We loved the layout of the place because you could see the gulf from the living area and kitchen. The balcony was roomy with really nice furniture. The appliances were new and very nice. The only minor complaint was the sand that the cleaning people missed. It was in the dryer and the living room. We’d definitely stay here again and recommend to others.

Very pleased with our stay! Perfect beach location and condo was just what our family of four needed for our short getaway! The kitchen is well-equipt with everything you need. Wonderful to have ice already made upon arrival. Would stay there again!

The condo was perfect for our family of four. Everything was exactly as described. Perfect location, beautiful view, quiet property, fully stocked kitchen. Our only regret was having to leave. We hope to return soon.

This property was not was what we expected--it was very dark inside, very little natural light --paint colors didn't help it look bright and airy. No view of the actual beach due to tall shrubs. We checked out after one night--and our clothes that we'd hung in the closet just overnight, smelled slightly musty! On the plus side, location to restaurants and shops was good. We had hoped for a bright, beachy atmosphere and this didn't have that for us.

So enjoyed the beautiful ocean front view in this two bedroom condo over the Thanksgiving holiday! The location was perfect for our family to enjoy walks on the beach as well to other places along 30a.

The property was conveniently located and perfect for a girl’s getaway! Got in plenty of time rambling through Rosemary, Alys, Seaside and Grayton Beach. Time on the beach was much needed. The view from the balcony with early morning coffee was a peasant touch!

This property was just as advertised. Close to beach, clean, great views, very convenient to Alys Beach and all that 30A has to offer. Would definitely stay there again.

We loved the location, access to the beach, closeness to nearby towns and restaurants, private beach, clean property, beautiful view, and update amenities. Highly recommend.

The property was as described however there is one down side as the building is not as well isolated as one would wish. We had a very nice family with young kids living in the condo above whose steps were so well transmitted that the glass lamp in the living room didn’t stop moving and clinking when they were around. We fear that our neighbours in the ground floor condo had the same problem when we were around. The matress in the second bedroom could do with a change but as the living room has a very comfortable sofa bed this was not an issue. We overall enjoyed our stay on 30 A and already look forward to our next visit.

This is by far our most favorite place we have stayed at along 30a. The view is spetacular! We love the palm trees. They really add to the view. The living room/dining room/kitchen is very spacious and beautiful. The owner has thought of everything you might need. We love the long balcony. We definitely want to stay here again.

This place deserves 10 stars!! It is in the absolute best location and has amazing beach-front views but is still tucked away so that you aren’t crowded on the beach. Perfect biking distance from shops and restaurants. The inside was very clean and well-kept and had everything we needed. We can’t wait to come back!

Great find in the heart of 30a.

Amazing location and the private beach was a game changer! With 2 little boys and lots to bring to the beach, this spot was unbeatable. We literally walked out to the same spot everyday no matter time or day of week. Well stocked kitchen appliances but could use salt and pepper as an item 😊

This beautiful condo with private beach access was perfect for a girls trip! We each had our own bed and bath! The views and sounds of the ocean waves from the 2nd floor balcony were delightful and relaxing. The location is perfect, as it is centrally located between Rosemary Beach and Seacrest. It’s close to everything! We walked to Alys Beach one afternoon, and took Uber everywhere else. The private beach was awesome and “Jake’s” set up our beach chairs and umbrella daily. Joan was the perfect host! Hope to be back soon!!

Beautiful views, great location, easy check-in, great communication.

The condo has a great balcony overlooking the ocean and easy access to the beach. At the last minute we added an extra day to our stay and the owner was very responsive and helpful in making that happen. We will definitely return in the future.

We ( 2 ppl ) stayed here for 5 nights. A fantastic location on 30-A. Near everything. The view and sunsets from the balcony were awesome. The property is clean, beautiful, quiet and well equipped. Sheets, towels all fresh. Overall, very easy to park and load-in. Living room furniture was comfortable, deck furniture perfect for cocktails and reading. The kitchen was fantastic. Loved the sub zero refrigerator. Powerful WiFi signal and any program imaginable available on state of the art AV equipment in living room with sound system When we opened the balcony doors in the morning, the surf sounded like we were right at the water's edge. Even though check-in time isn't until 4:00PM, condo management texted us at 9AM on day of check-in to say the condo was ready and we could arrive at anytime - was much appreciated. The owners leave lots of helpful tips around unit and respond immediately. We would definitely consider a return trip to this condo.

Joan is a WONDERFUL host! She promptly returned all texts and emails to any of my questions. Her property is a perfect location. She also has a nice variety of cooking accoutrements for the foodie types that like to cook. Showers have great water pressure and lots of warm water. It's also nice to have a washing machine! We will be back!!!

This property and the managers are great. Our family of 4 had a fantastic stay and getting to and from the beach is as easy as could be. Great location for nearby restaurants and there are a few grocery stores just a few minutes away.

Great location, wonderful view.

We loved our property, it had what was expected. All though the stairs to the beach are not for everyone, in case you are bringing some elderly family members it may be difficult for them. We enjoyed our stay.

Not only was this a perfect location but the condo was the perfect size for us. The view was all that we had hoped and the hostess was very communicative to all my questions. We had a lovely time.

We love the easy access to the beach and the area. This was a great property.

Rental experience was excellent. Only issue was ice maker going out on Tuesday. Left 3 messages with rental property maintenance and finally got text on Thursday morning saying they were contacting local appliance company to schedule repair Thursday or Friday. Never did hear or see anyone for repairs.

This property was exactly what we wanted; instant access to the beach and a great location on 30A close to restaurants and shops. The patio is great for breakfast in the morning or relaxing after putting the kids to bed. The kitchen is modern and stocked with all of the cookware and utensils that we needed. We will definitely be back.

We enjoyed our first visit to Seacrest! The beach wasn't as crowded as those in Seagrove & Rosemary. The condo was decorated nicely and has a good view of the ocean. There are quite a few stairs down to the beach, approximately 40 or so, but that wasn't an issue for us. We reserved beach chairs & an umbrella with Jake's Beach Service and were pleased to find them set up every morning. We encountered no problems but did hear the neighbors upstairs walking around early in the morning, which awakened us several times. The kitchen was well-equipped, but the only outlets were on the island, versus the backsplash, which wasn't very convenient. The kitchen faucet forcefully produced water, which often splashed on us & the counter. The porch chairs weren't very comfortable and were at a height where the ocean view was partially obstructed by the porch bannister railing, so some taller chairs would be better. The washer & dryer are old and could stand to be updated. The parking lot is small & only has 5 extra spaces, on top of the 9 for residents/paying guests; more than once we encountered a car parked in our unit's designated spot.Overall, we had a good visit and would stay here again!

Capistrano #201 was a very nice property and "as-advertised" in the VRBO listing: GREAT location in Seacrest, FL and also very near Rosemary Beach, nicely decorated 2 BR/2 BA condo with a well-equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, big-screen TV and reliable internet, etc. and everything we needed.My husband and I stayed at this property early/mid-May and absolutely LOVED THE VIEW of the clear, aquamarine Gulf water and watching the pelicans flying by right from the living room and private balcony of our condo! The beach for this property was very nice with white, powdery-soft sand, and not crowded at all. The sunsets were beautiful (when we had sun), and we enjoyed riding bikes on the 30A paved bike path, visiting the nearby state parks, shops and restaurants.The only thing that would have made our vacation better would have been if: 1) the weather had been better (we had rain and storms several days); and 2) if there hadn't been a gas shortage going on in the Southeast. Between the rain and being concerned we wouldn't be able to get gas for our drive home at the end of the week, we unfortunately didn't get to explore as much of the 30A area and other nearby communities as we would have liked to. That being said, we would stay at this property again if we return to Seacrest in the future. When we had questions regarding our upcoming stay, the OWNER (Joan C.) was extremely responsive, answering our questions almost instantaneously on VRBO and offering helpful suggestions.
