It was great house to stay with 5 people with 5 bedrooms. Very close to Disney world and Walmart/Target for getting anything you need. It was 5 star if I woould have... ・Enough toilette tissue at least two roles in each room. ・tissue boxes in each room. ・Please do not put hair dryer at the same place with a plunger... By the way, communication with the owner was great. Worth to try!

We stayed 10 days at the Enchanted Castle and it welcomed our extended family of 10 very well! Having 5 rooms all with their own full baths made mornings a breeze. The pool and spa took center stage for the majority of our activities and dinners outdoors. Great touch with the theater, full cable/internet and 2 sets of full size washer/dryer. Windsor Hills pool and waterslides were also a great way to spend our slow days. The arcade was lackluster though. All in all we had a great time in Kissimmee and the house turned out to be a great fit for our family. We will be back!

This house was everything we needed and more! Family had a great time here in this clean and functional house. Love the washers and dryers! Would definitely stay here again!

Very beautiful home. We really enjoyed our stay. The house is spacious and it’s nice to have a bathroom for every bedroom. Only con was upon arrival the house was very cool and we weren’t given the option for heat until the owner turned it on around midnight. When we reached out to the contact he gave us they were unable to control the heating and cooling. He is in a different time zone and he did turn it on when he received our message. It was just uncomfortable for the first night then we were able to control between heat and cool. Only other thing that would have been nice was more hand towels available for use. It also was a little stressful with the clean up process required upon checkout. I didn’t mind doing laundry but it was hard to check out at 10 and make sure all the dishes were clean and put away which meant that you couldn’t even use the kitchen that morning. All in all it was still a great stay and would stay again.

This property is in a great location. It's close to Disney and Universal, and check-in procedures at the gate have been simplified since we stayed there 3 years ago. The community pool and hot tubs were warm and we always found space at the surrounding tables. The house was clean, and just as pictured. Plenty of room for our family of 9. The owner was kind and incredibly responsive to our needs both before and during our stay. We appreciated the private spa after a long day in the park and the ease of deliveries to the house. The double washer/dryer combo also made it easy to keep up on laundry without missing out on vaca activities. We would absolutely stay here again and hope to be back soon. We have stayed in Windsor hills before so we knew the location was the best. This house was lovely. Met everyone’s needs. The kids loved the movie room and pool. Once we figured out the hot tub it was great. Local propert manager was quick to respond. Maybe some directions somewhere would help. The house wasn’t especially clean upon checkin which was why we were a little taken aback at the requirements of checkout. We have rented Vrbo before and it was never this extensive. We had to go purchase detergent to wash towels upon checkout. Also we were warned that if the kitchen was not completely cleaned we would be charged more. I spent an hour on checkout day cleaning for fear of being charged. I know we pay a cleaning fee so I was also a little surprised at the tip envelope for the cleaner when I had to do it myself. They need to turn the dining room light on to see what I mean. Would have been 5 stars but I understand the owner is not around and is at the mercy of property management. Owner was very responsive.

House was set up great! Every Bedroom has its own bathroom which was a huge help when everyone was trying to get ready at the same time. Loved that it has three bedrooms with King Size beds- perfect for multiple families :). Kitchen was well equipped and has a nice big fridge. There was also a regular coffee pot and a Keurig which was great. Pool and hot tub in backyard were awesome to relax in every night after running around Disney all day. We never made it to the club house and community pool but they looked really nice. House was conveniently located. Only a 10 minute drive to Disney parks 😀.

Brilliant - would recommend to anyone

Very clean property with plenty of seating for our family of 10. We rarely stay off 192, but this home was about a mile from World Drive, so access to Disney was quick and easy. Private pool was fantastic with plenty of room for the family. There were plenty of beach towels and the two sets of washer and dryer were a bonus allowing multiple families to utilize at the same time a breeze. Kitchen was clean and well equipped. Communication was great. We will definitely consider staying again.

Pros …Location close to Disney parks, two sets of washer/dryers. 5 bedrooms with each a bath was great for our group. (Parents, 4 kids ages 20,18,17 &17) Cons…not a lot of towels so bring some extra if you want two showers a day/don’t want to do tons of laundry on vacation or plan to be at the parks all day/night and don’t like the dryer running while you’re out. We brought 10 extra beach towels but with 6 in our party, more would have been better.

The property was just as pictures displayed. We were greeted with a clean and welcoming.home. All amenities were as described. I was particularly pleased that the property owner provided such complementary items such as beach towels and toiletries. It was helpful that cleaning supplies and utensils were available. The owner was mindful and thoughtful!

Hi. Very clean property with lots of room to spread out.

The place is quite nice with many amenities. It was tastefully decorated and felt welcoming. This was an extended family vacation and we mostly just stayed in the beautiful home enjoying each other’s company. We also enjoyed the pool and hot tub. The area is an ideal location for theme parks too and much better location for avoiding high traffic areas than we’ve stayed at in the past. Bring your blankets with you though. We couldn’t find any in the unit as the beds only had sheets and bedspreads. It would have been nice for some throws in the sitting areas too as thermostat was automatically programmed and changed certain times of the day. All in all, we had a great time! I would definitely consider staying here again if in the area!

the house was exactly as advertised. pool was in great condition. The house was very clean.

The property was clean and well kept. All the basics were there. The access to Disney was great. The proximity to Walmart was very helpful. Having the pool right there was great with having children *7, 8 and 2 1/2) Could have used more towels but two washers and dryers in the home helped with that. The TV in the theatre was great for adults and kids. Air hockey was fun too. Gas grill was great for making steaks so we didn't have to go out to eat. My friends and family want to stay there again.

Very spacious property in a quiet neighborhood. Private pool and spa which was heated even though the weather outside was quite cold for Florida. Within 10 minute drive to all the Disney resorts and a large selection of restaurants and Walmart/Target. Bjarne was very helpful during our stay, and the property was as described in the listing, would stay again!

The property is in good conditions. Our kids enjoy the stay. Very close to Disney parka (10-15 minutes) Excellent communication with the owner’s and the Administration. Recommend!!

Lovely well appointed home, close to everything

We had a great time Windsor Hill resort. The house was very clean except the floor did leave the bottom of our feet black. The house was exactly how it is described. It’s in a great location within the resort, easy walking to the playground and pools. The only complaint would be the back door alarm. We were traveling with little kids so happy to have the security of knowing if they open the door but the alarm did not function as described. Directions stated the door will alarm after 7 seconds of being opened but as soon as the door opened the alarm would go off. This made it very difficult to go outside during nap time. Other than the alarm the house was the perfect and we would stay again.

The place was great however my card was charged for deep cleaning for smoking when nobody in my party smoked inside of the house!! I have rented several homes and know the rules and have never been charged for something like this!!!

We had a lovely stay at the villa. It was exceptionally well equipped with a perfectly heated pool and jacuzzi. Bjarne resolved any minor issues extremely quickly. It was a perfect home from home and the location of Windsor Hills is ideal to get to local amenities. I would not hesitate to recommend and book again.

Upsetting that the Jacuzzi was not working and there was algae present in the pool and quite a bit underneath the surrounding coping.. We inquired early on and nothing was done. Overall, that would be our only issue. Very nice neighborhood well secured and the clubhouse/pool area was very enjoyable.

We have stayed at Windsor Hills many times in the past, generally in a Townhouse but due to a larger party on this trip we booked this impressive villa. The house is everything you'd want from a property this size and more. You can read other reviews on the property, but I'd like to speak about the owner. We booked late due to a cancellation of another property, but this booking was made and confirmed quickly and efficiently. While we were in the villa, Bjarne managed to arrange for an issue with the Air Con to be fixed. You'd expect this from the owner, but where Bjarne came into his own was when we found that our return flights to the UK had been cancelled due to Hurricane Ian. Bjarne's communication during this worrying time was outstanding. He was able to arrange for extra nights and always updated us on the changing circumstances. I would have no hesitation in staying at Bjarne's property in the future should we travel with a larger party again.

I have been staying at Windsor Hills since 2006. This property was definitely one of my favorites. Extremely clean, comfortable, and all furniture and appliances looked brand new. The movie room in the garage was an added bonus that was over the top which I didn’t think we would use but we did twice. Owner was extremely helpful and responded to any questions almost immediately. Looking forward to booking there again. Thank you for having us.

We were in town for a volleyball tournament with my 15 yo so and his friends. This property worked great.

Slight issue with the arrival dates and cleaning of the home prior to our arrival. However, once Bjarne was made aware, he communicated with me directly and worked diligently to resolve the issue.
