Fun ski get-away with our college kids. Everyone had their own space with bathrooms accessible to each bedroom. Plenty of comfortable seating in living room with beautiful view. Kids enjoyed the hot tub!

Great place to stay! Excellent location. The unit was spacious with most anything you would need in the kitchen. Great view overlooking the green space and mountains.

Our party of three couples stayed at Cozy Condo the first week of October for mountain biking. The kitchen was well equipped, it is nicely decorated, the beds are comfortable, and it was convenient to have 3.5 bathrooms. We enjoyed sitting on the back deck overlooking the golf course watching a small flock of ducks waddle back and forth. The garage was perfect for storing our mountain bikes. Convenient location for mountain biking the Park City trails.

Everything was excellent.

The space is well-planned and has plenty of space for the whole group. It is located a few min walk away from the green and blue bus routes making it an easy commute to ski. The kitchen is well stocked with equipment & spices. We would stay here again.

We had a great time. It was a good size for our 2 families with young kids (they all slept on the third floor). Very close to canyons.

We couldn't have asked for more. The property is beautifully located, extremely clean and very well supplied. Easy access to hiking and biking venues and Main Street is a short drive or free bus ride away. Would definitely stay here again!

This condo was the perfect place for my family. Checking in was very easy, communication through out the process was great. The condo had everything we needed. Such a comfortable, "home-like" place! It was within walking distance to the bus stop which we mastered after a couple of days and couple of wrong buses! lol. Would love to stay here again!

We really enjoyed our time in Park City and the condo was a GREAT place to stay. Plenty of room for all, comfortable beds, and a well stocked kitchen. We appreciated the basic baking supplies and spices. The hot tub was a blessing ... overlooking the beautiful mountains as the sun hit them in the mornings. The only suggestion was that when we arrived LATE from travel and cold and tired, the house was really cold. I also neglected to thoroughly read the check in instructions and didn't realize the water and water heater were turned off so we didn't have water until the morning when I read over the instructions more completely. The manager was quick to respond to my questions on the garage door opener and other minor details.

We had a great time in Park City and the townhome served us fine. It felt like visiting an old family vacation condo- some idiosyncrasies and some things that are quite dated which made it feel like a solid B. Thanks!

We loved our stay. Exactly what we were looking for. Best stocked kitchen in a VRBO we have ever stayed in. Had a fabulous family vacation.

Lauren has a great place. Very convenient to PC abase and Main st. Hot tub on the patio is great and views of Canyons over the golf course are fantastic. Unit is stocked beyond belief with enough utensils, pots, and pans to be able to make dinners easily. WIFI could use a boost for those using on the 2nd or 3rd floor when several devices are going but we made it work. Would highly recommend staying here whenever in PC.

We had an amazing stay at Lauren's condo. Everything was great from check-in to check-out. The place is just a described and in photos. Nice kitchen, fully equipped and living room that leads to a nice deck overlooking the golf course - we had amazing sunset views. The beds were comfortable and nice linens/towels provided. Only minor area to note was that the spongy mat (non-slip) in the Master bath should either be removed and spray cleaned or replaced with a solid (no holes) type as it had some hair still caught up in it. We used to have a similar type at home and they always get hair caught in them and need constant and thorough cleaning. We cannot wait to go back to Park City and hopefully we can stay here again as it was perfect for our needs. Thanks Lauren!

We enjoyed our stay very much. Cozy enough to spend time with family and spacious enough for everyone to have their separate space. 7 minutes from Park City resort parking lot. We also used the Rec center 2 minute drive.

I can’t say enough about this lovely property! The views and accommodations are excellent. To wake up in the morning and see the sun rise over the mountains, and take a relaxing hot tub at the end of the day on the luxurious deck was AWESOME! I wish we could’ve stayed longer - it’s a beautiful, comfortable home! And as an extra bonus, the owner was amazing and responded immediately when I called her because I didn’t know how to turn the tv down, Hahaa. She was patient and willing to help in any way to make our trip relaxing and perfect - which it was, in every way!

Very close 5 to 10 minute drive to park city mountain. Amazing views from the back deck and balcony. Very clean and affordable.

We celebrated our 30 year wedding anniversary vacation in Park City Utah. We had an amazing stay and we will be returning to Park City probably ever year from now on. Clean and updated townhome on the golf course. We enjoyed our stay!

Overall this is a great vacation spot. The location is wonderful, the layout of the place works well and it's well stocked with pots, pans, plates and tools. There were a few things regarding cleanliness (especially during COVID) that we noticed upon first checking in. For example, one of the towels was on the rack but wet? The utensils in the drawer had food bit of food on them so we ran them all through the dishwasher. The sheets in the king bedroom didn't appear to be clean and the bench/bed in the second room had a number of stains on it. These things may be a result of the last people who stayed but I thought they needed mentioning.

The property is located in a community that overlooks a golf course. There is a beautiful view off the back porch and upstairs master bedroom. Having 3 bedrooms let our teenagers have their own space and we really enjoyed having a private hot tub on the patio. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, cookware, and all those little things you take for granted at home. We recommend this property and would stay here again.

This condo is conveniently located in a quiet neighborhood. A short five minute drive to the grocery, restaurants and Main Street, about 10 minutes to ski at Deer Valley. Equipped with all that you need to cook at home, a hot tub right out back, and a garage for your rental car and ski bags. Helpful owner who responds quickly to questions.
