We enjoyed how secluded it was from all the hustle and bustle of the city. We sat outside both nights and built a fire and just enjoyed all the peaceful nighttime sounds. The house was equipped with everything you would need. Loved the assortment of games and movies. Great time!

If you want a place in the country that is close to a few restaurants, close to Lake Texoma, and close to Winstar, this is your place. The owner checked in via text messages to make sure everything was OK and to see if we needed anything. There were even freshly baked brownies upon our arrival.

What a relaxing get away. I loved drinking my coffee on the tree swing. The porch and lighting around it added a nice touch at night. They really did think of everything we needed for our stay. They even made brownies and had a bowl a chocolate waiting for us.

Cozy cabin with beautiful sunsets!
Great weekend getaway. All the comforts of home. Relaxing mornings on the front deck and peaceful evenings watching beautiful sunsets on the back property.

Nice property
The property was very nice with the trees and walking trail. We were a little disappointed in the cabin. It was older than expected and could really use a good coat of paint or two. However it was very helpful to have labeled cupboards and drawers and the owners had a lot of extra touches there to make our stay easy and comfortable. The owners were very thoughtful when they left a bottle of wine and brownies for our stay. The communication with the owner was great!!

Stress Reliever
Bob and Nancy were gracious hosts and everything that was advertised was accurate. From the relaxing back deck where we had our morning coffee and many conversations to the grill and full kitchen where we prepared all of our meals were great. The property is quiet and full of natures wonderful sounds. Could not ask for a more cozy and comfortable getaway. Thanks again Bob and nancy. We're already looking at our schedules to visit again.

Wonderful stay!
My husband and I were celebrating our 25th wedding anniversary, and we wanted a quiet place to relax and unwind. This property was absolutely perfect! The cabin is welcoming, clean, remote with great biking trails all around. The owners provided a lovely bottle of wine! We will be back! :-)

We had a wonderful time in the cabin in the woods. Exactly what we were looking for.... time away for some peace and quiet!

Not as expected:(
When we walked in, there was a strong odor of mold and mildew. There were no curtains, blinds, or coverings on any windows including the bedroom. It was extremely hot in upstairs rooms. There was a window air unit. We were going to try to stay, but the odor was too strong.

We loved the place. Bob and Nancy have created a little paradise. We’re sad to have to leave and have hopes of returning one day in the not too distant future!

Great Getaway
If you’re looking to get away from it all and enjoy some peace and quiet...this is the place. Everything, including the kitchen, was well thought out and everything we needed was at our fingertips. The deck and view alone are worth the price. Nothing but trees. It was so relaxing.
The check-in process was simple and communication with Bob was stellar.
We will be back again to enjoy it in the winter.
Thanks for allowing us to use your cabin. It was just what we needed.
