Nice location, great out door space. The pool and hot tub very nice. Being on the canal/ water was very nice. That being said the inside lacked a lot. The sofa in living area had the leather coming off of it... gross!!! And all the mattresses were terrible . If your planning on cooking at all... there are NO decent pots and pans. With what the house cost I was very disappointed with the inside!

The house was gorgeous. When we first arrived we were wowed by what was available. A tropical storm was coming in off the coast, so the first few days we spend inside. While inside, we discovered that the cable connection for the TV in one of the bedrooms wasn't working so well. That was hard to pay much attention, however, because the master bedroom and bath became swarmed by ants. Oh, and there were also ants roaming through the kitchen and one of the guest bathrooms adjacent to the kitchen. Now, we understand that when it rains in Florida, ants that are washed from their homes tend to come to seek dry land. My wife grew up in Florida so she wasn't that alarmed ... at first. We called the management office and someone was sent over right away. Because the extermination service was backed up addressing other properties, a friendly maintenance technician came and sprayed the trouble areas, left a few traps and left us with spray. After two or three days - and an end to the rain - the ants kept coming. They were in the shower. They were in the bed. They were in the toilet. Mind you, we weren't leaving food anywhere, and we weren't eating anywhere but in the dining area and on the outside deck, to the ants weren't after food. And they NEVER went into the dining area. After the second visit from the exterminator, we woke to find all of the ants FLOATING IN THE POOL. After another day or so of this, and no one there to clean the pool, I skimmed all of the ants out of the pool myself. (The pool cleaner actually arrived on our last day, and the pool looked 100% better than it did when we arrived). We still had ants crawling in the master bedroom, through our luggage, across the bed, in the tub, on our towels, and in the toilet. And when they weren't crawling, they were dying (thanks to the extermination treatment and the spray) in the closets, in the shower, in the tub, across the bathroom floor. We called again to complain, and I inadvertently called the management office the same time as my wife. After someone informed me she was already on the phone and I politely exited the call, the woman my wife was speaking to became irritated with her and eventually started yelling. Someone was sent to clean up, and basically just swept all of the dead ants into a pile in the corner of the shower. I won't mention the loud laundry facilities or the dented and damaged kitchen appliances. Let's just say this was a terrible experience.

Very nice house in great location

We loved our stay at Villa Azzure! Spent many hours in the pool and dockside fishing. It was the perfect home for a family getaway that was pandemic safe! Close proximity to the beach and fishing pier was a plus! Would definitely stay here again.

We had an amazing time. The house is exactly the way it is described. Very clean and stocked well with amenities to entertain. We loved the pool and dock. We fished everyday and caught sharks, stingrays, a sawfish, and numerous snapper and catfish. All in all great time. Already talking about next year.

House was very clean. Dishwasher didn't work & I reported it to the property manager. Wasn't fixed but the rental was over a holiday week so I didn't expect at resolution. Certainly didn't effect the vacation of any thing else in this very nice home.

Wow what a great time we had in this home! So much room and well maintained. The pool and spa were clean and heated up in a reasonable amount of time. Vacationing with our adult children and 6&7 yr old boys plus an infant was easy here! So many things to keep them busy! Definitely recommend this property and hope to be back again!

A beautiful property with everything you could need for your vacation in Cape Coral. The communications with the Roelens property managers was brilliant. I had a few issues with lights, bugs and bbq gas. They had someone there within hours to fix everything perfectly. This is good to know and thanks for that. The biggest problem we had was the mosquitoes. We’re all well bitten, so make sure you have your sprays and citronella candles with you. The solar heating for the pool is perfect and no further heating is required. All in all a perfect villa and location. Thanks.

We really enjoyed our stay at this villa. We spent most of our time in the pool/hot tub area which was great! Having a pool fence available to use for our grandchildren safety was wonderful! The home is well equipped for cooking and sleeping. It is also convenient to shopping and restaurants. The Italian grocer and restaurant became favorites!

Pool and spa were cold.

Very fine house in good location for us. Three generation family all liked it. The pool didn't warm up till the fifth day we were there. It would have been better if the heater was turned on a few days before we got there. Also only had cutlery for five people - should have been service for eight, that is, sixteen of everything. Three of us had to use cocktail forks. The game room was great for the children.

The house is really clean, and located in a quiet neighboorhood - All amenities present and a huge kitchen - Spacious garage with game room (billiard etc.) - Very comfortable beds, with tv's in every room - Nice pool are with colored lights togive nice atmosphere in the evening - On top, a big private dock with nice view is located next to the pool area - Great restaurants and other venues located at small distance, incl. a yacht club, the pier and the Caloosahatchee river In short: this is a great place to stay, both for people that like the quiet, people with kids, people that like good food and people that like to explore the area I'm certainly coming back!!!

We loved the house. It is perfectly equipped and maintained. We strongly recommend to book Villa Azurro. Only one complaint: Check in and out was announced by property management. We waited two times in the house and no one showed up.

The property has many great amenities - plenty of kitchen items, the pool and hot tub were very nice and the bikes, kayaks, air hockey, ping pong, pool table etc all great extras. I found all the labels with info about fines a little unwelcoming and the night lights don't go out and there are lots of them and can't be removed (glued in) so if you like darkness to sleep you might want to think about that. There are light switches everywhere (well labeled) but there were a few things we just could not figure out how to turn off. While the great by far outweighed any issues one thing was enough of a pain that it needs addressing - the drier takes forever to dry anything and squeaks the whole time it runs. I saw in an earlier comment that someone mentioned this so I checked with realty company before we got there and it had apparently been fixed but still not working. We use the drier a lot while vacationing due to towel use so this was annoying. Overall the property was very very nice and it was great they had beach chairs, beach towels, coolers, etc for guest use. I would recommend it. PS. Nice linens too!

We have enjoyed this property. We hope they continue to maintain the property. The management company is excellent.

On first impression, the house is absolutely beautiful and clean. We loved the outdoor areas and the location. We rented a boat while there (not the one at the house - I didn't know about it) and the boat ride out to the gulf was so much better than the house we rented in North Cape Coral. The kitchen was well stocked and there were plenty of pool toys. During the week we noticed little things that were missing or not up to par. The sofa, though looks nice, is not comfortable and needs replaced. There are sections of it that you sink down in and is difficult to get out of. The refrigerator was not very cold and there was a note not to change the temperature. The wine cooler was not working but was not that big of a deal to us. We have rented a lot of homes and most are well stocked with things like dishwashing liquid, hand soap, cooking oil, etc. Those are things that wouldn't cost a lot to have in the home but are very nice for people who rent. We bought all those things but used very little while there. We left it all for the next people. The home was supposed to have paper towels and toilet paper to get us started but there were no paper towels and two of the bathrooms had no toilet paper. One morning the smoke alarm woke us. We could use a broom stick to stop it but it continued to go off about every hour throughout the day. We called the manager who came out to change the batteries but that didn't fix it. We called him back and he said he would send the maintenance man out to fix it. It didn't get fixed until after 6:00 that evening. We also had some problems with a circuit breaker that kept popping. The main reasons for the 3 stars was one - the dryer does not dry. I don't think you should advertise having a dryer if it doesn't work. Also, we really struggled with how to control the solar heat in the pool and spa. We could not keep the spa hot. I'm not sure but I don't think you can heat the spa and pool at the same time. If we would turn the solar heat on the pool, which didn't really heat it very much, the spa would get cold. Then if we tried to turn the heat back on in the spa, it would take a while before it heated up. In the summer this won't be a concern. Since the pool was our main entertainment for the week, it was frustrating. If it was user error, then instructions should be clearer. Again, there were things we loved about the home but there were things that we wished were better.

House is nicely appointed and the pool is fantastic however the air conditioning does not keep up on hot days and I am sure the electric bill will be high because of that.the ac was left on 83 at time of arrival and 10 am the next morning only got down to 78 so our first night was uncomfortable . (not an opinion I am a licensed hvac contractor).the owners stayed previous to us and decided not to have the house cleaned professionally for our stay as we are required to do for the next tenant so we had dog hair all over the house during our entire stay and walked into the house to discover the kitchen sink full of dirty mop water.we expected professional cleaning prior to our arrival,like every other vacation rental but were told by management the owners did the cleaning themselves.Frugal owners decided to cut corners at our expense.we will not return to this rental for those reasons.

We stayed with another family and had a lot of fun! The 3 kids loved the pool, and when the breeze would allow, the adults spent some time in the garage gameroom. House has an awesome kitchen and nice layout. We did have to contact the property manager about a couple of issues, but she made sure it was addressed. We also rented a boat and were able to dock right up for the night. Sad to see garbage invtge canal, so fished out a plastic bag, water bottle and chair! Nothing to complain about (*****). House looks even better in reality then on picture. Fully equipped including extras like pool table, barbeque, air hockey, canoe and wii console! Giant master bedroom and space, we stayed 7 people in total with plenty of room. House were clean and well-maintained.
