Condo was great with an amazing view of the ocean and was quiet and family oriented. Had all the needed amenities and beach gear. Beach was beautiful with great sunsets. Loved our stay and would definitely go back again!

The location of this property was great, but many little issues within the condo need addressed. The balcony windows had one that was busted and being held up with duct tape, and they put painters tape on the windows to let you know which one to open, but it obscured the beautiful view. Finally, it was very frustrating to book on VRBO, but to be contacted by VACASA, another rental agency, for details. The VACASA people were not helpful, made things feel very impersonal, and do not seem to be managing the property well in our opinion.

Good location and nice views of the gulf and sunsets. The interior of the unit , including tile floors, are worn out and need major updating. Hopefully the new owner will update the unit sooner than later.

First of all, this was, indeed, the cleanest condo that I have been to in a while!! Beautiful view! Beds were too soft and lumpy for us, but wonder condo! Close to elevator. Pool was warm!! 😊

The view is great. The condo is great. You are so close to several good restaurants. You can walk if you want.

This unit has everything you need! Towels- bath and beach! The cleaning was alright. It could use a deep clean, in between refrigerator, stove, etc. one of the twin beds comforters was dirty, we just did not use it. Overall, this is a great property. We have stayed in IRB a few times and this was one of our favorite units.

Location was great - quick access to restaurants and shopping. Amazing kitchen but could be a stocked a bit better. Condo not as well stocked for beach goes as others we have visited. My son lives in Tampa so he brought beach chairs and umbrella for us to use.

We stayed for 3 weeks and this was a very nice place. The proximity to the beach was incredible. However, using the master closet for storage for a mountain of beach toys, noodles, boogie boards, chairs, fishing gear etc. was not ideal. We spent the first 2 hours organizing and moving lots of stuff over to the second bedroom closet so we could use the master closet. The storage bin in the garage was also packed (unusable) with more, broken boards, baby toys, blown up floats that fell out when you opened the door. AGAIN, we had to make several trips moving stuff back up to the unit so we could use the bin for our stuff coming off the beach. The door to the bin did not stay closed so we found and used a screw which worked. The umbrella for the unit was also broken so we had to go buy our own. If you advertise you have one, it NEEDS to work. The furniture on the balcony was nice but too much and too big for the space. Same with the furniture in the living room! Once we got settled in, we enjoyed our stay. P.S. The cleaning service needs to SERIOUSLY step it up a notch. The shower in the second bathroom had strands of long black hair stuck to the walls and the couch in the living room had LOTS of sand in it. We placed a sheet over the couch so we could feel comfortable laying on it to watch TV, and cleaned the bathroom so we could use it. This was easier than asking them to come back!! The toilet in the master also MUST be replaced! It is way too low to the floor as is the TP holder. The seat itself is STAINED, really loose when you sit and clearly more than 20 years old. With the way the world is today, cleaning the units after each use is VITAL!!

Great location and pool! The condo is dated. Mattresses are lumpy and dishwasher leaked. Could use more soaps amenities. Otherwise good set up.

The unit was pretty much up to date and nicely decorated. The view of the gulf from the balcony was awesome

Condo was awesome! Perfectly described. Well equipped Kitchen, Towels, Beach Items. Beds were comfortable. Highly recommend.

Nice location. Beautiful sunsets. Clean and well equipped. Pool cleaned routinely. Easy check in and emails to assure we had what we needed. Only one comment is the dryer needs a new vent screen. Housekeeping said they will report to maintenance.

We loved the location. Best of both worlds, pool and beach! Supplied lots of beach "tools:" toys, towels, cooler and chairs. Will definitely come back!

I like the cleanliness of the place, the top floor view of the Gulf of Mexico and the spaciousness. I did suggest that the balcony chairs be replaced, but everything else was fine.

Ocean/beach view from balcony, spacious, comfortable, well stocked, lots of beach stuff supplied, we all had a wonderful time!

The condo was great. Loved hearing the waves and the view was perfect. It was clean and well stocked, having the washer and dryer was also a plus. It could use a new refrigerator the freezer door was iced closed and the bed sheets were older but over all we did enjoy our stay.

Condo has many amenities - beach chairs, coolers, toys, towels, etc. Cons: building is older and you can hear people through the floors. Mattresses need an upgrade/update. While cookware and utensils are convenient and appreciated, many are old and need to be replaced.

Fantastic location right on beach! Very clean and everything’s a advertised and better! Bigger TV is only suggestion!

A week was too short! We loved it here with the beautiful gulf in front of us. JOYOUS WEEK!
