Amazing view, which is just what we were going for. A few things were damaged prior to us arriving and was unsure where to report it, but nothing that prevented us from having a great time. The building was quite and either no one else was there or the insulation was amazing.

The property was charming and much bigger than expected. Beautiful views of the bay (small exception for the power lines and road) and in the middle of this quaint little town. Easily drivable to near by cities and cute shops and eateries within walking distance. Unassuming upon arrival, this place was large and the rooms were comfy and quiet. Couldn’t hear anyone else in the house. A couple of very minor downers - the tv would sporadically lose all volume, the fireplace isn’t functional, the wifi was very spotty making it difficult to work remotely, and the owners didn’t communicate through the VRBO inbox. But all of that was east to ignore. Definitely recommend a stay here.

Was big enough for all we had. Sink water was HOT, but the showers were tepid at best. Sheets were very soft, we really liked that! View was spectacular! Never figured out the tv/cable situation instructions weren't helpful. Really enjoyed the board games! Very quiet. If we have this many people come down again, will definitely consider again.

Enjoyed our stay. If you are planning on cooking you must bring everything you needThere wasn't even any salt and pepper. Listing states no smoking, however, upon check in there were fresh cigarette ashes on the bathroom counter. A little more attention to cleaning could be done for the price. Found someone else's hair brush on the floor in one of the bedrooms.

Great spot for a family getaway. The whales were "on stage" and performed wonderfully and all day long. Dining options close by are limited, but those that are seem good. My only recommendation is to add tissue boxes.

It was a good location for our group going fishing. 2min walk to boat. The view was wonderful. We saw several whales from the balcony. Close to shops. We had trouble finding places to go out in eat. Most places closed very early for a tourist town due to staffing shortages. The Bad . It could have been cleaner, it is in need of a few repairs. The balcony screen door wouldn't close and is pretty rusty. The dinning room blinds were broken, but over all it was nice.

Kitchen was fantastic to work in, 4 of us could work at once! Could have been a better selection of pots and pans, and silverware.. Also more garbage bags and paper towels. All in all we had a great stay here and really enjoyed it!

Wonderful place, spacious, plenty of sleeping befs, 3 bathrooms, fireplace. Could use fireplace utensils as well as new pans as the coating is coming off the bottom which can cause some issues for people. Other than that it was excellent!

Second time we've stayed here. Tons of room, very clean, quiet and a great view of the ocean right across the street. We did our own whale watching from the balcony on our first visit. Fun shops and restaurants right below. We'll definitely be back.

At first sight of the property I was thinking we made a mistake then we went in. We were pleasantly surprised. Then view was spectacular. Watch whales in the bay for days. Easy walking around town. Easy access to nearby towns. Minimal highway noise. Bed in the back room could use replacing, a bit of a dip in the center causing you to roll towards the middle. Lol. We would definitely stay there again. P.S. A bigger pot for cooking 🦀.😁

This property has a great view, it is great for parking and walking about town. It is a little noisy during the day but the bedrooms are all in the back so it is very quiet at nite. It is very well equipped but was in need of a spring cleaning. The floor corners and window tracks were not clean. It was disappointing that the Queen bed upstairs was so hard it was not useable. Given the price, all beds should be useable and everything should be very clean. The beds downstairs were good.

We really like this place, nice & big, amazing view. However, whoever cleaned it did a horrible job. We found dog food all over the floor, a sock behind the couch, a dog bone on the floor, something like spaghetti sauce splashed on the kitchen wall & when I went to wipe up a little water off the floor, it was disgustingly dirty. I will send pictures & would request a refund of some sort for the cleaning deposit. We will give this place another try because we like it so much, but if it isnt clean next time, we won’t be coming back

This was the perfect place for us. We love staying on the coast and have found that we spend most our time between Lincoln City and Newport. Depoe Bay fits nicely in the middle. Fantastic view from the room, and great for people watching as well as whale watching. We did see whales a couple of the days. The place is roomy and comfortable. We will definitely stay here again!
