The home was great, plenty of room the guys had a great time snowboarding. The home was absolutely beautiful and the owner David was such a nice young man. Always easy to talk to when you had a question.

Great place for groups! Lots of beds in the 3 bedrooms, plenty of room, not a lot of privacy, but the house is built to spend time together and enjoy the great big open space. Thinking of coming back next year!

Had a great time with my friends, everything was basically provided, house heated well and owner was friendly and kind. The hot tub was great and everything was clean, put out and ready to use! Would definitely rent again if I was doing an extended stay!

The house was perfect for our group. Nice space for playing games and hanging out in the evenings. We did have a problem with having toiletries, the fireplace and TV but the property manager responded right away with helpful responses.

This house was perfect for me and 10 of my friends! I wish the pictures were updated because the house is much nicer than the pictures make it look. 2-3 beds per room and couches that are super comfy. House was relatively clean, but I would recommend you bring your own sheets and towels (sheets were dirty). Hot tub was awesome and great communication from host. You can park at the farm on the bottom of the hill if your car can’t get up the hill (our minivan struggled). 20 min to Killington skiing- I would recommend to everyone!

Our stay was wonderful and so much fun! There was enough beds and space for all of us to be comfortable! I would highly recommend this house to anyone and the hot tub was a great bonus that we really enjoyed!

Nice property for the money.

Me and 9 of my friends spent our spring break here (during April)! It was honestly so peaceful and the house is in a great location. It is right near hikes (15-20 minute drive) and there are little shops 3 mins from the house. There’s also skiing nearby too. The views are breathtaking. The house was the perfect amount of space for the 10 of us. The house is very homey and gives a cabin like feel. The hot tub is definitely a plus! Communication with the owner is also great.

What a great way to spend a much needed vacation. Hot tub, fireplace and pool table were the highlights. Great area to explore waterfalls and covered bridges as well as hike. House was clean, organized and comfortable. The beds range from very soft to firm so make sure you pick the right one for you! Kitchen was very well stocked. Owner very responsive and patient with our questions. We would definitely come back should such an opportunity arise.

Great house for a relaxing weekend away with friends! David is extremely prompt to respond to messages and the instructions are very helpful! Easy to access nearby hiking trails and many cute stores a short drive away.

Had everything we needed and 7 old friends had a great time for our annual fall getaway. The hot tub was a real treat. Host was great and communication was A+. Plenty of room at the dining table for our wine and cheese tasting. and great views from the deck.

Our stay got off to a bot of a rocky start. The check in time from VRBO said 3pm and the house check in time was 6. In speaking with the caretaker of the property this isn't the first time this miscommunication has happened. I feel like this should be a simple fix. Also the first two night we had to clean up garbage that was left over from previous renters that a bear had gotten into and dragged to the neighbors yard. We had called the caretaker but he didn't come until day two to take the trash away. These were just minor issues and by no means does it diminish what a great property this is. The house itself was nice and clean and we had a great time. The property is in a nice and peaceful area. The house had a great hot tub that we enjoyed, it also had a nice little pool table. The front deck and back deck were great as well. Everything was in working order and very clean. I would have no problem recommending this house to anyone. Its also in a very convenient location. Close to a general store and a short ride to Mad River Valley and Killington.

David’s house is beautiful and was the perfect house for our family vacation. Very close to everything we wanted to do and see. Only issue that came up was check in through Vrbo says 3, but it should be 6. David did reach out immediately to apologize as the house keeper was half done with cleaning. It is an issue on Vrbo’ s end and is hopefully fixed. Great house for our first family vacation. Would Come back

The property was overall pretty good. We couldn't figure out the AC and there was a bit of bugs in one room but besides that great property. Would recommend.

This residence is beautiful with beautiful scenery . The house was well equipped with everything needed to have a great week !

Peaceful area and spacious house, it had 4 levels… which means a lot of stairs. Just be careful of the hill on both sides, especially with small children. The house did have a musty smell and got pretty warm in the top two living areas during the day. AC would have been a bonus. Overall though it was a good house in a good location and had everything we needed for our weeks stay.

My first impression of this property was not the greatest. The previous renters were ill-equipped to wash dishes; all the dishes had to be pre-washed before being used as they were sticky and greasy. The home is very outdated and in need of some updates. The mattresses were not very comfortable and had several stains beneath the mattress covers. The hot tub and location are what make this property a perfect getaway had we visited during a normal time when the entire state was not under Covid restrictions, there would have been plenty to do with kids and family. The owner was excellent deal with when trying to book and having issues with the website. Did not need to contact the owner during the stay instructions and information was left easily available and effortless.

My family and I had a great stay at David's house. Communication with him was smooth and everything went really well. We enjoyed the hot tub, plenty of fires, and the pool table the most. We will keep his house on our list of places to get away to!

We stayed here with 4 adults and 4 children and had an excellent experience. Everything was exactly as expected and we would definitely recommend it.

My partner and I just wanted a retreat for a few days somewhere new. We turned off screens and enjoyed the fireplace and hot tub every night. It was perfect!

I will definitely stay here again and think a nice ski trip would be really fun with a group of friends and family.

My husband and I spend our honeymoon here with our puppy. It was perfect! We were able to do our own thing, used the BEAUTIFUL hot tub daily, play pool, and even some video games on the PS4. We ventured out and did some hiking and exploring of the area as well. We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay!

This was a very comfortable home and is located in close proximity to great hiking and swimming. We had a great time exploring VT from this home base.

The house was comfortable and clean upon arrival. There was a bear in the area that did get into the garbage but he didn’t bother us. There were a lot of trails in the area that we explored as well.

We had a great stay at David's property. The house is cozy and clean and has plenty of space for our two families - 4 adults and 6 kids. We enjoyed the hot tub during the day since our ski plans were rained out and the kids enjoyed the pool table and games. I would recommend the house and plan future stays.
