I don't know where to begin because everything was absolutely perfect. We could not believe our luck. We were 7 so everyone had their own rooms and bathrooms. The house is designed for everyone to get together or have quiet times. The kitchen loves a gathering with comfy stools around the island, there is a verandah off the kitchen as well as adirondack chairs in the side yard so you could really go anywhere. The view of the Bow River was everywhere. All the beds were comfortable, the kitchen was very well equipped and there was lots of parking which is very important in Banff. We couldn't have asked for a better place and Kerry is lovely. We all felt at home right away.

The location is amazing and the number one asset of the house. Banff is crazy crowded in the summer and having a place so centrally located with plenty of private parking was a real plus. The house is large with plenty of room for a large crowd. We spent most of our time in the kitchen which is large, updated and fully stocked. In addition to the welcome basket that Kerry provided us we also had access to various kitchen staples. In Banff we went canoeing on the Bow river, shopped the town and walked along the Bow river to the falls all of which was nice. During our stay it was very hot for a few days and it was hot at night in the house which made it hard to sleep. In July the sun sets at almost 10 pm so it takes a while for the house to cool down when the temperatures reach 90F. Overall, we enjoyed the house although it could use some TLC. If we returned to Banff this property would still be on the list of top options for us.

Great property. Steps from the Bow river. You can walk to everything in Banff. Lots of parking. Beds were comfortable, kitchen very well stocked - we were a family of 8 and cooked most meals, big spacious house that gave everyone privacy when they wanted it. I’d definitely stay here again. The owner was friendly, accommodating and helpful. Very smooth stay.

Kerry's house was perfectly situated - by the river (small street and path in front) and an easy walk to town. Comfortable and spacious inside with small back deck great for morning coffee. Kerry was very helpful and generous with a welcome basket, including bug and bear spray which we fortunately did not need. This was our first trip to Banff and the town can get a bit congested with lots of visitors from all over but the trails are close and the house was a great oasis to return to. Strongly recommend getting out on the water.

Great location by Bow River. Spacious, clean accommodations. Kitchen has everything - and I mean everything! Our host met us when we arrived and showed us around. The bedrooms and bathrooms easily accommodated our party of 5. There’s a lovely patio with a beautiful garden where we had tea in the morning and saw deer come by. Easy access to downtown Banff and to some hikes. We walked everywhere. Perfect spot!

The property was all that was described! Spacious clean and so close to downtown Banff! We had such a wonderful time ! Kerry was a fabulous host and responded to whatever we needed right away. We would definitely visit again!

We had an amazing stay in Banff. The house was everything that the write up stated. Kerry was a great host and the house was well stocked including a gift basket with snacks and wine.

This is a spectacular property and Kerry is a wonderful host who made sure we had everything we needed for a fun holiday vacation. She even provided us a very generous welcome basket and decorated for the holiday so we felt right at home. She was quick to respond any time we had a question or needed assistance. The location of the house can’t be beat. It’s walking distance to the Banff restaurants and shops and is right on the Bow River trail. We were also grateful to have off-street parking. There was plenty of space for our family of 10. The rooms were spacious and allowed us to spread out. We were easily able to prepare and enjoy meals with the well-apportioned kitchen. We could not have asked for a better property. It made our family vacation stress-free and allowed us to experience all of the fun and beauty that Banff has to offer.

Kerry's beautiful home on the river was the perfect home for our family vacation. Plenty of room for everyone, beautiful walking path right outside the front door and walkable to downtown Banff. What made this place special though, was Kerry's attention to detail. When we checked in it felt almost like we were checking in to a bed and breakfast. A basket of goodies on the kitchen counter; cream for my coffee already in the fridge. The house has a restful, peaceful atmosphere which comes from the owner. We would come back to Banff just to stay in this house.

Waking up and walking out the door to see the river everyday is worth it alone. Then you get the great kitchen for family meals and the additional proximity to all the is the main store/restaurant area of Banff. Host was very communicative and helpful. Already miss being there.

The property was perfect in every way :-) ... the location was a good as it gets right on the Bow River and our host was extremely accommodating. I would not hesitate to stay there again. There were 6 of us and everyone felt exactly the same way that I did. Don't hesitate to rent this property because if you don't others will :-)

First, the location is pretty much perfect - just a short walk to Banff downtown, and it's right on the Bow River. A very good spot for day trips to the various parks nearby. The house itself is a great place for a group or family stay. It's very homey, and has plenty of bedrooms, a large and well-furnished kitchen, a lovely dining room and living room. Upgraded bathrooms. Plenty of reserved parking. We had a great time, lots of good family outings and meals together at the house. Banff is a great place to visit, and this is a wonderful house to stay in while there. I highly recommend it.

Great and comfortable accommodations for our family group of 9.

This house is exactly like it looks online. On the Bow river and 3 min. Walk from town. Excellent house for us, grandchildren and adult children could do activities separate or together. Kerry-lee was a wonderful host, could not figure something out in the kitchen, she was there to help. My grandchildren wanted to meet her dog she was very accommodating. We loved the kitchen to sit together for food, drink and conversation.

We really enjoyed our time in Banff. The house was well equipped and so convent to the downtown and to many hiking trails. Being next to the Bow River was an added bonus. Our hostess was delightful. We could not of asked for a better experience.

Kerry is just simply lovely. Great communicator. House is perfect, exceptionally clean. Wait until to walk into the master bath on the first floor! I won't spoil the surprise!. Kitchen well stocked with any/everything you need. Dont need your car to go to downtown, everything is within walking distance. We had some rain and she supplied us with board games! I would definitely stay again, I hope I get the chance some day!

This is a perfect property in the heart of Banff. Just a short walk into to town and close to main sites to see. The house is cozy and inviting with a fabulous kitchen. Our host, Kerry, is delightful and so accommodating. And thank you , Kerry, for the delicious treat basket. We all had a terrific time!

Kerry is an amazing, responsive and accommodating host. The property is an excellent location, and where else in Banff can so many people stay together in one house! The kitchen is spectacular, but the rest of the house is a little tired & run down, and could use some TLC. Regardless, it's a perfect property for families and kids and if we were travelling as a group, we'd probably stay again.

We had an outstanding experience with our family (6 adults, 2 kids)! The location was incredible - a few short blocks from downtown Banff and right off the peaceful Bow River. The house was perfect for our group - space for multiple couples and a well-appointed kitchen. We highly recommend this property and look forward to returning to see Lake Louise in the summer!
