For our family group, the rental had a perfect layout and location. Amenities were plentiful and as described in the property listing. The on-site property manager was prompt in addressing issues that arose, including replacement of a non-functional built-in gas grill. The unit certainly could have been cleaner. For example, a plate with food on it was found in a bedroom at check in, walls and cabinets needed cleaning, and carpeting in bedrooms needed shampooing or replacement. The single biggest disappointment was learning (after payment in full) that the outdoor pool was under repair and unusable. We had been assured by Luxury Coastal Vacations that it would be repaired a month before our arrival.

The building was built in 2017, so it's new, clean, and incredibly nice. You literally walk down some wooden steps to the beach, the pool is great, the workout facility is great, and there is a pool table in the club room in case it's a rainy day. It's definitely on the quiet side of the island (Perdido rather than Orange Beach) so it's 20 mins to any decent restaurants -just know that going in. The prop management company was outstanding about responding to emails, texts, and calls. Really top notch. I'd stay here again in a heartbeat but might want to see if some of the fees could be discussed. $295 to clean, when we had to empty the garbage, run the dishwasher, etc? The place isn't that big! :)

We loved every single detail in and around this property. We had plenty of room for our entire family and everyone had a great time. Highly recommended and we would stay here again.

The property had comfortable beds, a well equipped kitchen for Thanksgiving, and the five bedrooms we needed. We enjoyed the large balcony space with all of the great outdoor furniture. The desk behind the living room sofa was a perfect place to work on the computer but still be part of the group. Loved the rugs and flooring. A couple of suggestions in the living room: the glare in the morning makes it difficult to sit and visit or watch tv until the sun gets high enough. Some open weave curtains on the ocean facing windows that could be opened and closed would be nice. The two living room room chairs water not conducive to relaxing and family visiting. We had to move them to the master bedroom and move the love seat in there for our crew. But it was a great condo and we loved it.

Excellent access to beaches and restaurants

Great view, beautifully decorated and clean. Very high end furnishings and appliances. It is home away from home. My only recommendation is to add draperies to the back king bedroom and at least one more TV to another one of the bedrooms. Even with my recommendations I cant wait to come back and stay again.
