If you’re thinking about booking this property, do it already. It was absolutely stunning. The views, the rooms, the pool/jacuzzi, Miguel & Ana, all amazing.
It was so convenient to be able to have meals at the villa rather than going out each meal. It gave us a more relaxing vacation to not have to worry or rush down to town everytime we got hungry. The food was delicious as well.
I loved waking up to such a stunning view overlooking the beach each day. It was honestly hard to leave the villa and we hung out here more than any hotel I’ve ever spent time at. Why leave when you already have it all?
A few things to note that didn’t bother us but could be helpful: there weren’t curtains, I recommend a sleep mask if you’re wanting to sleep in. Lack of water pressure in the showers, and it took a long time to get warm water to shower. Again, these small things didn’t take away from our stay. It’s about a 10-15 minute walk to the main road in Mismaloya from the villa. Going down is easy, coming back up is a nice little workout. I loved getting the exercise but just a warning for those visiting without a car. We could walk this faster than waiting around for an Uber.
10/10 and I would definitely come back to stay here again. We’ve already pitched this as a group vacation in the future!

Our family stayed for five nights at the villa and had a great overall experience. The villa is spacious, clean and beautiful. The views of the ocean are amazing. The mother/son team of Ana and Miguel were wonderful. Ana's food is delicious and Miguel was always helpful. If you are considering a visit to the area, this villa is definitely worth a look.

This house was amazing! Ana and Miguel were wonderful, and all of our meals were delicious. We spent the days at Mismoloya Beach, which was a short walk from the house. The rooms were all separated and spacious, and our only suggestion would be that the owner add curtains for extra privacy. The hot tub overlooks the ocean, and the two upper rooms had beautiful views of the ocean as well. We would recommend this property to anyone looking for a relaxing vacation!

We have now stayed here two times. This is unique for us because we have a family rule that we only stay at a house one time to explore other homes in the area; however, we couldn't resist one more visit.
As always Anna was amazing. She took care of our family like we were one of her own. Truly, she is incredible. We have some different food requests and she was always able to accommodate some picky eaters and they were always full and happy.
Massagers every day at the beach for $20. Trips into PV for some epic dinning, boat trips, jet skiing at the beach.
I could go on and on but all I will say is "GO". It will be one of the best vacations ever.
It was for us ... TWICE.

We have been coming to PVR for 23 years and have stayed in many villas.
This is by far our favorite. The layout, decor, views are incredible. Each bedroom is huge with setting areas and comfortable beds
Anna and Miguel went above and beyond our expectations. They are reason enough for a return trip.

This is a perfect hideaway! With huge bedrooms and a lush pool area and of course Anna & Miguel, there isn’t anything else we could have asked for! The property was just like it was listed, but better! The beds were very comfortable, the pool was pristine, the food was incredible, and the only problem was that the 10 days went by too fast!
Anna and Miguel were perfect! They made sure we had everything we needed including the most delicious meals, arranged a day of boating and gave us just the right amount of privacy! They were so wonderful to talk with!
The view was to die for!!!! So many places to take amazing photos!!!
We will definitely be back!!!

Great place, just like the photos. The town was just enough to not be crowded. Ana and Miguel were an awesome addition, great food. The one drawback was the master shower had no water pressure and the others took a while to get warm.

This property is beyond amazing. The layout is so unique and spacious and the views are breathtaking. Every bit of our stay was comfortable. But the best part is Ana and Miguel. They take care of your every need. The food is top notch! We were sad to leave, but will definitely be back!

The property was gorgeous. However finding it from the airport was a problem. None of the taxi drivers knew where the property was. It wasnt even on Google maps! There was no communication from the property owner about this. That could have been communicated before we got to Vallarta! The property owner was extremely rude and not very accomodating. However, the staff on arrival at the villa was very nice and helpful. Just dont deal with the owner. If your looking for an out of the way place (45 min from Vallarta), away from the action, then by all means rent this place. We will be staying in Vallarta next time.

This is our 5th time at this property and again we had the best time! It's such a beautiful, amazing place to stay. One of the very special reasons this place is so great is because of Ana and Miguel. We all feel as though they are now our friends. The food that is prepared is so so good and authentic! They do everything they can for us to enjoy our stay. The rooms are amazing and spacious. The pool was clean and refreshing. The views are really something. The owner communicates very well! We will be back asap!

Property was beautiful. Ana and Miguel the on staff people were great. Meals prepared to your request were great. They did all our shopping and our money went much further than normal for groceries. Bedrooms needed some privacy sheers or something but otherwise very nice. Miguel helped us with making reservations, excursions and taxi services and were all inexpensive and great. If you like being away from the action this is the place for you.

This property is absolutely gorgeous! The views are spectacular and each part of the house is designed with function and style in mind. The privacy that each suite provides was unexpected and appreciated.
The owner, Steve, is very responsive and the on-site staff is extremely accommodating. I will recommend this lovely oasis to all my friends.
The only problem we had was that our stay was too short. We will have to plan to stay a bit longer next time.

We had a wonderful time staying at this rental! We were a family of 6 adults and each room was amazing! Ana and Miguel were so nice and helpful and made us the BEST meals! The views were beautiful and it was secluded but a short taxi into town as well! The only issue we had were these little bitty bugs that bit us all! You couldn’t see them but ate us alive during the day. Miguel said it was that time of year , May, that these bugs are around. No amount of bug spray mattered. Other than that it was a wonderful vacation

We had a wonderful time at Casa Roca Loro. We had 2 families with a total of 5 children ages 4-10. The kids loved the pool. The view and setting is spectacular.. I can't imagine a better place to see a sunset anywhere. It is pretty good walk downhill to Mismaloya (especially with kids) so we typically would walk down and take a taxi (or 2) back up. Ana is an amazing cook. She can make whatever you like but is very good with suggestions and accomodates the children well. She did especially good Snapper Veracruz, Chile Rellenos, Chicken Fajitas, and Chilaquiles.
Basically, they will store leftovers for a few days for you and when the kids wanted late snacks we had leftovers available. Miguel has a childhood friend Sammy who does boat trips from Mismaloya who took us out on a day trip with snorkeling and to Yelapa which was amazing. We had a humpback whale even breach right next to our boat which led to some great photos. Overall amazing trip and amazing place.

We love this villa! It’s nestled into a cliff overlooking the ocean with perfect sunrise and sunset views of the ocean on all sides. You can not beat the views!!! This home is so unique and Anna and Miguel make the stay so memorable! Anna is the best chef, she should have a restaurant. They are so very kind and we love them! We can’t wait to go back!

Loved every moment of our stay at this place. You can't get enough of the view. Miguel and Ana were so welcoming and took care good care of us. They made us authentic Mexican food everyday. I would highly recommend this place.

The property is as shown in the photos, you will not be disappointed with the home or the views. Miguel and Ana are perfect hosts and all prepared meals were fantastic! The owner Steve is very responsive to all communications.

The property was amazing with its ocean views, privacy, and 5 star accomendations to maximize your stay,. Just a short walk to the beach all down hill (catch a $6 dollar cab ride back). We enjoyed every minute of our stay.

This is a fabulous property in a wonderful area with a beach right down the hill and plenty of nearby shopping and eating. It's about 20 minutes from central PV, and has immaculate views, a great pool and jacuzzi. The owner is very responsive and the staff makes you two meals a day. We had a great time and you will too!

Staying at this villa was amazing and fit everyone’s needs. A short drive into downtown, laying around the pool, going on a boat ride, walking on a beach, and going to a waterfall with zip lining, are all easy things to do. Anna and Miguel were helpful and accommodating.

My Family and i stayed at this Beautiful home for one week. We loved it so much we didn't want to go home. We fell in love with Anna and Magill. They greeted us every morning with a beautiful breakfast. They were so hospitable and kind. Honestly we loved every day every minute. Definitely going back every year. Ana and Miguel are amazing! The home was great. We dad 10 adults and two children who fit just fine. We’ve been to south shore PVR many times, but this was the most memorable. We begged Ana and Miguel to eat with us each day and it was just magical. They taught my 5 year old granddaughter bits of Spanish each day and she returned the favor in kind. The beach isn’t far, but catch a cab back, you’ll be grateful you did! Thank you Ana, Miguel and Steve for great memories!

Ana and Miguel took AMAZING care of us on our trip. We had a full house of ladies and they went above and beyond to make sure everything was clean and comfortable, and made the MOST DELICIOUS food! We can’t say enough amazing things about this property. The best part was not having to deal with the craziness of organizing groceries for a large group. Miguel picked up everything we needed and they connected us to an amazing taxi service through Froy who is the absolute greatest. Will be back!!!

We were there with our children and 2 grandkids ages 7 and 9. We all enjoyed the pool and the infinity type pool. Rooms very spacious and comfortable. Loved congregating around the pool and for family time and games. Short walk to beach was more than we expected and were very thankful our had rented a car. The beach was nice not overly crowded, very friendly atmosphere on all accounts. Loved seeing the iguana come out daily to rest on large rock by kitchen. Miguel and Anna were very nice and so helpful. Miguel got us connected with a great guy Sammy for day trip to Yelapa that included snorkeling, some fishing and on way back at end of day saw 3 whales close that were very active breaching, take flapping quite an exciting experience for all of us. We did have meals prepared by Ana and Miguel that were good unfortunately Ana got sick early in our stay. We felt bad for Miguel having to do everything solo. Hope she is feeling better she was very sweet. A great week most definitely. Best time ever many forever memories were made. Thank you Steve.

The Villa was AMAZING! A green paradise, very private, we felt very safe and secure the entire time we were there. The rooms are very spacious. Note- the main level suite has an outdoor bathroom entry. It wasn’t an issue, the property has beautiful landscape lighting at night. The property sits on 4 levels. So be ready for stairs. There was also a climb to get up to the house from the street. Miguel assisted with our bags. Ana and Miguel were wonderful! Ana is an excellent cook! They were both very accommodating.
The kitchen remodel was excellent. (Pictures are not updated on the website yet). The pool was heated. Jacuzzi jets aren’t working, but we still enjoyed it and the view.
We had a wonderful time and are planning a trip back!

Everything was fantastic!! Ana and Miguel took great care of all of us and made fantastic food!! We only had an issue with the jacuzzi jers and heat, otherwise everything was awesome!

My husband, myself and our young adult children spent a week here and enjoyed every minute.
It really is heaven on earth. The views are indescribable. Ana and Miguel far exceeded our expectations. They met us every morning with a smile and hot coffee. Ana’s cooking is top notch. She made us Chile Relleno one night for dinner and I have been craving it since I got home. The communication with Steve was super simple. He always responded immediately to any of my questions.
The ambiance of the home is just what we were looking for quiet, private and tranquil. The pictures so not do it justice. We will definitely be back for more memories.

We have had family reunions at several vrbos but
Casa Roca Loro was/ is the best place ever. It really is paradise. And Ana and Miguel are the best!! The owner is very attentive, answers all the questions we had promptly. We will come back for sure

The property was very nice and well maintained. I few of the bushed and plants needed a little trimming to improve the walkway and the view from the hot tub. However the hot tub was not working no bubbles and it was warm not hot.
