This home was beautiful and well suited for our family vacation with 15 people. It was walking distance of the beach and had a beautiful view. The pool was large enough for everyone. The host was amazing and able to answer any questions right away. Lots of amenities available at the home. Plenty of space for each family! So glad we stayed here and would absolutely stay again!

This vacation home is beautiful as described. So close to the Beach and sitting outside on the upper decks you are able to enjoy the ocean views. The kids loved the pool when not at the beach. Would definitely recommend this for a family vacation.

The house was wonderful for our family of 8 adults and 4 children. It was clean and comfortable. The pool was perfect and the beach was very close-easily walkable for our 2 1/2 year old grandchildren. The owner was not so quick to respond to questions before our stay and, at times, during our stay. The refrigerator was leaking and not cooling properly. Brian came to check it out fairly quickly, however, during our week stay much of our fruit and vegetables had to be thrown out because they spoiled. Major appliances should be in working condition and it seemed as if this was not a new problem.

House was great. Location was perfect. Construction going on in the yard next door, so the pool had debris daily and the machinery was loud since it was only feet away. It happens. We had a great stay non the less.

Family and friends got to stay in this awesome house within walking distance to the beach. We had an awesome vacation. House was beautiful and well stocked with linens and kitchen utensils. Pool was so awesome after a hot day at the beach. Would stay again. Thanks for the use of your beautiful house. We would stay again.

We had a group of 10 and we had more than enough room for all to enjoy their stay. Bedrooms worked out perfectly with having 4 couples and 2 kids. Views, pool, location, and so much more!

THIS IS A LIVED IN HOME THAT THE OWNER IS GRACIOUS ENOUGH TO SHARE SEASONALLY WITH FAMILIES WHO WANT TO BE IN A HOME ENVIRONMENT AS OPPOSED THE THE RESORT OR HOTEL SETTING. THE HOME IS VERY NICE. THE OWNER IS EXTREMELY NICE AND CHECKS PERIODICALLY TO SEE THAT ALL IS WELL. THE PRIVATE POOL IS A DEFINATE PLUS AND THE PROXIMITY TO THE BEACH IS AWSOME. THE WEATHER WAS PERFECT, WE HAD A WEDDING ON THE BEACH THAT WAS BEAUTIFUL WE HOPE TO BE ABLE TO RETURN.

Property was everything we thought it would be! House was beautiful and very spacious! Loved our stay!

The home is spacious and a good layout for big groups but in no way is this a luxury stay. For a home that is advertised to accommodate 16 guests, there were not enough towels and linens to go around. The bedding in the master bedroom was very worn with holes in the pillow cases. We rented the home to host family and have a rehearsal dinner for my sister’s wedding. The backyard was not well maintained. We had to do gardening to clear the pathway from the front of the house to the back for our guests. The outdoor furniture was also rusted with stained cushions. During our event, we covered the table and rented our own chairs becuase they are rusted to the point that when you sit in them and stand up, your clothes are stained. The couches in the living room were heavily soiled and we had to purchase couch covers to hide the stains. We left the covers for the host. The microwave is corroding on the inside with rusted metal exposed. Overall, this wasn’t the luxury stay the host advertised and we wouldn’t recommend staying here. I would post pictures of all of the items mentioned above but VRBO doesn’t allow that option. At the end, we left the home better than we found it!

For the most part the home was nice. The furniture in Master bedroom and dining room reminded us of Medievil times, dark and “heavy.” Some furniture in living area highly stained and looked it needed cleaning. The kitchen was quite adequate and had everything we needed except a can opener. Our purchased one, we left there. Could not find extra blankets nor a toaster. Location was good…pool clean. “Luxury” might be a bit of exaggeration. Elevator worked well.

This house is so amazing. We enjoyed everything about this house. Pool is wonderful. The beach is so close. Our family had a great vacation. I would recommend this place. We would stay here again. Brian was great to work with.

This house and location were perfect! We had a group of 15, had plenty of space, and everyone loved every minute! The house was beautiful and clean. The pool was wonderful. The large yard allowed us to set up and play corn hole. The walk to the beach was short and simple. We hope to be able to return.

From check in to check out and everything in between, we had a great time. We will definitely be back next year!

It was a wonderful stay, would recommend to everyone, all of us had a great time, great location

Culinary professional worthy kitchen. We prepared majority of meals for eleven people. Everyone had plenty of their own private, personal space. Master bath is excellent. The tub and shower are huge with many sprayers, jets, heated ceiling, his and her sinks, and huge walk in closet. Laundry room is a huge plus. Lots of kitchen supplies. You don’t need to pack yours. There is a wine cooler and a beer/beverage mini refrigerator in addition to a massive commercial fridge. Dining room table has ten big chairs. We added the smaller table to make a total of 14 seats for dinner. You can fit five big pick up trucks and a couple of cars. Lots of beach toys, boogie boards, and beach chairs in the garage. Lots of towels in the house. Our beds were all great and very comfortable. Brian was very nice and came to meet us mid week for about 20 minutes. He is very friendly and kind. House rules are not unreasonable at all. Great view from living room, kitchen, and deck off that level and rooftop level. The air works good. I love all of the art portraits hanging throughout the home. A very nice touch! The yard is big for cornhole or hammocks or even a volleyball net. The beach is five minute walk, not even. Bring a wagon to load up on all the garage goodies for the beach. The pool is huge. Still pretty cool for May, but we all used it except the grandparents. Too cool for them. We would recommend this house for a big multigenerational family on a weeks vacation. We would definitely return. We had a great experience and stay! Thank you Mr Brian McCall. We have just finished our first ever family vacation with all our kids & grandkids. Anticipating and planning for this trip for almost a year gave us some pause and stress, but due to this great house and its location everything went better than we could have hoped for. Brian was great to work with in advance of our vacation arrival, and Susan met us upon our arrival and gave us a tour of the house and its features, plus checked in on us during the week to make sure everything was OK. The elevator was great for loading/unloading all the supplies and luggage for the week and packing to go home. The pool and backyard were fabulous and provided untold hours of fun and relaxation - not to mention cooking several meals on the gas grill. The kitchen was well equipped for large family meals, and the large dining room table where all 11 of us could gather and eat was appreciated. The laundry facilities also got a good workout during the week. The extremely close proximity to the beach access was a bonus, with trips back to the house being very quick. Shopping, restaurants, church, etc. were all close by. Particularly enjoyed the Hot Diggity Diner a few blocks away on Ocean Blvd with probably the world's best fried pickles (made 3 trips for them during the week)! It was also great to park all 3 of our cars inside the garage out of the hot sun and sea air all day. Hopefully we will return for an encore trip in the future.

Our family of 11 adults and 8 children had the privilege of staying at this home for a week to celebrate our parent's 50th anniversary. Our only regret was not being able to stay longer! This house is FABULOUS! The pictures really do not do it justice (which I know I'm not the first to say...but it really is true). Each bedroom is beautiful and clean. The beach was a short walk down the street and was convenient if the kids needed to go to the house for a meal or bathroom break. The rest of the time was spent in the pool! Everyone had a blast! I also want to mention that the owners of this house are great to work with! They were very nice and we called them a couple of times during the week and they were available when we had questions. The rates for the house were extremely reasonable and we really enjoyed our time in North Myrtle Beach....which by the way is perfect if you don't want to be right in the noise and touristy area of Myrtle Beach. WE LOVED IT!!!!

This was my second time staying in the home and it was just as perfect as the first! The owner is wonderful to work with. Great communication! The home is VERY clean and by far furnished better than any home we have stayed in (and we have been going to the beach as a family for over 30plus years). Great for kids and the elderly. The elevator was a perk for my 80 year old grandmother who recently had a knee replacement! We had 16 in our group and never once felt crowded! Lots of room to roam. The pool and back yard are very private. Great views from the decks and short walk to the beach. Thank you so much for sharing your home with us!

Beautiful home, great owners. We have rented several beach homes. This by far was the best. Everything functioned properly. Owner was very easy to work with.. House felt lived in and very clean. I believe it really helps to have a live in owner. The pool was marvelous, and we would definitely come back.

Just got back home yesterday and everyone wants to do it again next year. The house was amazing and within walking distance of the ocean. We stayed at the ocean all day came back to the house rinsed off in the out door shower and got in the pool. Very relaxing. We would sit out on the porch in the morning and eat breakfast and talk about what we would do that day or evening. We had 13 people ranging from 1 to 78 years old and it worked out good. Like the other reviews the pictures don't do it justice. The owners were very nice and answered all of our questions. I would recommend this property to all my friends and family.

Our family vacation was SPECTACULARLY MEMORABLE...and we owe it partially to this spacious, magnificent vacation home in an ideal location in North Myrtle Beach. The conveniences, especially the swimming pool, were above and beyond our expectations. Our 16 family members from ages 5 - 55+ enjoyed our together time, and appreciated our individual time this house offers. :) This vacation house is masterfully designed, furnished and decorated. We are VERY pleased to have booked this rental home, although we were skeptical, since all contacts and payments are through the owner only. This was a first time experience, but you couldn't ask for a more accommodating owner who is willing to go the extra mile to ensure your vacation is the BEST it can be. The owner extended his graciousness in several ways, but to make our trip totally accessible for a wheelchair bound family member by providing additional supports was paramount. You will find this rental house to be all that it is described to be and more. We hope to vacation here in the near future. THANK YOU for sharing your luxurious home with ohers!

Beautiful, well-maintained home. The photos don't do it justice. We had 13 in the home and were very comfortable. Appreciated the tall gates with high handles/latches to enter in to the pool area (we had young children with us) and the enclosed porches - as well as the open decks. Kitchen was well-equipped for our needs (even had many common spices in the spice rack!). Easy walk to the beach/access. Many beach items available for use with the home. Having done vrbo rentals in the past, they were always run through a real estate agency. I will admit that I was a little leery to do a hand-to-hand transaction but the owners were very pleasant to work with, personally showed us around the home and made us feel very comfortable staying at their property. Would definitely vacation here again - hopefully next year.

This house was everything and more. The descriptions and photos do not really do it justice. Very open floor plan with spacious bedrooms. The decks and backyard were awesome. Having your own private pool (which was big and had cool fountains shooting out of the ground) was truly the icing on the cake. We had 3 families with a total of 8 kids, and not once did we ever feel on top of each other. The owners were great to work with as well. And ladies, the house was immaculately clean, even the garages :) HIGHLY recommend!
