This was our 2nd visit to this property with extended family (6 adults and 3 kids.) It’s a beautiful home with stunning views over Breck and convenient to downtown Breck, hiking trails, etc. Sarah communicates really well and responded so quickly when we found ants in the kitchen. Overall, this is a fantastic rental! We will definitely consider it again in the future!

Everything about our stay was wonderful. Check-in process was seamless, with frequent and prompt communication always. Sarah, the property owner, was a useful resource for finding hiking trails, restaurants, grocery stores, and even oxygen! The house itself was spacious, well-maintained, and beautiful in every way. The views were absolutely stunning. In short, we loved everything about our stay. We will definitely look into renting this house again the next time we return to Breckenridge.

This is the perfect home for a family vacation. Wonderful views, comfy beds and fantastic hospitality. Every year my extended family gets together for a long weekend and this home has become the family favorite. As a larger group we appreciated having multiple bedrooms and a bunk room for the kids. All of the beds were exceptionally comfortable. The house was expertly cleaned and ready for our arrival. I would like to highlight Sarah's hospitality. From the moment we booked the home she was excellent in communication and expectations for our stay. The check in process was easier than any other mountain stay I have experienced thus far. Perfect location for getting to the slopes at Breckenridge and Keystone. There are tons of family games and a magnificent dining room table to gather around. We loved the pool table and hot tub features as well. We will definitely be looking to book our next trip in this wonderful home.

We had three families share the home and the space, bedrooms (w/bunks), views, and proximity to Breckenridge were all excellent. The property manager, Sarah, was easy to work with and very helpful. We even had a friendly fox make daily visits to say hello and a pair of moose wish us farewell. Five stars all around!

Communication with the manager of the property was excellent as was the location less than a block to the free Breckenridge shuttle. The house was very well stocked for our group of 11 with plenty of cookware/dining ware. Little touches like lotion in the bathrooms (it is so dry in Breckenridge!), starter toilet paper/paper towels and laundry/dish soap was much appreciated! We would/will absolutely book this property again :)

The house was a perfect location to get to the bus or have a short drive down to town. We really enjoyed having enough separate areas for us to spread out and the common areas were still a great size when we all wanted to be together. Sarah was a great host and made sure everything was just perfect.

Amazing home, super clean, tons of space. Easy access to free shuttle! Hot tub and pool table are a great addition for a comfy and leisurely stay! Host is very accessible and quick to respond with any questions and aid. It’s my second time at this home and will definitely stay again!

I booked this property in May 2021 for a January stay and it did not disappoint. Well appointed, amazing views, everything we needed for a family ski vacation. There were 9 of us total. Plenty of space. We cooked in every night and enjoyed all that the property had to offer. The hot tub was a great place to decompress after a day on the slopes. Sarah (the host) was in touch from the get-go to make sure we had all that we needed. By the end of our stay she felt like an old family friend. I truly appreciated her being available to answer a few questions and to connect with. We had one small issue that the housecleaners overlooked and it was remedied immediately-nothing major. We all agreed that we would definitely stay here again while in the Breckenridge area. I definitely recommend this property for travelers with high standards.

The house was more amazing in person than the pictures! There was enough room and space for everyone of all ages. The teens enjoyed the oversized bunk beds, while the adults enjoyed their rooms with heated floors in the bathrooms. Sarah was over the top helpful and accommodating. She was always available or checking in to make sure our stay was stress-free. We would definitely stay here again, or any of her other properties

Every detail was thought of....heated path to hot tub, ample storage for skiing, kitchen equipment galore, plenty of supplies, games galore. And then there is the view and the ample space. We had eight middle/high schoolers and five adults. It was pain free for all with so many entertainment areas. Property manager was extremely responsive. We requested more towels and propane...delivered right away. Highly recommend.

From the moment we stepped into this lovely house, it was apparent that this was going to be a special vacation. The accommodations had been cleaned throughly and the check-in process was very simple. The mountain views were amazing and it was even more spacious than the pictures appeared. The recommendations in the binder were well received and we took advantage of a number of the restaurants and outing locations that were open during this time of the season. We also chose to utilize an oxygen machine from one of the recommended distributors, which helped us acclimatize to the approximately 10,000' altitude. We were blessed with snow upon arrival and were greeted by Junior and his friend (the beautiful and playful red fox locals) foraging along the entrance road. The pool table, hot tub, well-appointed bathrooms, and spacious kitchen were highlights for my family. It was a short (under 10 minutes, even with snow) drive into downtown Breckenridge for shopping and the gondolas to take you to the ski slopes. The snow plows were active as soon as needed and the busses (although we did not take advantage of them) appeared to be routine and the nearest stop was close by (end of the block). I would definitely stay here again and hope to do so when we can ski more.

This cabin is excellent. They thought of everything even down to a humidifier for the rooms. It is beautiful and well layed out. We will definitely be staying again.

We loved this house!!! We spent 4 weeks here for the summer and couldn't have asked for more. The house manager was incredibly attentive and the house was fully stocked with basics. The house is high on the mountain which makes for amazing views but still conveniently located 10 mins from town. Beautiful hikes within walking distance. Plenty of space for our family of 6 plus several families who came to visit during our stay. I highly recommend this house.

Sarah was so easy to work with. She called right after booking and sent recommendations on things to do. We had 14 of us and the house had plenty of room. The lower level was great for the kids to hang out. Beautiful views from the house. The home was beautiful and the kitchen was well stocked as well as the rest of the house. We used the humidifier and fans. We had a minor incident and Sarah had it corrected quickly. It was a great experience.

My family and I have been renting homes, both in the US and abroad, for years. Without a doubt this was the BEST/FAVORITE home and experience we've had over the years. Sarah was fantastic with the logistics and being at the ready if we had any questions/issues (which we did not). The house is gorgeous, very clean, and has all the amenities that you can ask for in a rental (especially the kitchen). Her husband did a GREAT job with the design, layout, and decorations. And the view. . . WOW!! If we are ever in Breck in the future, I will be booking this wonderful house months in advance to make sure we get it again! Thx Sarah.

We loved our stay in this mountain home! Our group ranged in age from 15 to 80 and everyone was pleased. The spectacular views cannot be beat and make the ten minute drive to town worth the effort. The best view was enjoyed in the hot tub...beautiful mountain landscapes during the day and wide open starry sky at night. There are three large living areas with lots of comfortable seating, a pool table and a very well stocked kitchen. We appreciated the extra touches like a full spice rack, very nice pots and pans, and especially the humidifiers which were really needed by the second day or so of breathing dry Colorado air. Sarah, the host, is amazing. She truly cares about her guests and wants their stay to be perfect. We hope to return!!!

Sarah’s property in Breckenridge was nothing short of amazing. She was in constant communication to make sure we had everything we needed. The pictures of the house do not do it justice. It was well stocked with everything we needed for meals. Although we were just one family, the house was perfect for a group with three separate hang out areas. I can’t say enough good things about the house and our experience with Sarah.

We arrived to an impeccably clean home that checked every box for our family ski trip. Sarah was a fantastic host! She communicated very well throughout our stay and always respected our privacy and schedules. Our group of 10 ranged in age from 2-70 years. The beds were wonderful! Stocked with plenty of feather pillows and extra blankets. The heated floors, hot tub and fireplaces were a cozy treat after a long day of skiing. The perfectly stocked kitchen was our favorite gathering space. The house is 10 minutes from town and provides a bird’s eye view of the slopes. Quite simply, the perfect ski vacation home!

To start off the very well cleaned and the views where amazing. We where a group of 10 and the home had space for all of us comfortably. The host was very nice and made sure everything went smoothly.

The incredible views make this already spacious house feel immense. (The pictures almost don't do it justice). No matter where you're standing, you can enjoy a view of the surrounding mountains or downtown Breckenridge (far below this mountain perch). If you go out on the deck, you almost get vertigo (in a good way) looking down on the resort. The best feature has to be the kitchen and great room. The kitchen is modern and very well stocked. We made (vegan) gourmet meals and dessert every night and had all the appliances and utensils we needed. If you don't bring your own (like us), there are also spices and some staples there you can use. The natural wood dining table is incredible. And the great room has a huge TV with an excellent soundbar to entertain you while you cook. When you want to get away from the kitchen, you can venture upstairs to the coffee / card table / drinking / game nook with kitchenette and drink cooler or play a round on the pool table. We also used that room to get our Daily Burn on as there was plenty of space in front of the TV for a workout. It was a little too cold and windy for us to try out the hot tub on the upper deck, but the view from there cannot be beat. The beds in the master bedroom is very comfortable and cozy. We also loved the heated floor in the master bath. The shower head is pretty basic, though the pebble floor gives you a great foot massage. There are so many TVs you'll have a hard time deciding where to chillax to watch a movie or show (on Xfinity or your own Roku like us). We gravitated towards the great room. The owner (Sarah) is very hands on and friendly, so you'll never be lost or left wanting for something. She'll want you to have a great stay and won't have it any other way. That's why we'll be back!

We stayed for a week in July. The house was excellent and set up well for a large group with 3 private bedrooms and a bunk room. It worked out great for us as we had family with some friends. There are also three living room areas so people could separate and do their own thing. Location is really nice with beautiful view of the Breckenridge slopes. Hot tup, upstairs wet bar and pool table all a bonus. Definitely recommend this property if you're looking for a stay in Breckenridge.

This was our first time staying in Breckenridge and it couldn’t have gone smoother. The house is beautiful and comfortable. Some days we were able to quickly get to downtown via bus, other days we simply enjoyed the views from all windows and played pool. Sarah, the property manager, was proactive ensuring we were enjoying our stay. Highly recommended way to get away while still feeling having that “home” feeling.
