Lovely, well appointed house. Came with our "family by choice." Enjoyed adequate indoor space, but spent much of our time at the lakeside. Built a camp fire everyday which kept bugs at bay and have the kids an activity. Bright or own kayaks but 2 kayaks cube with the house. We also rented paddle boards which were put to good use. We thoroughly enjoyed our time away from the world without cell phone service (though there is wifi at the house). Only downside is the steep slope down to the lake. We were ok with this, but or legs definitely got a workout!

This beautiful lake house was perfect for our family. It rained every day we were there but the screened in porch was the perfect gathering spot to play games and still enjoy fresh air and of course listening to the loons calling every morning and evening, our grandson loved that. Hoping to go back next summer.

Lovely young vacation home with smashing views of the lake. 3 full bedrooms with additional loft sleeping space. 2 wonderful porches. Walk or ride down to lake and dock. A wonderful family experience. Our grandson swam and kayaked every day. A great vacation!

Our week was fabulous! The view of Kezar Lake from this home is absolutely breathtaking. Cleanliness and comfort are obviously the home owners number one priority!

Lovely home. For a party of 7 with an infant and toddler it worked out well. Only downside. It’s a little far from the lake. The steep hike made it a little tricky. An absolute wonderful spot with beautiful views

Our family rented this beautiful Maine home for a week for a family reunion. It was absolutely a perfect home for the size family we had with children and adults. The screened in porch was our favorite room, bug free and with a serene view of the lake. Thank you for a memorable week!

My family has recently returned from a lovely week at this spectacular home. The beauty and tranquility are remarkable and beyond restorative. We loved the lake and were amazed at how quiet it was, a refreshing change from some other lakes we have visited. The water was amazingly clear and refreshing. It was a joy to kayak along the shore taking in the natural splendor. I would highly recommend this property!

My family had a delightful stay here - the mountain view from the cabin is just wonderful (sunrises, sunsets, and inclement weather were all a joy to watch). The facilities (kitchen, laundry, beds, etc.) were fully as-described and provided a very comfortable setting for a large group; the living room, dining room and porch provided ample space for everyone to relax. We visited with two toddlers, and they had a great time both in and around the cabin and down at the water (note that there is a 5-minute walk downhill to the lake). Highly recommended!

Our family thoroughly enjoyed this summer home. The house is set up perfectly for a large family and the attached guest room is perfect for visiting guests. The view from the home is just as advertised with beautiful hilltop view of mountains off to the west. We spent many hours in the water and on the kayaks and the kids even caught a few small mouth bass off the dock. Beautiful house on a beautiful lake with gorgeous views of the White Mountains. The lake was a perfect place for kayaking and swimming, and the house itself was very cozy, clean, and comfortable. The location was very private as well......wonderful family vacation!!

Our family had a fantastic time at Kezar Lake. The home was fully equipped to meet all of our needs. Working with the owner to prepare for our vacation was an easy, pleasant experience. The view from the home is spectacular. We sat on the deck for meals overlooking the lake and gazed at the the mountains beyond. We particularly enjoyed the seclusion. The home is tucked in the hillside and no immediate neighbors are visible. Also, whether looking from the house or relaxing at the dock, there are very few homes to see, just gorgeous lake, forest and mountains. We went on many kayak excursions, enjoyed swimming in the pristine lake, and just relaxing in the very comfortable home.

Hilamayna is a great mix of a beautiful and relaxing setting where you can enjoy as many, and as strenuous, an outdoor activity as you like. The Lovell area is quintessential northern New England and the local markets and cafes were great. Kezar Lake itself deserves every accolade and is absolutely pristine. The private waterfront has a dock area and a separate sitting area with a gradual, though mostly stony, water entry. The dock access is great for a boat and for jumping off the end and swimming about over a sandy bottom. We kayaked, water skied and tubed, hiked a few trails nearby, and took evening boat rides around the lake. Fishing would have been great. Many evenings we sat around the fire listening to the loons' evening calls. Although the house is situated a few hundred feet up the hill from the water, that also makes for wonderful views and sunsets across the water to the west. The layout of the house is great for lake living, it is well cared for, and it works very well for families. Even in the event of a rainy day there are board games, books, and ping pong. The owners were very easy, prompt, and fair to work with and we hope that we are able to get back next summer.
