Wonderful accommodation and location! Short walk to town and even shorter walk to the beach. Would definitely stay again!

The property was very nice and was exactly as advertised. It had a nice view of the ocean and had a nice small outdoor patio for entertaining. Master bathroom was a little small (certainly not anyone’s fault) but we were not on vacation for the bathroom. The owners reached out to us prior to our arrival and during and were very accessible for any questions that came up prior to and during our stay. They made good recommendations about restaurants in the area. It was a very nice vacation experience.

We spent our annual escape to the beach at this wonderful condo just steps from the ocean. We heard the waves all day and all night, walked the beach, and returned back to a CLEAN well-appointed condo. Thank you!

My sister and I are both writers and spent five days at the property for a writer's retreat. It was perfect. The host checked in with us and was available if needed, but everything was so easy that we didn't need help. Appliances and kitchen were great, as were bedrooms and living room and bathrooms. The second floor gives a great ocean view and I spent most of the time on the covered porch, writing and enjoying the view. My sister spread out to write at the kitchen table - another great ocean view. In the evenings we enjoyed the boardwalk in Duck and Aqua Restaurant. We will definitely come again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at The Flying Duckman. The location is simply fantastic--close to the very cute town of Duck, with many shops and restaurants. The building is located adjacent to a beach access that has been recently redone. There are ocean views from the living area and the deck, which is a fantastic spot to relax and enjoy the sounds and sights of the ocean. The condo itself is lovely, with a very comfortable and nicely appointed living room, dining room, and kitchen. There are also green spaces around the pool area, which is great for families or others who want another space to relax. There is just a very lovely vibe about the whole building and area--we had a very relaxing getaway and recommend this spot.

Lovely view of the ocean, attractive unit. Owner very responsive . Fits perfect for our family . Easy access to the beach and to “downtown” Duck. We rented bikes and I biked while my son, a cross country runner , ran . He loves the never ending sidewalks . This is our second time at Duck Blind Villas on the off season so haven’t gotten to use the pool but it looks lovely .

This condo was just perfect for our trip. Location was excellent! I loved being walking distance to Duck. You didn’t even have to walk out to the beach. Views from condo windows & back deck were amazing especially to catch the sunrise. The lawn outside was perfect for our son to play football with some friends he met while staying here and throwing the baseball with his Dad. It was just how it was described and so glad we chose it for our vacation!

We have vacationed in the Outer Banks for many years. This location…ocean front, lovely condo has it all! Our host Jimmy responded immediately to a TV question ( wrong remote) and gave us great dining recommendations! The Wild Horse Hummer tour was awesome! Love OBX!

This is a nice condo complex right next to the beach. Outstanding beach access. Unit 2A has amazing direct ocean views. It was a pleasure enjoy these views during our vacation. This is a large unit with a nice, open kitchen. Bedrooms were comfortable and the complex was quiet.

From early communication with the Property owner, I was confident this was going to be a great experience and we have only wonderful things to say about our stay. Starting with the location, you can't beat it. Views of the ocean, easy access to the adjacent walkway over the dunes, and the convenience of the onsite pool, our family was extremely happy all week long. Having 3 bedrooms was great for our family, while our 10 and 14 year old get along well, the teenager had a place to "getaway" from her little brother when necessary! The kitchen, dining, and living space was our home away from home and got a ton of use throughout the week. The neighborhood was also great; quiet and tucked away, yet close enough to town to walk if you wanted. We have already started talking about our next visit to OBX, and we may very well head right back to this same unit in the future. Thanks to Jimmy for all of quick responses to all of my random questions leading up to, and even during our stay. Great communication throughout the process.

This is a beautiful location and perfect scenic spot to watch the water and sunrise while drinking your morning coffee on the porch and the sound of the waves. Cozy comfy beds and furniture. We really don’t cook at all while we stay always want to hit up the restaurants so not sure how stocked the kitchen was. Only complaint more larger coffee cups! We would totally stay again at your beautiful place.

Property was well maintained and clean, the location was great with amazing views and a very short walk to the beach. The pool was a nice plus and my family had a wonderful time. Would strongly recommend if you're looking in the Duck/OBX area.

This was my favorite beach location - very easy access to the beach; fabulous outdoor deck and lounge area to relax; nice front room to put all your sandy beach items; very clean pool. Outdoor shower works great. No neighbor noise. The house was well supplied. Walking distance to stores. Beds were comfortable. Highly recommend.

Couldn't beat the location! See the sunrise every early morning from your own balcony and hear the waves all day/night. 1 minute walk to the beach, ghost crab watching every night and downtown Duck and its boardwalk in walking distance. Great town, great beach & great condo. Not too much I would change. Owners were accessible and they were very accommodating.

This place is absolutely perfect for a small family get away! Mom and dad were loving their best life in the Master with the view, the balcony, and the private bathroom. My husband and I slept very comfortably in the other room. Our 3yr old daughter was beyond excited to have her own room with 2 beds, one of which was filled by my Aunt that came to visit from Sanford for a night! The boardwalk to the beach made it super simple to carry all the necessary things needed for a day at the beach. The pool was clean and well equipped with "community" toys for the kids. We saw lots of wildlife including foxes, a green snake, dolphins, bunnies, crabs, lizards, and lots of birds! The short distance to the shops and boardwalk made it convenient and fun! Overall, it was one of the best vacations I've ever had and we can't wait to book again!

We couldn’t enjoy the porch or the beach due to weather. Given that we had to to “hunker down” this was a great place for being stuck indoors. We can only imagine how nice it is when Mother Nature cooperates. High marks all the way around for this condo!

We come to the OBX at least twice per and this was the best yet, because of the condo, the owners, and the people at the complex. Everything was clean, easy, conveniently located and we felt safe.

And the area is surrounded by great restaurants and shopping and is close to all the attractions from Corolla to Hatteras. Thank you to our hosts for such a comfortable stay!

My family got together for Easter and had the best time at this ocean front condo (even though it was a cold weekend). The condo was clean and had beautiful views from inside the unit and from the balcony. It was me, my 2 kids, my sister & brother-in-law, and my Dad. There was enough space for all of us to hang out comfortably and the kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to make a BIG Easter Sunday dinner. The unit is conveniently located to the cute little town of Duck with plenty of shopping and restaurants. The owners were wonderful and easy to communicate with. We will definitely be back when it’s warmer and we can enjoy the beach!
