We had a great summer weekend at this property. The location and feel of the home was excellent.

House is nice and in a great locale. Owner is communicative in regard to responding to any issues that may arise. However, some of the expectations were not met, as the ping pong / foos ball table advertised are not operable or accessible ( piled under stuff in garage). One bedroom door is not able to be opened from the room side as it is missing a doorknob. The downstairs bathroom door is misaligned and does not open / close without extra effort and scraping the bathroom floor. One suggestion - assemble a binder with all house instructions/info for guests so that it is all in one place and easy to follow. Instructions spread out in several different locations and hard to access and read, including info about the house that was not posted where it was said to be. We did enjoy our time. Just offering suggestions for future guests.

Top notch - everything needed was provided. The hot tub was hot, the sauna and grill worked and there were plenty of pots, pans, cooking utensils, plates and glasses. The only thing lacking was some good oven mitts. The silicone grip worked fine but we couldn't locate a second mitt. Shuttle to Winter Park was a short walk and ran on time. Enjoyed our stay and looking forward to a return stay.

Great House with plenty of room for everyone. Walkable location to shops, bars, breweries, and restaurants. Hot tub and Sauna were great. 2 miles to ski resort. Would recommend.

We booked this place since we'd had two families with 10 ppl total. Ski resort places at Winter Park are very expensive and would have taken at least 3 rentals units. The house accommodated us all-- adults, grandparents and teen kids. One of our families used a rental car and the other used the nearby bus stop to go back-forth to the ski resort, which was about a 5 minute commute. Hideaway park nearby is a fun place to sled/tube [for free] too. It's very close to make a local grocery run at Safeway in Fraser to stock up on food items. The house has a well stocked kitchen for cooking items such as pots, pans, utensils, plates/cups, and so much more! There were more than enough beds; grandparents took downstairs as up the stairs was a little steep for them. Two bathrooms are roomy for multiple people to share including a newly remodeled upstairs bathroom. Beds were comfortable and there were plenty of linens, towels and blankets. It was so nice after a day of skiing to come back to a warm house, with a gas fireplace and meet up to have dinner together. We relaxed in the large dining and living room areas and even enjoyed a few nights in the hot tub too. And it was so easy to launder our clothes there so we came home with all clean clothes! Nicole and Marcus are very responsive to any small items needed --thanks, we appreciate you sharing your lovely cozy home with us!!!

Beautiful home. Great amenities, comfortable beds, nice hot showers. Sauna and hot tub were a bonus! Our extended family really enjoyed the home. Winter Park Ski resort just a shuttle ride away. We’ll be back!

Comfortable house, great location - able to walk to Cooper Square. Nice to gather in private back yard. Access to a great trail for a short hike.

We ended up losing the key somewhere. A little disappointed that there was no spare or keyless entry. We had trouble even getting into the place when we did have the key upon checkin. Place not totally clean as we found clothing in different areas of the house not belonging to us. Other than those things we had accommodations for everyone in the party.
