We had a great time. The unit we stayed in was wonderful and recently updated. The location is terrific and only a couple of hundred feet from the entrance to the beach. will definitely plan to be there again

Property was cute and located just steps away from the beach! Plenty of space for the 5 of us. Host was extremely pleasant and helpful throughout the whole process and stay. Couldn't ask for much more!

The location of this unit could not be better. Also communication with the owner was great! She was patient with all of our questions.

5 stars isn’t enough for the location. The beach was so close and really nice. Our dog loved being able to play on the beach in the mornings and the kids had a great time all time. Trolley pickup into Rehoboth right at the end of the block was also a major plus. The house is tiny, but the porch was lovely and with so much so close by it more than met all our needs.

We have stayed here five times and love it every time!

The cottage was perfect for our needs. The close proximity to the beach, outdoor shower, and access to the town was appreciated. The owner was friendly and replied very quickly to messages.

Julie was an excellent host, with excellent communication prior to the trip on convenient check-in and what to bring. She also provided information at the cottage on all of the details from parking, garbage, local eats, etc. The cottage was very clean, nicely decorated, quiet, convenient to all, especially the beach within walking distance. Amazing to find such a gem so close to the beach that accepts dogs! We loved our short stay and the host was communicative and flexible and allowed us to check-in early and leave late!

My husband, son & I stayed here while visiting friends in the area. Everything was perfect from start to departure. Location, amenities, right size for 3 adults & 2 dogs. Consistent, helpful communication with the owner. Definitely will return.

Cozy little cottage - we were just steps away from the beach and a few more steps to the main drag. Julie was very responsive but not a bit intrusive. In the summer season this spot might be too hopping for some, but in the fall it was great - can you say Sea Witch?? We’d go back in a minute!

Very nice location. We enjoyed walking to the beach and all the shops and restaurants in Dewey Beach. Good food.

The property manager did a great job in coordinating the return of fishing equipment that had been part of the rental. A good manager performs well when things do not go as planned. Julie did this and was very supportive of our needs. We look forward to our next stay.

The cottage was very cozy and so close to the beach. Julie was extremely helpful throughout our stay. We would definitely visit here again. The greyhounds loved it, too! 🙂

We wanted a fall get away and were so happy to stay at Julie's beach cottage on Swede. The location is in the center of everything in Dewey (restaurants, stores, bars, and mini golf is walkable), but not too close that you hear the bar and street noises. The beach is literally feet from the house. The front of the cottage is in a lovely courtyard and the screened-in front porch is perfect for relaxing, reading, or napping. Dedicated off-street parking space(s) make it easy to unload and load. The cottage is decorated in a pretty beach-theme and the combined kitchen/living room makes it easy to hang-out with family. Julie is absolutely wonderful and very welcoming when communicating via email and text - offering to help in any way to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable. We look forward to coming back!

Julie was a very responsive and helpful host! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the cottage. Perfect location to the beach, friendly neighbors, everything was exactly as expected. She offered late checkout (without us asking) and great water pressure in the shower! We would gladly stay again in the future! Thanks again!

Unit was very cozy and had all the amenities we needed. One block from basically everything (beach, restaurants, bars) but was quiet in the evenings. Julie was very communicative and shared her cell with us if we needed anything. Highly recommend this unit and would love to rent again.

We loved the cottage. Stayed for a long weekend with our family and the proximity to the beach couldn’t be beat. The cottage itself was very well kept and beautiful. It was also nice having the screened in porch (with a ceiling fan!) for some extra outdoor space. Julie couldn’t have been more helpful or accommodating throughout our stay. Overall it was wonderful and would rent again.

Solid beach house, beach steps away. 2 dogs were comfortable, internet and TV worked well, enough cooking stuff to make a delicious meal. Would recommend highly.

My family and I have stayed here several times and absolutely love it!

My wife and I had such a great time staying in Dewey for a little beach vacation! The house was so close to the beach and to some of our favorite bars. Everything was exactly as advertised. The only negative was that the previous renters must have smoked because we did notice that smell as soon as we entered. Overall, we would stay here again and had a wonderful time.

Julie is a gem. She works hard to make sure we had a great stay. The place is cleaned by very personable staff who do a good job and are always welcoming and willing to help. It's always been clean and has nearly anything you could want in a beach house. The screen in porch is delightful at all times during the day except when neighbors smoke morning, noon and night and it blows over to the porch. That was really the only thing that was slightly annoying. I look forward to retuning next year!

We had such a wonderful time! It was super clean, Julie was so nice, the cottage has everything you need and it’s in the perfect location. We can’t wait to return and will definitely recommend to others!
