The place is beautiful and just as advertised. The easy access to the Long Beach was amazing. We even saw some whales blowing mist into the air on the evening of our arrival. Weather was perfect, couldn’t have asked for anything better. Oh, and I highly recommend the service where you create a sjopping list online and they have it all waiting for you in your kitchen, fridge and freezer on the day of your arrival!

Perfect spot to enjoy the Island. Conveniently located across the street is a small store, farmers market, and the best shave ice ever. Will happily stay again!

We loved the condo, beach, and surrounding area. Everything was as advertised. The beds were comfortable. The beach was right there and so quiet. We loved sitting in the lawn chairs in the grassy area by the beach and enjoying the ocean waves. This building is in an area that is next to the Lihei Canoe Club, so every day we watched canoes and double canoes go out on the ocean. My husband even got some wonderful sunset shots with the silhouette of a canoer. On Tuesdays and Thursdays the club takes out tourists on the canoes. Unfortunately we discovered this too late to do it. Pro tip--groceries are extremely expensive. We didn't realize until we already made out grocery run that the management included in our folder a discount membership to one of the local grocery chains. Would have save us some money! Overall, we were very pleased. The only problem was that the sliding door to the balcony did not lock and the board to fix that was warped. Management came over and put a new one in the same day. I do wish we could have gone into the office/lounge area from the pool and beach to use the restroom. The one on the other side of the building was inconvenient.

We loved this place. It was the perfect location for all the activities we wanted to do as well as a great place to relax and make home base. The little market across the street had all the essentials between grocery store visits and the beach was amazing for morning strolls. All communication with the host was great and the place was as wonderful as described on line. Wish we could have stayed longer.

This was a great location right on Sugar Beach. We felt like we had the beach to ourselves. Easy access to restaurants and activities.

Glad we chose kihei instead of lahaina. Less crowded and conveniently located to lots of good places to eat. The grassy area by the beach was perfect for watching kids play and enjoy some son!

Beautiful oceanfront with views, miles of sandy beach directly in front of your unit, the most accommodating staff, Angelina is the BEST she went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and even checked on us, we would definitely go back! Awesome stay!

Comfortable, clean, well equipped! Everything we were hoping for. The people we dealt with for check in etc were so nice and accommodating. The area was close to restaurants and shops and the beach was clean and quiet. Would definitely rent this unit again.

This was a great property for our stay. The location in North Kihei allowed us to easily reach both west and south Maui for beaches, excursions, restaurants, and shopping. The property was very clean and the views from the lanai were wonderful. We would definitely stay here again.

Our stay in this condo was fantastic. The location was great - right on the beach/beach view. Famer's market was across the street and a ABC store . It was not in a busy location so very quiet but had all the conveniences we needed. The condo was very clean and was big enough for 4 adults. Thank you for our waonderful stay in Kihei.

Came to Maui this year to renew our vows for our 25th Anniversay. Our condo was the perfect location right on the beach, it was so nice to wake up to the sunrise and waves crashing every morning. The condo had everything we needed! Would definitely recommend this condo to anyone looking to come to Maui. The location was perfect too and close to everything. The ABC store across the street was good for souvenirs, the bakery has the best malasadas and the Hawaiian ice is the BEST on the island and all right across the street.

Our family spent 10 days here in early August and absolutely loved it! The condo was exactly as depicted in the photos and other reviews. Clean. Well stocked. Comfortable. Best of all, in the perfect location for us! The beach was just outside our doors, quiet and uncrowded. The sunsets over the mountains were beautiful every single evening. Put on a pot of coffee and walk across the street to the Sugar Beach Bake Shop for freshly made Malasadas and a visit to the Farmers Market! Later afternoon , stroll across again to Ululanis Shaved Ice to cool off! My teenagers loved it! Centrally located between Lahaina, Wailea and the city, we had easy access to many restaurants, grocery stores, shops and other beaches. Waking up to the palm trees and the view of the ocean was spectacular! We were sad when it was time to leave and can't wait to return. This will be the place we seek to stay in again in the future!

The condo is fantastic and exactly as advertised. Property manager met us at the unit to make sure we were checked in and had everything we needed. Kihei beach resort is literally steps from the beach and the location is very central to the island. We had great weather and outstanding fresh food each night. Hope to come back in the future.

This condo unit is a good place to start for your first time to Maui. It is central to everything.; close to the airport, good store and fruit market across the street, and plenty of beach to walk on.

Upon arriving we were greeted to get checked in and got the run down on the unit. It was perfect for my family of 6. There was a beautiful view from the living room and the master bedroom of the ocean. We were all very comfortable. There was also a washer and dryer in the unit which was a huge help. We also had a bbq downstairs and it was pretty cool. The unit had everything we needed for cooking. Great location, overall we were all pleased with our stay

We stayed in unit 409 for 11 nights in early July and found it to be a great value. The property managers - Ali'i Resorts - were great to deal with and very responsive from initial booking request through a couple of small concerns that arose during our stay - cable TV not working for a short time and a plumbing issue related to work in other units - both of which were acknowledged and addressed in a timely manner. The condo itself was well equipped and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. The beds were comfortable as was the furniture in the unit itself. The gas BBQs out front are absolutely fantastic and should be taken advantage of during your stay. Location, for us, was perfect. Fronting a great section of quiet beach we enjoyed the views both from the Lanai and the beach itself. The beach is good for lounging and soaking but I would suggest you plan to go elsewhere in the summer months if you want to boogie board, body surf or snorkel. We did see a couple of turtles pop up for air while swimming. The pictures on the listing are completely accurate and if anything don't quite do the views justice as the colours are so much more pronounced in person! While not surrounded with stores, this results in a quiet location making it easy to relax. Anything you may require is within a short enough drive of 10-15 minutes including groceries, restaurants, activities and shopping. Ululani's Shave Ice across the street is not to be missed and Sugar Beach Bakery is also a nice treat. While the sliding glass door in the unit above is really loud (thought it was thunder the first time we heard it :-)) you quickly adjust and was really the only unit to unit noise we experienced other than when sitting on the lanai when other guests may be heard. The canoe club next door was never an issue and actually added to the enjoyment of the condo as we got to watch them every morning while enjoying a coffee and breakfast on the lanai. Overall, I would recommend this unit without reservation. Should we return to Maui, we would absolutely stay here again.

My family and I absolutely loved our stay at this condo. It worked perfectly for our family of four. It was incredibly clean and well put together. The company that manages the unit was attentive and accommodating and make the whole process very smooth. It is situated in a wonderful area which makes it easy to get to many things on the island. We loved the farmers market right across the street and the shaved ice. There is also a small abc store that we ran to for essentials but its only a short drive to the larger stores as well. The beach out front of the condo is perfect for walking, except for at high tide which you can still manage but you will get wet ;) The beach however is not super ideal for very small children (which we had with us) the waves were a bit too strong at times (perfect for older kids or boogy boarding) and they preferred the more lagoon type areas such as baby beach on the north shore, but over all it was absolutely wonderful to be on the water and to hear the waves crashing all the time. The unit is also situated next door to the Kihei canoe club and every morning and evening you get the treat of watching them row back and fourth out front and on Tuesdays and thursdays they offer a visitors paddle which we took advantage of and it was the highlight of our trip! So lovely. Overall it was a wonderful stay and we can't wait to come back.

My family (2 adults / 2 kids) really enjoyed our 7 day stay. Condo was nicely decorated, clean and stocked with all the necessities. The location was perfect. Easy access to all main areas, but quiet for the evenings. Across the street is a friendly fruit market, ABC store, bakery, and shaved ice stand for quick needs. Would recommend this condo for anybody in Maui!

My wife and I really enjoyed our stay here From May14th to May21st. It was very well decorated,stocked with all the items to cook a gourmet meal. Location was the best !! We will be back. I would recommend unit#409 in Kihei Beach condos to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, very well located place in Maui !!
