I prefer renting from Summit Mountain Rentals, vs. Airbnb or VRBO, when I visit Breck. It's typically a little cheaper to rent from Summit Mountain, they communicate well, the check-in and checkout process is easy, and there are no unpleasant surprises. I've stayed at Trails End several times. The Quicksilver lift is about 400 feet from the building's back door and it's a short walk to Main St. too. Trails End has 2 hot tubs; one indoor and one outdoor. It also provides free access to the indoor/outdoor pool and hot tubs across the street.Unit 409 was clean and well appointed. The kitchen had everything that I needed. The furniture and decor were a little dated, but in good shape and functional. The bed was comfortable. The bedroom did not have a TV, which is uncommon in my experiences at Trails End, but it was not a problem for me. I would stay here again.

Lovely space. Plenty of room and extremely cozy. Only a walk to peak 9. The communication was great. Keys had to be picked up at a different location which was a little unusual for us. Other than that, this place gets 5-stars! Stay here. 10/10 would stay again.

We enjoyed our stay at this cute condo. The location is very convenient. It’s the perfect size for a couple - might be a little tight for more than 3. The bed is comfortable and fit even my oversized 6’4”husband with room enough for both of us. The kitchen/condo is well stocked and everything works as it should. The management company is extremely easy to work with. The check-in process was clear and straightforward. Parking was good. We were happy with our choice of this condo.

I had an excellent experience. The location is wonderful, the house is cozy and comfortable. A few minutes walking from the lift. In addition to having hot tubes to relax after a day of skiing. I highly recommend.

We enjoyed our stay at this property. It's close to all the skiing and snowboarding action. Easy walks/shuttle rides to everywhere in Breckenridge. Kitchen was well-stocked and the property was clean. The indoor hot tub was warm but the jets could have worked better. The outdoor hot tub was cold. Overall, we were very pleased with this property and would definitely stay there again!

The unit was clean and comfortable, and was as advertised. We really liked the location as it was only 2 blocks from Main Street. Summit rentals was really easy to work with and it was super convenient. We would stay here again.

We loved our stay - barely used our car - could walk to everything. The place was clean and had a great view off the balcony. Right across the street from the Upper Village Pool. Would definitely stay here again.

Ski In/Out next to Quicksilver chair lift and great access to town to enjoy shops and restaurants. Easy check in and out with great communication with property management. Everyone was welcoming and nice that we encountered.

The condo location was convenient to the Peak 9 base and also close to downtown Breckenridge which made getting take out or eating out easy. There was an odd odor in the unit and in the hallway of the building that never went away during our stay. Directions to the pool would have been helpful and there were noisy neighbors and people outside after midnight almost every night. The unit had a humidifier which was amazing as it was much drier than I expected. The fireplace was great to have and made the living room very cozy.

Location is prime with just a few minute walk to main street. Everything is as advertised in the condo.

Exactly what we were looking for for a quick trip to Breck. Easy access to the resort and also downtown area. Unit was a little dated, and pull out couch in "couch mode" was super uncomfortable, but nothing that would keep me from booking again.
