This was a great place to stay with my family. The location was convenient. The house was darling. There was plenty of bed space and the living area was open and really conducive to great family time. We really appreciated the backyard play space and the board games. Had a small issue with the grill and the owner was very responsive and helpful. Next time we're in Coeur d'Alene we will definitely rebook!

When departing we emailed the owner that the garburetor wasn't working. We did not damage it, but the owner claimed repair on a damage insurance policy I HAD PAID FOR. She used a policy procured by renters for routine repairs to her revenue-producing personal property. And that without the decency to communicate with us about her intentions This is not honorable. Huge red flag!

This house rental was one of the nicest we have ever stayed in. 7 of my family members stayed here and it was perfect. We especially loved the outdoor space both on the front porch and backyard which we used a lot. The house was well stocked, and even included board games and a large table to play. The neighborhood was nice and the house was super convenient to downtown Couer d'alene and the lake. Would definitely consider this rental for a future stay.

We wanted a place to stay with our friends while we visited the Coeur d'alene area. This home gave us the comfort we were looking for when we came in for the evening. The bed's were comfortable! The only thing that I would recommend is that they upgrade the pillows in the room at the top of the stairs ;-)

We had a lovely time at Fat Louie’s Retreat. The place was spotless and it feels more spacious than the photos look. We had 7 people staying and it didn’t feel cramped. The front and back yard space was beautiful. The AC and Wi-Fi were perfect, and the kitchen is well stocked. I highly recommend this place.

We loved everything about this vacation rental. It was a great set up, beautifully decorated and fully stocked with anything you could need or want on a vacation. It was cozy, comfortable and relaxing. We can’t wait to go back to CDA (when the weather allows us to enjoy the lake,) and stay here again.
The only complaint I have is that the back gate doesn’t latch, so even though property is pet friendly, the yard isn’t pet safe.

The property is beautifully renovated older house in a quiet neighborhood, stocked with plenty of dishes and cookware. I appreciated the nice washer and dryer with plenty of cleaning supplies for our use at the house. My sisters and i had a great time.

Perfect home in a great location
We had a great stay at this home. The location is perfect, close to many stores and restaurants, close to the lake, close to lakefront shopping areas. Everything was fully stocked, and the games and kayaks in the garage were a huge hit. Plenty of space for everyone to spread out and get some peace when needed. We would absolutely love to stay here again in the future if we're in the area.

Living Space. Good Location To Downtown CDA, Home Does Sit On A Corner Lot, but in A Quiet Neighborhood. Fenced Backyard For
Privacy With Ample Outdoor Furniture To Enjoy Some Beautiful Weather. Plenty of Parking space, nice, newer appliances in kitchen and laundry room. Only negative is that the 2nd bathroom upstairs has very poor water pressure.

Nice Family Trip
It was our first time visiting family in Coeur d’Alene and this house made our visit absolutely amazing. The house was beautiful, even our family living on the lake said they wish they were staying there with us. The neighborhood is quiet and close to everything it was such a great stay. 100% will be booking our next trip to Coeur d’Alene just to stay at this house again.

Beautiful home and great neighborhood, but...
We had a great time here. The pictures online do the house no justice. The upstairs has 2 bedrooms and a common area. The rooms are huge and have big closets. The bunk room also has a day bed in it. Downstairs is very roomy. House was decorated cute for Christmas.
The only con about the home was the amount of dog hair. The cleaners did a terrible job and we were very disappointed. Tons of dog hair under furniture, upstairs, on a bed upstairs and all over the tree skirt on the Christmas tree.
Other than that, we enjoyed our stay very much.

Home away from home!
This one of the nicer properties that I have stayed at in Coeur d'Alene. I just wished that the weather was a little better so I could have used the outside property more! But the inside was very nice! The only thing that I didn't care for was the water presser especially in the upstairs! But I would definitely would go back :)

Visit with family & bike the trails
Nice location with good access for bike trails & shopping. House is comfortably furnished & roomy even when it’s too cool outside to take advantage of the lovely outdoor seating areas. Our only issue was low water pressure. Particularly in upstairs bathroom. Not sure if that was a municipal issue.

Modern, clean, pet friendly
The property is very well maintained and stocked with everything. The super pet friendly yard provides a great space for the furry little ones. There was just 2 of us, but the home would be great for a family gathering. Highly recommended!
