This is a great vacation property with plenty of room for the 6 of us. It actually could fit more than 8 as the 2 bunk beds are actually queen bunks so 3 of us from one family stayed in the bunk bedroom and the other family of 3 stayed in the other 2 bedrooms. We didn't end up spending much time in the pool as we only had 2 full days in Vieques. It is about 6 minutes from Isabel and 15 minutes from Esperanza and you definitely need a car. They have a pretty fully stocked kitchen although, as someone had said previously, no sponge or paper kitchen towels so a little difficult to wash dishes. No issues with any cement factory noise even though we were there Thursday to Sunday. The manager was there to open the house when we arrived and came when we left to get the keys. All in all, a very good experience.

House is relatively new. Very clean. Fluffy new towels and comfortable beds. Outdoor area was pleasant with nice seating, and pool was good. Kitchen area was smallish. We admit that we probably have too many cooks. Property manager was friendly but unfortunately we didn't speak much Spanish and he didn't speak much English. We stayed 18 nights, and he and housekeeper came once. Also, it was not clear then that we had to pay an extra $95. to use washer and dryer. Our biggest problem was the noisy location, two doors away from a concrete plant. They often got going even before 7 AM and sometimes (not always) the noise was terrible. If you can handle that, the house itself is a good buy for the money.

Very clean, very modern and a great find for us! Pool was amazing and the kids loved swimming late into the evening. The place is fairly inland (no beach) but Vieques is such a small island that you can get about anywhere you want in just a few minutes. Patricia was great to work with and was very helpful in getting us to her home and settled!

The property was clean and had everything we needed to enjoy our time in Vieques! Great location with easy access to town and beaches and great communication with Xavier, the caretaker, at check-in and check out. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

The property was really amazing, very clean, very comfortable, the location was great they have a beach that is 3 minutes from the house and is amazing. The only thing that we had trouble was with the check in, they say is at 2:00 pm but is actually at 3:00 pm, but they gave us 1 more hour for checkout. Also I would recommend a bit more of restocking of toilet paper, trash bags, and towel paper. Otherwise the property has beach chairs, beach towels, 2 BBQ, they have a beach umbrella. It was awesome and the pool is perfect.

This home is absolutely gorgeous. From the time we arrived to the time we left the home & communication was immaculate. The island is beautiful as well. When we arrived on the ferry we had no clue what we were doing. I reached out to Xavier who is the handyman/property manager. He was extremely helpful and responsive. We arrived on the property late, around 9PM. We did not realize everything would be closed. We saw the curfew was 10 so we figured we had time but, we didn't. Xavier went out of his way to bring us food. Milk and cereal for the morning, ravioli to hold us over for the night. I was so grateful considering I had 2 teenagers and a 10 year old. He is amazing!! Everyone on the island is extremely nice & helpful. The island has the BEST BEACHES ever! They all have their own qualities. We would definitely suggest beach hopping. Our recent visit to Villa Iguana was great. The house is awesome and has everything you need. Nicely decorated, high ceilings, a/c and fans in every room. The beds were very comfortable. My 3 young kids loved the pool, especially at night. Xavier the caretaker was very helpful and answered all our questions. The house is a bit remote from the tourist spots and beaches. You definitely have to rent a car. There was one issue: mosquitos in the house. We did our best keeping all doors and windows closed, but the problem persisted (maybe a broken screen). All in all, a great spot that we would gladly rent again.

Stunning property with everything you need for a great vacation! Exceptionably clean and comfortable. Beautifully landscaped backyard was a great place to relax after a day at the beach. Will for sure come back to stay again soon!

This house was amazing made our whole vacation much better. Perfect size, private, clean & great location!! The pool was wonderful especially at night.

Mi group and I had a great experience. I would suggest renting a car or golf car to move from the house to the beach areas since taxis can be quite expensive.
