It’s a short walk to the town , but you have to walk up hill to get back

Cavtat is will exceed your expectations!

Situated 5 minutes from the town centre, easy going to the town, but it's a good fitness test back up the hill. The bedroom was very good and clean. The swimming pool was lovely. The lady who ran the apartments was really helpful.

The apartment was really hot, and the ac was not the best.

Highly recommend! The room was very clean, the kitchen was secured with everything needed and the owners of the Villa were so hospitable, they allowed us to accommodate early in the morning because of my early arrival in Cavtat. The housekeeper was very polite she always asked whether we need anything. The pool was clean as well, it was a nice spot to chill.

Great location close to the city center of Cavtat, which again is close to the airport, Dubrovnik and the border to Montenegro. Spacious rooms with a big bed.

Not much sound isolation to the hallway, meaning that we heard whenever somebody entered or left the other rooms very well. The toilet seat was broken.

Villa Voinic is an amazing place to stay. It is located few minutes from the beautiful city centre. The apartment was clean and very cosy. The swimming pool area is just great. I hope we will come back to this place one day :)

The lady we dealt with (I think the cleaner) was really helpful. The pool area is lovely! Everything you needed was catered for.

Quite a lot of little things needed fixing or updated.. Need to secure the bannister in hallway!

The location was perfect, so close to the beach and all restaurants. The view of the mountains was picturesque. The host was so nice and friendly and we got a welcoming drink on our arrival.

The lack of a window glass in the bathroom, there were only blinds.

Comfortable, good air con, quiet. Good hot shower. Swimming pool quiet a lot of the time and clean.

WiFi sometimes went and it’s up quite a hill. Maybe a few too many notices in the hall ways and quite a strong smell of cleaning product.

I travelled with my wife and daughter. We took 2 rooms on the first floor. I chose Cavtat because it was close to the airport and we had an early flight. Little did i know what a beautiful town it was. I would highly recommend a stay in Cavtat. We liked it more than Dubrovnik as the town is stunning. We only had one night at Villa Voinic but wish we had stayed longer. The place is great. Great location and relatively easy to find. On arrival we got a wonderful welcome. We did not get a chance to use all facilities but were impressed that there was a pool and gym available. The rooms were large with nice balconies and views. The rooms had everything you need for a great holiday. The owner gave us a lift to the airport instead of relying on a taxi which was much appreciated.

Not much we didn't like. The furniture was a real mix of different styles but everything worked. The two things we struggled with everywhere in Croatia was being able to make a good cup of coffee and to toast bread in the room. It would be great to have a coffee machine or something to use for filter coffee in the room. Didn't bother us because we only stayed one night but would be useful for longer stays. The Villa is at the top of a steep hill so you may struggle getting to/from the village if you don't like steep hills. Again, not a problem for us.

The only 'down side' of this property was having to climb the particularly steep hill from the town centre which in the heat was testing.

The staff were excellent (lady in particular) who was very accommodating with nothing being to much trouble. Given a free beer to drink on our arrival to enjoy by the pool while our room was being readied which was a nice touch. Also very accommodating allowing us to stay in the room on our departure until 12.30 (instead of the advertised checkout of 9.30).

Really enjoyed our stay at Voinic. The room was clean and modern with a nice view from the balcony. The pool was great for when we had come back from the beach!

Great lovely hosts who were very kind. Great clean, confortable apartment with all you need!
