I loved this condo. It is in the perfect location on the beach; which made it easy to get anywhere quickly. It was, also, wonderful to have your own beach access with the pool in the middle. It made it easy to wash off your feet & beach gear; which you could stow away in a closet located on the bottom level. I enjoyed not carrying everything up amd down 6 flights. The actual condo had everything you would need; including an amazing shower. I personally love that the unit had a water softener and that everything was up to date. I look forward to visiting again and making this the usual place to stay.

Overall, wonderful stay! The location was perfect for us and the condo actually looked like the pictures. The beach was not too crowded and the town had everything we wanted or needed. We were able to walk to restaurants and stores. Our son found other kids to play with and the people we interacted with were very friendly. The place was super nice and clean. The pool was great and there were lots of chairs. The condo comes with beach chairs and toys, which was wonderful. The best part was not having to clean up prior to leaving (beyond the normal clean up).

The condo was perfect. It had everything we needed to enjoy the beach. The remote control blinds were a very nice touch. The view from the large balcony of the intercostal and gulf is breath taking. The host was very friendly, available and helpful. We will definitely be booking this condo in the future.

While we vacationed during the nation’s coldest stretch…we greatly appreciated the unit as we spent a great deal of time in it. Check in was a breeze. When the hot tub and pool heater went out…our host was very communicative and supported our questions. We would definitely recommend this place. Balcony has great views. Proximity to the beach was remarkably close. Many memories with our family were made thanks to the hospitality we were provided.

Fantastic stay on the beach. Highly recommend this beautiful property. Beach is wonderful, sparsely populated and there are casual eateries within walking distance. Hope to return in the future!

We spent four short days at the beach, but we made the best of it by staying here! We arrived as Tropical Storm Iris was moving out, so we had an evening to enjoy a local brewery and restaurant. By the next day it had cleared up, and we were having coffee on the balcony, walking the beach, swimming in the pool, and lounging in the hot tub. We kept asking, "Why don't we live here?" We spent the weekend with family celebrating a wedding in St. Pete, and always enjoyed getting back to our condo to relax or enjoy the beach. It's close to so many things to do and places to visit, but you can choose to stay right there and just enjoy the beach. Thank you for sharing your home with us!

This was a perfect spot for our family to stay and enjoy the beach along with the pool while being away from the hustle & bustle at Clearwater beach. Loved that there were people around on the beach near the condo but not too many where it still felt very quaint and relaxing.

Awesome!!! Condo is equipped with everything you need. Furnishings are fresh,comfortable and inviting. The area had lots of restaurants with a variety of choices on the menus. Beach is also very clean. We has a great vacation.

Our vacation at this property in Redington Shores was excellent! This property was updated and had plenty of room. Excellent Kitchen, living area. Great views, and space and the owners were easy, and friendly. Perfect area for peace and quiet. Excellent restaurants. We had a perfect vacation and will definately return!

This is a lovely and clean rental right on the beach. Both beds were very comfortable and the kitchen had everything you could need. I especially liked the access to beach chairs and umbrellas if needed. The property is clean quiet and close to anything you could possibly need from dinner to breakfast or ice cream. Check-in and checkout was very easy and the owners communicated everything needed right up front. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone wanting to go and enjoy the beach.

The owners allowed us to check in early as we have a 18 mo old and our flight was early in the morning. We really appreciated the flexibility. The condo was great. Only complaint was that the toilets looked a little dirty, some dried pee on the seats, especially when the seat was lifted. Was probably missed. Loved the full kitchen and huge balcony. The location was great as you could see the ocean and the inter coastal water. Also the gate from the beach to the pool wouldn’t open so you had to go around the pool to clean off. Not a huge biggie. Thanks for a great weekend!

We had such an awesome time here! The condo is beautiful, and we loved having both the pool and the beach literally steps away. We also enjoyed just relaxing on the outdoor balcony patio, where we could see views of both the intercoastal and the gulf. We had a quick question about operating the TV the first night we arrived (lol) and sent the owner George a text, and he called us back within literally two minutes and was so nice! We had such a great time and plan to make this an annual visit!

Honestly, there are not enough good words to say about our stay. It was absolutely wonderful. The condo was breathtakingly beautiful! We were so pleased with how clean it was, as we have stayed in many VRBOs previously and the one thing they’ve all had in common was they weren’t CLEAN, rather just “spruced up.” The owners were so sweet and gracious. It is stocked with everything you could possibly need while staying there. The view is perfect! We will most definitely be returning as we have decided this will be our yearly beach trip destination!

Our family does a beach vacation every summer and this condo is definitely on the top of our list now! The decor was beautiful and the condo was very clean. We will be back for sure!

Beautiful property on the water. Beach was peaceful. Just a quick trip to shopping and the bustle of Clearwater. Bird sanctuary next door was enjoyable for hubby, I and both kiddos. Thanks for the memories!

Very nicely decorated. Lots of beach accessories. A couple of patio locks were missing but it was the 6th floor so no worries. Owners very easy to get in touch with

So upon arriving we thought "Wow, this is a great property!" Newly renovated, partial deck view of the ocean on the top floor and plenty of space. The location is great, the pool and grill area all nice and clean. However the week we stayed they decided to tear down a house right next to the private pool, debris, bee nests knocked down (bees all over the pool deck) and lots of noise. We had no idea any of this was going to be happening so we were not prepared. We also discovered on our 3rd day staying in our condo that we had cockroaches. I notified George and thought for sure I would get an apology of some sort for the inconvenience of these disgusting insects but instead I got a "I'll send out pest control." The pest guy confirmed that they were German Cockroaches and set some bait traps. These things are living in the stove and also in the trash room that is conveniently located next to this unit. So beware! If there is one thing I really can't handle it's nasty bugs like this!

?The location was perfect, the views from the condo incredible, the ocean, pool and hot tub so convenient! This was exactly what our family needed to relax and reset. George walked me through everything prior to our arrival and both George and Rafi were incredibly helpful and responsive with my questions prior to the trip. The condo was stocked with beach towels and bath towels among everything else needed to cook meals or grill by the pool (which we did!). Having the beach chairs and umbrella available made our beach time so much more pleasant. Thank you so much for so many new memories, we can't wait to come back!

Our stay was perfect. The condo is beautifully decorated and very comfortable. Love the patio view and all the windows! Short walk to the pool and beach. Beach locker with cart to transport chairs and umbrella was convenient. Luggage and shopping carts made moving in and out handy. Parking was plenty and close.

We enjoyed our stay but the elevator broke twice! Thank goodness we weren’t in it. It was horribly inconvenient to hike up and down 6 flights of stairs . The second time the elevator broke was at check out so we literally had to make 2 trips up and down to get all our luggage out 😡 The ice maker wasn’t working so we had to go buy ice and toilet paper since only a few rolls were left in the condo for 6 people for 4 nights . Nice condo and the host was nice, but just a few inconveniences.
