Loved it was top floor no unit below very quite but close to everything.

Upgraded and modern accommodations in apartment complex setting. Close to everything. Walk to beach or downtown for a glass of wine, dinner or shopping. Quiet but train runs through town a couple of blocks away. No horms agfter 9:30 pm or before 8:30 am, so no issues.

Just steps away from the beach. Had everything we needed. Property manager was very accommodating with our last minute booking.

My daughter was in town for a lacrosse tournament at the Polo grounds. We thoroughly enjoyed being steps from the beach. The local shopping and dining was also very convenient and within walking distance.

This was our first time to Carp and boy did we loooove it. But this beautiful condo was truly the icing on the cake. Very functional, well stocked, nicely updated - we truly loved staying here. And the complex was so close to the beach and also had a very nice pool of its own. We would love to come back every year!

We visited during Spring Break with our 2 tween kids. The unit was very comfortable and the property manager was extremely responsive. The grills were great and the pool was actually heated to a great swimmable even for me temperature. It was clean and rarely used. Kitchen was adequately equipped (minus a normal sized baking sheet which I already mentioned to the prop. manager for which she thanked me for pointing out and so hopefully one will make it into the unit). I always try to go to the unit first before heading to the store so that I can see what it might be missing but I didn't find myself having to buy basics like salt, oil etc. We enjoyed it and would come again.

Fantastic rental close to the State Beach, with excellent communication, assistance and recommendations from the Owner. Kids loved the pool and separate bedroom. The perfect spot to relax, explore & surf in sunny and friendly Carpinteria.

This condo is really a sweet spot to stay while in Carpinteria. It's in a quiet complex super close to the beach and walkable to Linden Street shops and restaurants. It was clean, well-appointed, and comfortable. My husband and I were here for five weeks and worked remotely M-F with no problem. We had a friend come in for a dive trip, then our daughter and son-in-law for Christmas, and it worked well with the super comfy Murphy bed in the living room. Great communication with the manager, very attentive. I definitely recommend this property!

Great location. Good layout. No comforters, old pillow with yellow stains, some dust and debris on the floor. Had quite a bit trouble finding the access to the parking and locating the unit (we arrived after dark) - better instructions and map would help. We were also not told that there is property manager in the complex for assistance.

We had a great time in Carpinteria. We attended a wedding and this rental was awesome. Very clean. The communication was great. I can’t say enough how much of an effortless transaction this was. If you want to be by the water and walking distance to everything you need, I would recommend this property.

We enjoyed our stay. The unit is just a block to the beach, and there were beach chairs, towels, umbrella and boogie board for us to use. Inside, it had everything we needed for meals and relaxation, and the WiFi was strong enough to do work meetings. Communication was great - and they’re actually sending us an important item we left behind, which is so appreciated.

This condo is even bigger and better than the pictures show it online. It is beautifully decorated and so close to the beach! We loved our time here and hope to be back!

Our family (2 adults/2 kids - 9 and 14) rents vrbo houses/apartments several times a year and this place was by far one of the best. Kitchen well equipped (with knives that actually cut!) stuff for the beach (which is a 2 minute stroll away), comfy beds (even the Murphy bed!) short walk to this very cute town. I wish we’d stayed longer. Highly recommend!

This place worked well for the three of us. Just a few minutes walk to the beach, very clean and comfortable. No issues at all.

The property is well kept and the manager is AMAZING. We had no hot water when we checked in ( boiler issue for whole building)and she had it taken care of immediately , on a Sunday,which was awesome. Only real complaint I have is that there is way to much “ stuff” in every closet,cabinet and drawer and it’s hard to find a place to put your groceries and things. Also, clutter means crumbs and the dishes , pots and pans were not all clean. I washed what we used before and after. Surfaces that you see are spotless, so it’s not the cleaners. Someone just needs to go through the drawers and closets and remove the duplicates, pare down the clutter and give everything a de crumbing and a good wipe down. Pool area is nice and was never crowded. Grill area was awesome and the condo is walking distance to the beach, restaurants and stores. Carpentaria is a delightful little town and we really enjoyed our stay.

We greatly enjoyed our time. The location is perfect for walking into town or to the beach. We will definitely be back.

A block from the beach and two blocks into downtown. A quiet condo community. The condo itself is placed at the end with no neighbors. Great secure place for a single person.

This unit is recently re-done and beautiful. The attention to detail to every nook & cranny shows. We have rented several homes off of vrbo and this one is so thoughtfully stocked and maintained. Manager was an excellent communicator and a pleasure to deal with, booking again!

Very nice apartment in a nice complex with pool and good outdoor space. 1.5 short blocks to the beach. All as advertised. Unusually well equipped.

Was perfect for a couple and 2 young kids. Enjoyed the pool and only half block to beach and easy walk to town for meals. Carp is nice and flat so glad we brought bikes to cruise around. Property was great and friendly neighbors.

Well designed and fully equipped Condo in a beautiful location, very close to the beach (They call it the safest beach of California) and close to the city centre with many restaurants in walking distance. Easy communication with owner/administration. For us (Family with 1 child) a perfect stay on a perfect place.

Thanks for the wonderful stay. This condo is up to date, clean, and had great beach amenities. So close to the beach , easy walk right across the street. We usually stay right on the beach so I wasn’t sure about staying across the road, but was not a problem at all! The condo complex felt stafe and friendly occupants.

Beautiful place and Sarah from Seascape realty was wonderful to work with. The sleeping space was perfect for our family of 4. The recent remodel turned out beautifully. We were also really impressed with how well it was stocked with everything you could need from the kitchen to the beach chairs and towels. We can’t wait to book our next stay.

My two daughters, ages 14 and 9, and I have been staying here for a few years now and we loved it even before the remodel. The unit is quiet, comfortable, and super close to both the beach and town. The property manager is very professional and responds quickly whenever we need anything at all. The complex has really nice landscaping and a great pool. This year we enjoyed all new furniture, a large TV, perfect for movie night, and the remodeled kitchen. Everyone was so welcoming and wanted to make sure we were comfortable. I felt well-taken care of and very relaxed. Thank you for another great stay! We can’t wait to come back!
