Property was great. Hot tube had some minor issues that need to be addressed.

We had an amazing stay. We loved the well stocked kitchen, fishing off the deck, lots of sidewalk for chalk art, s'mores, the hot tub and lots of family time.

The house and river were great. Dishwasher and stove need to be updated. We had a great time.

This property was our family’s favorite rental. The cabin’s floor plan is well thought out for a large family gathering. Great area to explore with lots of fun activities within an hours drive. Hot springs, sand dunes, horseback riding, rail biking, fishing, hiking as so much more. Highly recommend,

My friends and I do an annual trip to Wolf Creek and the Elk River House did not disappoint! The beds were clean and comfy, the kitchen was well stocked, and there was enough space for all of us and our dogs to have a great time without stepping on each others' toes! 5 stars, would love to stay here again!

We had a great time, stayed here and skied at Wolf Creek, when we arrived the driveway had been cleared and everything was perfect.

Stayed here through Christmas with my family and couldn’t have been happier. A tree was decorated for us to use as well which was great. We have a big family so sometimes it can be hard to find places that accommodate all of us but this place was perfect. The kids had room to run around and play and the adults had space to relax and let loose. Highly recommend staying here

An open floor plan makes this house perfect for big families!!

The home and scenery are beautiful. However the blinds are broken so you can’t open them to enjoy the view. The home isn’t clean, dust and dirt everywhere. Light bulbs are burnt out. At this time there is building of other houses going on around the home so it’s a little junkie that way. Neighbors are very close with dogs that bark. The heat is terrible to deal with in the winter. It doesn’t stay a constant temperature. You go from being way too hot to way too cold. There is a propane stove, however there isn’t anything to protect and keep a 1 year old from getting burned on it. There aren’t any provisions for babies, no pack and play no gates for the stairs. We’ve stayed at many homes that offer shampoos, soaps etc. We had to buy TP and hand soap for the bathrooms and good thing we brought all our own toiletries because they don’t offer any. The home sleeps 14 but only offers 7 old, dingy, white bath towels. The master shower has excellent hot water but the other bathroom shower is barely even warm. The toilet in the master bathroom runs constantly. We would turn it off at night. We would have rather stayed at a nearby motel.

Great location, great home, lots of flexility and space. Well equipped. Friendly owners. Neighbors are a bit close but were friendly, except for the one dog next door. We will be booking another stay here for sure!

Perfect location along the South Fork of the Rio Grande. We enjoyed the hot tub, fishing on the river, and roasting marshmallows. Beds were comfortable. Property manager responded to questions quickly.

The house and deck were amazing. House was clean and spacious! Easy to get anywhere or nowhere! We will be back!!!

What a cool place! We had a wonderful time being right on the river. So many things to do. Loved the fire pit! We cooked hotdogs on skewers and sat by the fire watching the stars. House is super spacious and very accommodating. I half way expect places to be dirty since I'm such a clean freak and was pleasantly surprised, it was very clean and tidy. Lots of games and played the heck out of the corn hole set. If you are coffee drinkers, make sure you bring the cone type filters. No need to bring negativity, you will have tons of fun.

Our family has one member that is in a wheelchair. The dock on this property gave him the ability to be close to the water without a great deal of difficulty. The property is conveniently located to amenities in town also. Truly a great experience!

We had a minor issue with the thermostats not holding the temp but we text the host and and it was promptly resolved. We will be back next year!
