This house is well appointed (kitchen has oil, sugar, flour), towels for the pool, SHARC passes, bikes - everything you could need. We would love to come back and stay again. Thanks for a great vacation!

Location was wonderful here, and there are lots of things the owners provided for guests such as toys and games and sporting equipment. We didn't use the hot tub but it was available. Close to SHARC and the village, walking distance easy..

We had a wonderful stay at this home! The home is directly across the street from SHARC and it’s very close to the Village. House was very clean and well stocked. Excellent internet as well. We will stay at this home again.

I've stayed at a handful of other rental homes in Sunriver and this is probably my favorite. The home just felt cozy and relaxing and with the snow outside it was great experience. The house really provides entertainment for everyone. The owner provided a closet full of toys that my kids loved. I got a little too addicted to the arcade machine, I really need my Burger time fix! Also this is one of the first rentals I've seen where the owner actually provides actual high speed internet, not just internet but actual high speed! Thanks for letting us stay in your home we had a lot of fun!

Close to everything in Sunriver -- SHARC, bike paths, village. Cozy and functional, if a bit dated and well-worn. Very well stocked kitchen, gas grill, nice hot tub for evening soaks. Great communication from hosts (thank you!).

We were celebrating our anniversary for the weekend. House is old school, we loved it. Cabin like feeling. Loved the hot tub. And it’s a short walk to the village. Perfect relaxing. Would definitely stay again. Place needs updating, but it won’t deter from recommending.

We all enjoyed our getaway so much! It felt cozy and comfortable and perfect for the range of ages we had.

Tammi and Mike were, throughout the entire process, easy to contact and prompt with responses to any questions we had. They were very accommodating and helpful with any snags we ran into. Sun river is a nice, little place. I will say the SHARC was a bit disappointing for the girls (they actually didn’t even get to utilize their passes for the entire week); as it was only open to them Saturday and Sunday. We stayed from Tuesday to Tuesday and once you go during one of the sessions on one of the two days it was open, you couldn’t go again that day. The property itself was just this cozy, little cabin that fit us all nicely (all 7). The hot tub ran a little low and Tammi had it filled right back up. There was plenty of hot water for showers, dishes and laundry. Everything you need is there. Walmart is about 15 minutes away, in Bend; however there is a sweet little marker just down the road. We’d recommend to anyone!!

We reserved the house months in advance because of the very reasonable price, the excellent location, a private hot tub and the ability to have our boxer puppy stay with us. A few weeks before the stay I got an email saying the deck was being replaced and the hot tub may not be available, they offered a generous discount and gave us the ability to cancel and find another place. As luck would have it the tub was installed right before we arrived and we still got a discount as the deck was still incomplete, we were thrilled to have the use of the tub for the week. Come to find out from the tub guy that he put in a very long day prior to our arrival to make sure it was working for us. We really appreciated this, and the fact that all the bicycles had air in the tires and they all worked as we didn’t have room to pack our own bikes. We highly recommend the house and a big thank you to Tammi for the excellent communication, we had an excellent trip and got tons of exercise. The ability to walk to the store, the village and the Sharc was great too! Thank you for everything!

The house was great. Everything was really clean and well set up for our family of 4. The location was great, really close to the village and the Sharc. We had an absolute blast!

This is a great house if you have kids. We were close to everything they wanted to do.

It was nice to have sharc passes and be so close to sharc, basketball and the village. My kids enjoyed the hot tub and game arcade that was available. Great supply of laundry detergent, dish soap and towels. Cabin was clean. We enjoy biking around sunriver! The only recommendation I would make is newer sheets and blanket for the queen bed. It was pilling a bit but other than that… a great stay for my family. Thank you!

This is the second time we've stayed at 7 Otter. It's the perfect property for a small family with kids. Bike trail right outside your door, nice hot tub on the deck, SHARC and Paulina Park right across the street, and the village a short walk away. Their addition of an old school video game console was so fun, though a very distracting addition. Mike and Tammi and responsive and fair. Great owners. We will be back.

We loved staying at 7 Otter Ln. It was the perfect house for our needs. The house was clean and was equiped with everything we needed. As a mom I appreciated the toys, bikes, and arcade games to use. We had such a relaxing vacation we can not wait to come back and for another vacation. The home owners were very easy to communicate with. And everything was clean and inviting.

This house was in an absolutely perfect location. Very accurate description and pictures of the house. It was very well stocked. The owner couldn’t have been better to work with! We loved that we didn’t have to go by an office to pick up a key but instead had a code to get in. We would definitely stay here again.

We had a great time and our cat Sugar took well to the place. We all felt right at home and loved the private hot tub!

This small house / cabin was perfect for a week in Sunriver for our small family and dog. Cozy property with a huge selection of toys, nice hot tub, and a nice array of bikes that were all in great working order. Comfy furniture and all the amenities you could ask for. It was a 5-10 minute walk to the Village and 2-3 minute walk to the SHARC. Must be one of the best locations in town. HIGHLY recommend.

Our family had a wonderful stay! right across from the water park and a quick bike ride to the village. We enjoyed the hot tub and bikes provided by owners. This was our first time at Sunriver, and it couldn't have been better.

The size and location were perfect for our family vacation. The kitchen was well-equipped so cooking was easy with plenty of seating for everyone. It’s a short walk to the SHARC and it includes 6 passes which was awesome. The bikes were also a great perk. We had an issue with a broken dryer but the owners were super responsive and had it fixed almost immediately. It’s a little creaky but that adds to the charm. The hot water was fast and being able to have a fire in the fireplace was a treat. The beds were comfortable and other than the kids room, the heater worked to keep the cabin comfortable. We felt like we’d escaped to the mountains but had all the amenities of the resort. And the closet full of toys was a wonderful discovery and kept the kiddo entertained. Highly recommend this place.

What a wonderful place! This was our first time staying in Sun River. This house was easy to get to and close to shopping, restaurants, and the bike trail. It was perfect for our family and a great home base for visiting the Bend area. Kitchen was well-stocked, hot tub was awesome, and we loved the cabin decor. Can't wait to come back!
