Beds were comfortable. Great location for skiing both Big and Little Cottonwood Canyon resorts. Owner communicates well.

This townhouse exceeded our expectations. The layout is great for a large group...plenty of room to spread out. There are 3 bedrooms and 2 baths upstairs and another bedroom, bath and bunkbeds in the large, finished basement....there's also a kitchenette down there. The bedrooms are a bit chilly but there are Dyson space heaters and plenty of extra blankets. The location was convenient to all of the ski areas. It took us about 25-30 to get to Snowbird/Alta and probably 45 mins to get to Park City. The ski bus picks up right outside the community but we found the times to be a bit confusing so chose to drive instead. The Porcupine Restaurant is a mile down the road for good eats. Karen, the owner, was easy to communicate with and allowed us early access which we really appreciated. We're considering another round of Utah fun next season and will stay here again. Clean, comfortable, excellent location for skiing the canyons. Grocery is also very close. Property manager very helpful and responsive. Would highly recommend!

The property is as described: very spacious and well maintained. It has enough room for a large family or two families. It is also near shopping centers as well as ski resorts. Karen, our contact person, was very helpful and accommodating. We enjoyed our stay here and will definitely consider it again the next time we come back to the area. Thank you, Karen.
