group. Poker table/game table was also used nightly. Kitchen was large and had everything we needed. Owners were very responsive.

Everything you need and more to enjoy a wonderful family week vacation. Huge kitchen well furnished. Every suite had its own bathroom, which was a big plus. Plenty of parking for up to six cars without putting one in the garage if needed. The bicycles were in great condition and a lot of fun. All bathrooms, laundry room, and kitchen was well stocked. The park passes are highly recommended and worked out well with our big group, saved a lot of money. Would highly recommend this home for a big group. Has everything you could want.

Spacious, well designed for privacy as well as communal areas. Pool table was a hit with grandchildren. Sun River has lots of options for recreation-great walking, bike trails, water fun, Village area, river. I google searched and found a caterer that did a great job providing a top notch special family dinner for 20 of us.Her name is Susan at pureingredients.com

Our large family enjoyed this home in Sunriver on our most recent get together! It was easy to sit and relax with everyone at this home.

Such a great house for big groups! The bathrooms in all five bedrooms was AWESOME for such a large group of girls. We had a great time and will definitely stay here again!

We had a blast! Everything we needed in the kitchen was there, it was very clean and beds really comfortable. Yard was big enough for badminton and ladder ball. Showers has great pressure and big screen tv's were a plus!

Our stay was absolutely awesome. The home was roomy and spacious to accompany our large family. It was an older home but very comfortable. The owners were fantastic to work with and was very understanding of our family's situation. We are very thankful for this get-a-way and appreciative for the use of this home.

Comfortable and spacious!

This house was perfect! It was big, but also laid out well for group hangouts. The generous number of bathrooms was also a treat and key for a large party. The kitchen was impressively well stocked with quality cookware and utensils. The hosts were great and made the process easy as well as a generous bonus night which was so helpful. Thank you!

We rented here to celebrate time with my 88 year old father. The stairs in the house were not a problem for him because he still gets around quite well. The house was great. The pool table and poker/gaming table were a big hit. We skied at Mt Bachelor and Willamette Pass. Both were easy drives. The amenities at Sun River Village and Bailey at Sun River Sports, who helped with some last minute equipment problems, just made the trip that much more perfect. Pizza from Blondies was delicious. We will be back. Property owners are very responsive and the property is lovely.

This beautiful, spacious, well-stocked home was perfect for an early Thanksgiving celebration with extended family! Kids entertainment and games, bikes for the whole family, and enough space to enjoy it together and make memories. Owners were easy to work with and communicated well. Thank you!

Family from 10 months to 73 years all enjoyed our stay. Kitchen has everything. Nice to have second refrig in the garage. Upstairs stays fairly warm despite AC. Would be nice to have a screen door for the sliding door upstairs. We kept losing the dog trying to increase airflow. Lots of room for kids to play away from adult space. Quiet neighborhood with a comfortable bike ride to the SHARC.

Size and number of rooms and beds worked out very well for a large family. Pool table, hot tub and plenty of bicycles are available to use if you have the time. Great communication with owners in answering all questions. Had a great time!

Wonderful area and location

House had plenty of room for 11 adults and 4 kids. Many bike available at the house, so people did not need to bring them. Pool table was nice along with well stocked kitchen. One of the markets in Sunriver was only 2 blocks away, easy walking. Hot tub is big enough for 4 to 6 adults. So many wonderful bike paths to explore. Wonderful time had by all.

Had a wonderful time but the stairs were on steroids. Would not rent there again. My family however, would if they could.

Property was very adequate for a large party of people. But a lot of stairs everywhere so if that is an issue for you I wouldn't rent this home. It was well laid out for large parties of people to enjoy without crowding. Hot tub was nice! The place is showing some wear and needs some TLC. It didn't stop us from enjoying ourselves though - just a commentary. The only down side was the cleaning of the place was sub-par but the owners refunded half our cleaning deposit after I complained. I feel that was fair of them. Over all a good home for large parties of people who don't mind stairs and don't need a brand spanking new home.

House was perfect for our family. The kitchen was the best kitchen I've stayed in and able to cook in. Didn't have to use any of my own kitchen utensils I brought from home. The working fridge in the garage provided extra space and great to have. Lots of extra nice amenities, and didn't have to go get more. Thank you for this wonderful home. Will definitely be on top list to rent again if it's open

We had two sets of grandparents, 5 kids, and two grandkids spend several days here. Nice big kitchen, plenty of rooms and bathrooms, pool table, hot tub, bikes. The place is showing some wear though. Blender and box fan did not work. Pocket door off it's track. The bikes need some attention - couldn't find any tools to fix flat tires or adjust seats. But we had a great time.

Thank you as always for letting us stay in your home. The new Kitchen appliances and cookware were great. House was clean and well stocked. We were lucky enough to get 2 hours of hard snow on Valentines day to make everything white. Looking forward to our next trip. Cheers!
