This was our first trip to Tybee Island. The Condo is just as listed. Short walk to the beach. A/C went out one day and owner had someone over same afternoon to fix minor electrical issue with unit. Overall great experience and would recommend.

This property has set the bar very high for all future bookings! The cleanliness, quality of linens and pillows and all the amenities made for a very memorable family vacation. Location so convenient to beach, shopping, and restaurants. Able to enjoy everything in walking distance. Our whole family want to return annually. Five stars all the way!

All in all our stay was outstanding. But the people sharing parking did nnot do well . They blocked me in because they did not pull all the way in their spot. had to wake them up because I had a wedding to get too.

Loved it! Bedrooms are are located in the back of condo, so it is super quiet at night. We were provided with all amenities listed, including boogie boards if we wanted to use them. Close to the beach, restaurants and little shops. Parking is great! Very nice that there are TVs in both bedrooms. LOTS of closet space!! We would recommend in a heartbeat!!

We loved this condo! We’ve stayed in many condos on the street and in this area. We will definitely try to book this one again in the future.

Great looking condo in a great location. Once you park at the condo you don't have to drive anywhere till time to leave. Everything in walking distance. The beach, the pier, restaurants, bar and grills, stores. Will be back again.

Very nice condo in an excellent location. We walked to breakfast after sunrise every morning. It was great staying at the beach and driving into Savannah. Love the beach!

We had a great time on our Tybee Island trip and this condo was perfect for our needs. The unit is nicely decorated and plenty big enough for our group of two adults and four teenagers. The condo was clean when we arrived. Beds were comfortable and all the necessities were covered. The bottle of wine was a nice touch and the binder full of local restaurant menus was so helpful. The location of the condo was perfect. Walkable to the beach, convenience store, restaurants and shops. Other than driving to see the Savannah Bananas (also highly recommend!!), we would not have had to drive our car at all. This was our first trip to Tybee, but it won't be our last and we will definitely stay at this condo again.

This was a great spot to stay. The condo had all that we needed to be comfortable and included covered parking. Best of all, we could walk to the beach and to many restaurants.

This was a great condo, plenty of space, extra clean, nicely decorated and a bottle of wine upon check in. Literally steps to the sand, thank you for having us!

We stayed for 5 nights in Tybee. The weather was great. We rented bikes and went all off the island. Just and FYI you need a car…it was almost impossible to get a Lyft or Uber. The condo was in a great location…close to everything’s. It was very clean. Easy check in/check out. Would rent again!

This is an excellent location! You can walk to restaurants and shops. Only 500 steps to the beach entrance. Decor is cute. Sat outside often.

This was a clean, cozy VRBO. There was a bit of confusion on the check in process, but the owner certainly made rectified our frustrations with that. The unit is clean, cozy, updated and well decorated. there were plenty of extra linens, etc. There were no issues with sound, this unit must be insulated well. We were just a short walk from the beach and the downtown Tybee area. We would recommend this property to friends or family.

Second time our family has stayed since 2017! One of our favorite places to vacation & love the condo! Clean & great location! We’ll definitely be bank!

This was a great stay. For being our first VRBO experience, it will be hard to beat. Not a short walk to beach, but not long either. Nothing to complain about. Great host!

The majority of properties on the island involve a walk to the beach and even the ocean view locations usually have a road and parking lot between them and the ocean. So staying at this location didn’t feel like missing out. It is still very close to the beach as well as food and shops. The whole area was quaint and quiet. Totally worth it. We would love to come again.

Great place really enjoyed it

It's a good location, convenient to many things. The TVs in the bedrooms were not working properly and the owner was very responsive and tried to correct the issue as best he could. By the second day, the problem was resolved. We did find one extra roll of toilet paper but after that we had to buy our own. One light bulb in the bedroom was already out and the second one blew during our visit so there was no light in the bedroom the last part of our trip. Perhaps provide extra light bulbs and more than one extra roll of toilet paper. A basket of towels sits on the master bath counter. Some of the towels in that basket felt wet so we had to wash them before we could use them. We would still stay here again.

Thought we would at least be able to see the ocean from our balcony but we couldn’t. Internet was horrible. We tried connecting to wi-fi and cellular data both with very little luck. The noise from upstairs was horrible. You can hear everyone running, walking, moving chairs, etc. The people above us had a few kids and they were running until almost midnight every night, very hard to sleep! Beds were comfortable though and it was only a couple of blocks from the beach and stores.

Favorite place in the US.

Hard to beat a short walk to the beach. The condo was clean and cozy, and the deck outside made a nice place to eat and hang out, though the view was lacking. Also, make sure you only bring two medium cars or one really big car, as the parking is limited. For the price, it cannot be beat.

We LOVED our vacation at this property! Some of our party had considered cancelling due to covid19, however, took the chance & were happy we did. Had a wonderful family reunion in an immaculate property , close to beach and easy drive to downtown Savannah.

This condo is located beachside of the main road. Park your car and walk to Beach and restaurants. Beautifully decorated, comfortable beds and a fully equipped kitchen. This is our second stay and look forward to returning. Highly recommend.
