Great place to stay. Our family has rented this condo 3 years straight and love it. Walking distance to beach, Molly Darcys restaurant, beach store, ice-cream and more. Dont hesitate to stay here you will love it.

We loved our stay and would definitely stay here again! The location was great. We loved the option of pool side or walking out to the beach and ocean. There is a cute little ice cream shop within walking distance as well as a mini mart and bargain beach shop. The parking garage was nice to have and not having to worry about parking or paying to park. The owners are super quick to respond to any questions or concerns. It was very roomy for our group. We had 7 adults and a toddler. Beautiful views from the balcony. I don’t think I would have wanted to be any lower or higher as far as floors. It was perfect. The elevators were quick and rarely had to wait for one. My only complaint would have to be the carpet in the living room. I think it needs a deep clean or considered to be replaced. I know being beach front carpet probably isn’t going to stay clean between sand and water being carried in from the pool or ocean but we didn’t like walking on it barefoot. The storage closet outside the condo could be organized or cleaned but nothing that would keep me from staying here again!

Security is very organized during check in. We've never seen anything like this. Room 906S could use a serious cleaning. Black mold in master shower! Bathtub faucet has a continuous leak, dishwasher doesn't close properly, living room floor needs cleaned, and clothes were left in dresser drawers. Kitchen needs new pots and pans and could use a spatula or 2, toaster barely works on 1 side. This unit has the potential to be really nice, but it's the little things that will stop us from coming back.

Comdo.was nice as described. It was excellent on all ways exxcept check in. Was promised at 3 but condo.had not been cleaned. Forced to.stand in hallwaynfor.an hour before condo.was.ready.

Perfect place for my family
Absolutely perfect place to stay. Condo was wonderful and had everything needed. Very spacious. Access to pool, lazy river and beach were perfect. Parking was as well great directly across the street. Owners are very easy to deal with during the entire process. Definitely would stay again.

Great condo in Crescent Shores
Everything went smoothly, from start to finish, during my month stay in this condo with great communication from the owners. The rooms are large, the beds are comfortable and the view from the balcony is amazing. Everything presented on the website was accurate. I will be renting again from these owners as this was the perfect vacation!

Cresent Shores South Ocean Front
Large spacious condo that was well equipped. Owners were very hands on in communicating with us from the beginning of the rental process to the end of the rental. Immediate response to minor issue, with Handyman making repair within a day. Great Ocean Front views of Cresent Beach, plenty of off street parking across street, and beach access immediately off front of the condo building. Lots of amenities for all ages on the property.

Awesome Place to stay
From the time we booked this condo to the day we checked out the owners answered each and everyone of my questions .This condo was the perfect size for our family vacation with 13 people . We would and probably will stay here again if we make it back to mrytle beach

Plenty of room for Grandpa, Grandma, 2 sons their wives and 8 grandkids. Big table and seating at bar for meals. Good location not far from shopping, restaurants and other activities. Handicap beach access right next door. Great to have washer and dryer with 8 kids under 12.

Everything was great with the owners! They answered questions right away. 250.00 fine for the parking in the garage under the tower was ridiculous since there was literally one sign entering the tower we seen after we got the fine. There definitely needs to be SEVERAL more signs stating that in the garage under the tower, maybe posted to the parking spots!!!! Other than that the place was great!

Myrtle Beach getaway
It was a very good girls get away. It was exactly as described. Everything was very clean and bring by the ocean was great. Also really enjoyed being able to sit on the patio and eat lunch while also enjoying the crash of the wave's. Would definitely stay again

We had several maintenance issues (AC, fridge, sliding door) that my dad and husband had to fix or assist in fixing, we had maintenance men in and out of the condo on a few of the days which was disruptive. HOWEVER, the owners were very quick to respond, very understanding of the situation and responded as best they could. While I would say that the condo is very clean, it just needs to be better maintained overall. The front door is very off putting when you first see it, rusty and flaking paint (I assume due to the salty air), the sliding door is very hard to open and kept coming off the track, one of the hot tubs was out of order, small things like that. I wouldn’t call it luxury as the description lists it.We did very much enjoyed our stay, even with the maintenance issues. There was plenty of room for 7 people, beds were comfy enough and kitchen amenities were plentiful!
