Had a really nice view, great location close to the town, Stella was a helpful Host with recommendations and we had so much space inside!

Only thing is the shower was hard to use as it points horizontally so you can’t stand under it. And Be careful when touching the metal in the shower it’s hot to touch

- the owner was always available if we needed to call. He also allowed us to check in early when we had an issue with another hotel the night before and was forced to sit in the car until our room was available. - the manager Stella was a lovely person and really warm and welcoming.

Few things that could be improved for a higher score: - Check out time on Booking.com says 11am but is actually 10am. - Parking is NOT available at the property but in the street - The bins are not taken daily and cleaning is done every 3 days - there is no lock allowed or available on the bathroom door which is a basic private space and should always have a lock - maybe not the property owner's fault but a €200 refundable cash deposit is required. This was not obvious BEFORE making a payment on Booking.com, only after, and I had to pay interest on my credit card to get this money out for the property

We spent 2 weeks in Three Graces, where not only the perfect sea view has amazed us, but also the cleanness and equipment of the apartment (there is AC, washing machine and dishwasher as well) and of course the nice personality of our host, Stella. She helped us from the beginning and during our stay with great recommendations to make this time unforgettable. Thank you 😍

The apartment is in a great condition, very nice looking and new. The kitchen is well equipped and the view from the balcony is exceptional. The location is fantastic. The city center is around 10 minutes walking distance and the bust station is less than 10 minutes away so it’s a perfect place to stay even if you don’t have a car or a bike. It’s nice and quite? perfect for people who want to rest and relax. Stella is a fantastic host! Very kind and always keen to answer any questions or problems. She’s a massive help and her recommendations (restaurants, boat trip, beaches) made the trip even better.

The only thing that was sometimes a problem was bad wifi connection. It’s bad in some places of the apartment but since it’s our holidays we didn’t mind it because we wanted to stay offline. But if you still want to work then this may be a problem.
