One of the ONLY flats with Air-Condition in all rooms. NOT just in the living room ! New flat, quiet building, nicely equipped. Very responsive owner. Very Close to Coresi mall. New neighborhood with playgrounds for kids and many Resto’s and coffee places. The location is very accessible by car. Free private parking

I recommend to change the sofa in the living room. Not comfortable to sleep on

Nice, cozy and well equiped apartment in a moder enviroment. Shopping options are very close. There is parking slot near to the apartment. The host was kind and helpful.

- You could tell that this was a very nice apartment at some point, but it got degraded due to the usage of the guests over time and neglect of the owner. - Nice and responsive host. He provided help when we got there at a late hour. He also allowed us a late check-out. - Contactless check-in. - A new building in a new neighborhood. - Easy access. - Parking spot. - Close to shopping center. - Heating was really good. - Well equipped kitchen although the equipment was too much used. - Nicely decorated with modern furniture. - Had two bathrooms but only one of them had a shower. - Good water pressure. - Had the basic amenities (toilet paper and hand soap; no shower gel though).

- The pictures have been made when the apartament was new. It doesn't look like in the pictures anymore. Many things in the bathroom were broken (for example the toothbrush holder or the soap holder). Also the walls were dirty, they could use a paint job. - The bedsheets smelled like cigarette smoke. (We think they haven't been changed with clean ones from the previous guests). - The shower cabin was almost clogged. Too much water was gathering inside the cabin when showering. - The sink in the small bathroom was too small. - There was no shower in the small bathroom. - We found candy wraps under one of the beds and dry spilled juice. - The microwave oven smelled like popcorn and was oily. - They didn't have a toaster. - The pan and the pot were really used up.
