Perfect for our stay!

We had such a wonderful stay. The house was very clean and in a great location. The bus was a few steps away and easily helped us get to anywhere we needed. The host is very quick at responding & helpful!

Our family, including 6 adults and 4 children, stayed at this beautiful house for a skiing vacation. The location is wonderful, right near the bus stop and just a short drive to Vail Village, grocery shopping and restaurants. The house was spotless, the kitchen fully equipped with modern appliances, and the bathrooms all updated and luxurious. There were even lots of games for the kids including shuffleboard and ping pong. We had plenty of room for our whole group and overall had a great vacation. We would definitely stay there again!

Nice Property, close to everything. The owners were very helpful with the entire process and actually allowed us to check in early due to potential weather issues. I did not realize two of the bedrooms were part of a downstairs apartment but it worked out fine. I probably did not read the description carefully! I would recommend this location and property.

It is a great place in West Vail. We enjoyed our stay. The house has a great outdoor patio and has several games to enjoy during the stay. The kitchen is well stocked making it easy to cook in if you desire. Additionally; the owners have extra clothing items in a closet that they allow guests to use during the stay. The pictures and descriptions are very accurate and the owners were very helpful and accommodating during the process

Stayed here with a group of 8 ski buddies for 5 nights. It easily accommodated us because we rented the downstairs 2 bedroom apartment as well. You could easily have a much bigger group stay here, especially with kids. We had a fantastic time. The house is beautiful and had everything we needed. Having the Vail Bus Line so close to the house made getting in and out of the village a breeze. The owners couldn't have been nicer. Thank you!!

Had a wonderful time in this beautiful home! Lots of great amenities and was the perfect size for out group of 10 people. Just a short distance from Vail Village, grocery shopping, restaurants, and anything you may need. Property manager/owners are very responsive and helpful.

We absolutely loved staying here. The house was so clean, the beds were comfortable, and the owner responded to questions in such a timely manner. By far one of the best VRBOs we've ever stayed at. The outdoor space is truly amazing and kitchen is perfect for cooking in. Highly recommend!

We have been doing this get together for the last five years and have stayed al over Vail. We have now found the house that we will use every year. This house was very spacious, great open floor plan and wonderful kitchen. Add in that it was only a five minute walk to the bus to can't ask for a much better locations. We will definitely be renting this place again.

Everything, from the ease of the reservation and communication with the owners, to the beautiful home that has everything you could possibly need, to the bus stop within steps of the home that takes you quickly to Vail Village/Lionshead Village area, is perfect with this home! (Side note: Download the NextBus app and it's easy to see when the next bus is.) We rented this home with 2 other families in June, for our family's 1st summer trip to Colorado. The main house has a bedroom on the main level, and the master and 2 bunk rooms on the upper level. (One kids rooms has the 2 beds with pull out trundles, which can fit 4-6 kids depending on the size of the kids. The trundles are twins, the main beds appear to be full size. My 7 yo and her 12 year old friend both fit comfortably together in one of the main beds. The other room has a bunk bed, fitting 2 more.) The washer & dryer is on the same level as the master bedroom and kids rooms, which is great. We saved space in our suitcases knowing we could wash some items. The kitchen, entertainment area, and patio were PERFECT for our 3 families hanging out in between our fun Colorado activities. Some of us made s'mores over the fire pit while others relaxed in the hot tub. I was amazed at how much room there was! Very open. The kitchen had all the pots, pans, utensils, and cleaning supplies we needed, and there were Tide pods and dryer sheets in a basket upstairs for the washer. We all had separate cars, and there was plenty of room to park for all. Normally the temperatures in the summer in Vail range from lows in the 40s to highs in the 70's, so there is no central air in the home (no need for it.) While we where there, it was of course unseasonably warm, with highs going into the upper 80's! So it got a bit warm in the upper bedrooms, and it was difficult to circulate the air. When I communicated this to the owner, simply asking if she had fans in a closet somewhere, she immediately ordered 2 fans for the home! Not at all what we expected to occur from the conversation - I just didn't want to go snooping in her closets for fans. :) Anyway, if someone happens to run into the same weather luck that we did, you are covered! Chances are, you won't need it if the weather is as it normally is. We would definitely stay in this home again if we make another trip to Vail. We were a group of 14 who stayed in this newly renovated house for a week of skiing in March. The location is great for skiers as it is about 40 yards from the free bus stop and only 2 stops away from Lionshead. The kitchen is well stocked and features all new appliances, 2 coffee makers and a large refrigerator. There is also a nice gas fireplace and a big, new TV with cable. We also took advantage of the outdoor hot tub and the gas grill. The beds were comfortable and the showers had plenty of hot water. Our group also rented the downstairs apartment, which has not be renovated, but the beds were comfortable. The owners were helpful and provided some great local recommendations on restaurants, etc. Highly recommended given the close location to the bus stop and the high standard of finish on the upper two floors.

My extended family had a wonderful Holiday at this beautifully decorated house!The bed setup worked for all of our adult children , No pull-out sofas or mini mattresses on trundle beds, as is often the case. The kitchen , amazingly stocked and equipped was a joy to cook in ,and gather for our party of 12. The holiday decorations were a surprise treat. This house is perfect!!! Heated driveway, multiple Car parking. Conveniently located near grocery and liquor stores. If possible, the owners are even better! Restaurant or private chef recommendations, virtually more responsive and friendly than some high end hotels' concierge. This property is a gem! The apartment downstairs was an added plus for my sister's family of 5. We all ate and congregated in the main house where there is plenty of space. Great property for adult couples or families. We loved it so much we booked again before we left. The owners have designed and provided the perfect vacation home. I should have never left.

We have been at this house for two years and were lucky enough to experience the incredible renovations the house went through in 2016. This house is perfect for large groups of friends as there is plenty of space to hang out all together. It's also perfect for families with spacious rooms and bathrooms to accommodate everyone. Speaking of bathroom the master bath is breathtaking! With a steam shower and free standing tub there were plenty of ways to unwind after our long days of skiing. Our group is thrilled to park the car and not use it again till we leave as the house is right by the bus stop to bring you into Vail Village. With a 15 minute ride every half hour it's easy to hit the slopes early or get out for some shopping and food. A gas station and grocery store are all within 5 minutes giving you everything you could possibly need. We really enjoyed the open kitchen format with plenty of seating for everyone and plenty of room for multiple cooks in the kitchen. The gas fireplace kept us cozy in the evening and we loved having the Sonos speakers to pair up with and provide our Vail soundtrack. We have found our house in Vail for sure. No need to look any further!
