The overall experience was great. We had one issue, but there was an attempt to fix it. Communication was responsive and the property has a nice pool for an extra place to relax.

Our stay was great. Place was clean and tidy. Property manager was very responsive if we needed anything. Only complaints are the pull out sofa bed is just awful, AC is very loud but works very well and the pool was smaller than we expected but it was a great addition to our stay!

I absolutely loved staying here. It was very clean and comfortable. Having the pool was a nice perk as well. The owner was quick to respond when I was having trouble locating the property, which was great. The location of the house was perfect. We will most definitely stay here again on our next trip.

Extremely clean, A/C worked beautiful, all appliances were clean and working. The swimming pool had a maintenance person come by every couple of days to make sure the pool chemicals were up to par. The only caution, stay off the blue plastic chairs, I sat on one and it completely shattered; however, the other chairs are good and comfortable. All in all, a very nice experience.

This place is amazing. I visit Port A often and I will never stay at another hotel or condo besides here again! This place feels like home. Everything you need is provided. And the property, house, and pool are beautiful. Unlike hotels or condos I had the pool all to myself. A quiet neighborhood with very friendly neighbors. Can’t say enough good things about this place!

This is a great place to stay. The house looked even better than advertised. Very clean and close to all the action. I would definitely recommend it.

This was our first stay. We have stayed at a variety of places in the island and this stands out for it's cozy, comfortable feel. The pool has plenty of lounge space and the back seating area is great for hearing the sounds drift off Fisherman's Wharf. It rained much of the time we were there, but the dining area still gave us plenty of space to play games and the covered porch allowed us to sit out front, even in the rain.

Great property!
This was a last minute booking for a family getaway, and Justin did an amazing job at responding to my questions in a timely manner. The house was so cozy and a perfect size for our family of 4. We also enjoyed the ability to be able to walk to grab ice cream and go for morning strolls to explore the area- the house is located in the perfect spot!

Cute house, great location
The house was cute and just the right size for our family. I was a little nervous about sharing the pool but it was never a problem, plus it’s no different than sharing a pool at a hotel so it was fine. It’s a 2 minute drive to the beach and walking distance to a few restaurants and shops. If I have 1 negative thing to say it would be that the AC was loud. I’m a light sleeper and each time the air came on it woke me up. I found white noise on YouTube and it totally fixed the problem and it wasn’t an issue the 2nd night. Totally recommend staying here.

The property has a great private pool. It is shared with another pool house.
Tip: plan to rent a golf cart it is awesome. The local grocery store is close. Great spot if you want to be close to the marina as well.

This property was the most adorable place. It had all the amenities of home without the pressures of things to be done. It was relaxing. We did not utilize the pool but did enjoy a relaxing cup of coffee out by the pool.

This property is centrally located and is decorated in the most charming way. It was so peaceful and calming. Great host! We will definitely book again!

We came on a birding adventure. The house was just as described. Plenty of furniture in the living room. Beds were comfortable and bathrooms well stocked. We could walk to a delicious seafood restaurant and the house was close to many birding sites.
He has a clever sign in book that reads like a living history, reflecting hurricanes that have hit, the pandemic, and various personal milestones for others who have stayed there - weddings, baby’s first trip to tye beach etc. -precious!

Property was clean and comfortable pool was very clean and well equiped beds were comfortable. Kitchen was clean washer and dryer was new and clean furniture was comfortable. Location was good away from busy part of town but convenient to every thing you needed.

The house and super clean and cozy. The pool was nice and well kept as well. Only complaint is the construction right next door that woke us up early every morning.

Perfect house for a beach trip
The house is located in a great location near the restaurants. After a day on the beach, it's great to relax and cool off at the pool. This was our second time staying at this property and can't wait to do it again.

Adorable little bungalow close to beach!
Great spot to stay with families! The pool right there is such a nice perk. You are conveniently located to pretty much everything. We rented a golf cart which made getting to beach/restaurants a breeze. The host is very communicative in every step of your stay. I would highly recommend!

The property was an ideal getaway for our family of four. We enjoyed the privacy of our own house while also being within a five minute drive to the beach. The kids loved being able to step outside the front door and spend time in the pool. Communication with the owner was great!

Mgmt was friendly
Tv situation was terrible
I just wanted a tv to work consistently
Simple power on and power off with a remote but that wasn’t the case
Each tv had 2 remotes and was so complicated in trying to get to work it was not worth it
The cable man happened to be next door so the mgr asked him to take a look when the main tv flat would not work and he got it to working...but outside of the tv issues it was ok
